Sleazy and dishonest! I reserved a towncar 2 weeks in advance and got their pricing. They called me back a day later and raised the price. I agreed to their new price. At 8 PM on a Sunday night (when it was too late to make alternate arrangements for my early Monday morning flight) they called AGAIN and stated that they were going to raise the price AGAIN.
They said that they didn't realize the address that we had given them was 10 miles past Olympia. Well that's their business, isn't it? Why didn't they look it up on Mapquest or some other way. They actually hung up on me when I was talking to them about this (even though I didn't use any profanity, thought they certainly deserved it.) As much as I needed this transportation, I couldn't stand the thought of rewarding their dishonest behavior.
I stayed up late the night before mi flight and came up with a creative (and much cheaper) alternative. Do not use this company unless you don't mind their business model of raising the price twice, at the last minute. Very unprofessional.

This service is as good as it gets! As far as price, it is expensive, but no pricier than its competitors. I booked the day of (for a trip from the Seattle-Tacoma airport to Bothell) and the representative on the phone was friendly and helpful. They showed up on time and took care of my entire luggage (a lot!), and gave me a (sealed) water bottle to make me feel even more luxurious in their clean and comfy town car. My driver was very friendly and pleasant. I would recommend this service to anyone who can afford it.
