American Limo

Flights were cancelling due to COVID. I had let them know about 22hours ahead of time to cancel the reservation so I went ahead and called and he said no problem. I then get a call from another number claiming to be from AM Limo services saying that I would be charged 30% (I was like why didn't you tell me earlier, but ok.) I got charged 40% instead. Overall very unprofessional tone was used and lied about how much they were going to charge me!

Martin and his team are top notch! They arrive on time, provide in the moment responses to questions, communicate with you about the trip/driver status on your pickup and drop off days, and clearly care about their customers. I have used them for 2 trips requiring VERY early morning pickups, and they provided stellar service. I will be booking their services again for another trip at the end of October.

The service provided was exactly as said - meet and greet at airport and drop off. My only concern is that $15 was added and charged more than the agreed amount per the confirmed quote for 'tolls'. I do not mind this, but when given the start and finish destination, I would assume that tolls would be taken into account. The fixed quote included an airport toll and airport parking, so not sure when a highway toll can not be included, which would have been know.

Great service! Martin was very helpful on the phone when I called, quoted me a great price for a party of 5 going to LAX on a Friday morning (less than Uber). Very prompt, professional, and a good driver. Will definitely use them again!

I used AM Limo last week for an LAX pickup and wow was I amazed. When I reached my terminal I was greeted by their chauffeur with my name card in hand, and I was then helped with my bags. The SUV was in beautiful condition and the trip was very seamless and relaxing. Will definitely hire AM again!

This is one of Ace Hotel's choices for car service, so when my buddies needed a comfortable ride outside of our normal stomping grounds of Seattle, they were called in to assist. The driver, Amir, was wonderful. They were so overly satisfied w/his service that they scheduled specifically for him for their return trip back from their outing, our ride to the airport and their return trip back from Vancouver.

The area was we were in promoted walking and hiking so much, I really didn't use much transportation. And believe me, I need as much walking as possible with the tons of food I was squeezing in. He was on time with the pickup and he was a good chat (but not too overly chit chatty) in the car. Very professional, but I'm not, so those walls broke down a bit. Pricing is on par with any car service that I know of (well, I'm basing this on the taxi cab fares there and what would I be charge in nyc).
