Four of us recently used Seattle Town Car when we returned from a cruise. Paul picked us up exactly on time and was so enjoyable. I check several means of transportation and am so glad we went with Seattle Town Car. We did a mini tour of Seattle because we had a late flight. We got to choose where we went and how long we were able to stay. Paul was always ready to pick us up at what ever point we wanted.

One passenger had a slight walking issue, so Paul would always get exactly where we wanted with out having to do more walking. This service is like a limo service. Everything went smoothly from the time I spoke to Dennis for the reservation to the end. This is a top notch operation and does not cost much more than the huge tour buses where they dictate how you spend your time. I cannot recommend them enough.

5+ Stars! Absolutely the BEST! Start and end your travel with peace of mind and forgo the hassle of airport parking. Paul is so kind and his company is top notch - the cars are immaculate and the customer service is not to be beat. For example, our flight was delayed four hours and he tracked its arrival so that we were not waiting around at baggage claim. From now on, all of our travel will start with Seattle Town Car!

They arrive early but are patient waiting for you. Very courteous and reliable. Pleasantly engage in conversation if you life. Car clean. Great help with luggage and comparable prices. I have used Seatle Towncar a number of times and received excellent service each time. Previously i use other services, all unremarkable, I will only use Seattle Towncar in the future.

Wonderful experience! I called in the 11th hour to reserve a town car or SUV for a ride from Maple Valley to Museum of Flight, and not only was the booking over the phone easy and painless, but our Driver Paul showed up early, and eager to be of service. We wound up with a beautifully clean black Suburban, immaculately clean inside! I mean, spotless! Courtesy waters in each door for every passenger, and Paul was well dressed and provided "opening" door type service.

Music was a relaxing jazz, and ride was smooth and stress free. He also picked us up 3 hours later, communicated well about where he was, and got us home safely. Safe, easy, on time. Maybe not cost effective for everyone, but when you live rurally, there's not a whole lot of ride sharing services. Would recommend this company, would do it again over any Uber Prius, well worth the price!

We used Seattle Town Car to get to / from Seatac with our 11 month old baby. Service was great! Both times the drivers were on time (or 5 mins early) and were professional and friendly. They also provided a baby car seat for $10 extra per ride. Booked online and via email. All was easy. Highly recommended, would use them again!

Reliable car service. Used them few times now and they always arrive 10-15 minutes before pickup time. Cars a always clean and drivers wear suits. Definitely would recommend.

Paul is hands down the best driver we've ever had. We've used taxis, limos, Uber and Paul is simply a cut above it all. We have ordered a shuttle bus, SUV's and cars and all are superb. Each car arrives with after bottles, towelettes, Kleenex and the drive is so smooth I am usually passed out before I reach home. If you're traveling with your kids and want safety as a priority book here and request Paul.

I've used this business quite a bit to go to the airport. Cars are always beautiful and clean. They are always on time (even a bit early!). I always have the same driver Paul - who couldn't be more courteous or kind. I will continue to use this business for my transportation needs!

This is the correct company and the reservation was under my MOTHER'S NAME! Nice try tho. Deserted at our pickup after our cruise. I even have email proof of our reservation that you NO SHOWED at pick up. I forgot to mention they were an hour late on our pick up date too! STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT GETTING TO YOUR EVENT ON TIME.

First of all you can't understand them on the phone. They drive so erratic, so if you have a heart condition I don't recommend using them. They disregarded traffic rules and then demand 20% gratuity. Use at your own risk

They argued with security at the pier pick up. They also had me load and unload all 10 of the bags into the van. After we were dropped off they demanded a 20 dollar tip. I will never use this company again

Perfect way to get to the airport and back. Great drivers, super nice cars, they help with luggage and provide water. Soothing music playing provides you with some calming before dealing with the airport! I highly recommend Seattle Town Car.

I highly recommend this company for transportation service! We used them for Pick up to & from the airport and both times they were on time and very professional! Both drivers were very nice and recommended some things to do while in town. Reasonably priced!

We've used Seattle Town Car for the past ten years for our business- mostly runs to and from the airport at ungodly early/late hours. The folks in the dispatch center are great, and the drivers have always been on time and pleasant! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Seattle Town Car and Paul are the greatest! Flew in from Orange County this AM. Paul was there to greet us like we were family! Whisked us away in a immaculate Mercedes AMG to our stay in Redmond. Will use them next Sunday for our return trip. A true 5 star experience! Timely, accurate and maintained great communication.

The employees at Seattle Town Car, have been great to work with. With new cars and great drivers they are certainly top notch. The drivers are punctual and very polite, would highly recommend and use again.

Me and my groupmates decided to book a limousine to get to a place of our graduation party to make it memorable. We decided to choose Seattle Town Car on limoscanner, and we didn't regret. Everything was amazing! We easily booked a car and the driver came in time. He was polite and nice man. We felt like in heaven sitting in that splendid limousine and drinking champagne on our way to graduation party place.

We were making photos and laughing. A limousine was good-looking, seats were comfortable and soft. The driver was carefully operating the car and even turned on music we like. In a word, we had an amazing time. I would never forget this.
