Premier Transportation

We use Premier Transportation for our annual company outing and we have never experienced any issues! The drivers are always very punctual and extremely professional. Thank you so much!

We used them for our wedding day to and from our hotel and venue. They were amazing!

Premier Transporation Services are amazing! Their party buses are everything we need and MORE! It is perfect for a wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Premier. I have used them many times for my boss as well as for personal use for large groups. I have called them last minute many times and they treat me with care and professionalism- they are detail oriented and always have the kindest drivers. The reservations department goes above and beyond when I have questions or harder logistics. I also used to work in the wedding industry and found their service to be above and beyond any other transportation services!

I am beyond dissatisfied with Premier Transportation. I booked a 10 passenger limousine on 10/1 for my birthday on 10/23. Prior to booking the limo, I asked if I could add additional time to my 4-hour minimum, and I was told that I could not, because someone else had already booked the limo immediately after my time. The limo was supposed to arrive at noon to pick up myself and five of my friends.

They called 40 minutes prior to my pickup time to tell me that the limo that was scheduled to pick me up was "broken, " and they were trying to get a mechanic to fix it, but they were going to send a different limo that would arrive 45 minutes to an hour later. Then, I got another call at 11:30am stating the 2nd limo would no longer be coming, because the people that were currently in the limo added another stop. UNACCEPTABLE!

When I expressed my frustration about being told that I couldn't add time to my ride, yet they are allowing an unscheduled stop which has completely inconvenienced me and my friends and negating the ride that I had scheduled, he gave an absurd and insincere apology, and said that they only had two limos to accommodate my group.one is not working and the other one was in use by another party (which they allowed an unscheduled stop and disregarded my scheduled time).

This was beyond unprofessional! He offered a refund and a voucher. A VOUCHER?!?! I will never use this service again, and I would recommend anyone else considering this company to find another company to meet your needs. The level of disappointment that I had with this company made this the absolute worst birthday that I have ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Omgoodness. I don't know how to find the words to say how grateful we are for our chauffeur James. My mom organized an afternoon for a group of her high school friends to tour the neighborhood where they grew up. James was SO kind, patient and accommodating with anything she needed or asked for and it really helped to make the day just perfect for her and her friends. So THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to you, to Vanessa in Reservations and to James for making the day so wonderful for my Mom and her friends.

I called this company and talked to a woman who told me all their buses were reserved for the date I wanted. It is a month out, so I understood that I may have waited too late. When I asked her if she could recommend any other reputable car services she responded that they were probably all in the same situation and if not, Premier was likely utilizing their cars. What?

All the cars in Dallas are being used by you? Or was it that you didn't want me booking other cars that you might want to use? Then why didn't you find out if you could book them for me? This is possibly one of the worst customer service responses I have encountered. But don't worry, I'll be happy to bypass you in the future to book those other cars directly. Which, by the way, I did.

Excellent service and communication! They took great care of everything and got our guests to and from our wedding safely and in time! We appreciate your wonderful drivers, thank you!

Somehow the date was booked wrong and I didn't notice until we were waiting on the bus to pick us up so I called Premier and they were able to get us the same bus and a driver to us within the hour! They were super nice and super helpful and we very much appreciated it! The driver was amazing and we had such a fun time

We had a wonderful experience with Premier for our wedging day! From start to finish Premier was extremely easy to work with and always available to answer any questions we had. Our driver, James, was professional, timely and very kind to all of our guests. I would HIGHLY recommended Premier for you next event and we will definitely be using them again in the near future.

This is the second time I have used Premier Transportation for our trip to the DFW airport. EXCELLENT service, driving and communication from beginning to the end. Easy reservations, clear itemized pricing, detailed communications and my drivers on both occasions have been excellent. I didn't lift a finger except to add an extra gratuity because it was well deserved.

It seems like reviews are for other events involving groups, but I am thankful they have service for customers with our needs. Getting to the airport on time. Cars are top notch and drivers are great. Book with confidence!

From the get-go the communication from the person I worked with at Premier Transportation (Laurie) was amazing. She was super quick to respond and help me with any questions I had! The bus was nice and the service was great. I booked the bus but was not attending the trip so I was a little concerned about how that would work out and it was all very smooth. I would use Premier Transportation again for sure!

Watch this company. I contacted Premier Medical Transportation as I was having surgery. Unknown to me, they give their odd jobs to this company. They charged me 3 times the normal fare saying they couldn't wake me when then got to my house. No medical knowledge. That's why I called the medical transport. If I had of wanted a driver I would have used Uber!

Premier is the best, hands down. I have used them for years with two different companies I have been with and no matter the issue, they are always professional, friendly, on point, on time, accommodating and all around great. I recommend them constantly. They aren't just for DFW, they can assist with transfers all over with accuracy.

I caution all from another state. This company needs to do a better job of getting specifics from customers who are not familiar with the traffic in Dallas. We booked the service based on Yelp We are visiting and had no clue of the traffic flow in Dallas. Our pick up for the wedding got us to the wedding late. The customer service records your request for pick up and drop off without your knowledge and uses the recordings against you in credit card dispute.

Be sure if you from another state to get the dispatcher to map out your arrival time, If you are late for your event -- due to lack of dispatcher mapping you will have to pay the cost. This company needs to revamp their routing questions and provide real time arrival time. We ended up paying for their lack of information. We arrived to the wedding late.

I needed to transport 23 people to a company event and checked around to get rates. I went to the Premier website and filled out a quote request and received a reply in a timely manner. I received a detailed quote which included tax and tip. Premier requires a 3-hour minimum for this type of transport which was exactly the amount of time we needed.

Many other transportation companies have a 4-hour minimum. The day of the event, I was sent an email with the name and picture of the driver. The bus was waiting for us at the scheduled time for both trips. The driver was professional, the bus was clean and the entire trip was smooth with no problems. The only issue I encountered was that we were billed for an additional 30 minutes of rental time.

I called and the charge was removed with no hassle. I will use this company again should the need arise. I will, however, make sure to document the time by sending an email or text to Premier as soon as the trip is over.

Great, professional, friendly, trustworthy and reliable transportation services! Contacted them to transport my college-age daughter to the airport. Window to catch flight was very tight. Received several confirmations of reservation, received text with photo of driver and license plate en route and upon arrival at pick up. Driver arrived 20 minutes early - super friendly and courteous. Took her right to her gate at airport. I wholeheartedly recommend this service!

We last min needed a limo they were so accommodating. We were thrilled with the customer service and our two drivers were GREAT, .got us to the airport on time even with traffic that came from nowhere. Stan and Ron were exceptional and just a wonderful experience.

We rented a 32-passenger mini-bus for bridal party transportation. ALL aspects of working with Premier were professional and straight-forward. Pricing was clear with no hidden costs or gotchas. Communication was prompt and detailed. Adjustments to the schedule were welcomed. Bus was spotless and the driver was courteous, well-dressed, and personable. We HIGHLY recommend and endorse Premier!

Customer service over the phone is less than desirable. It's like talking to an old rude lady who lives alone in a trailer park and smokes a lot of cigarettes! (Marsha)

I honestly can't say enough about how great the service was. We booked a (6) person limo for a 30th birthday party on short notice (Wed) for (Sat).they were extremely transparent in regard to cost, pick-up, limitations etc. Our driver Chris, was amazing.not only did he deal with us with a smile.a slightly rowdy bunch. But he also avoided an accident that happened directly in front of us.which would have ended the night before it even began. This is the only service I will ever use in this city.hands down.

Premier Transportation is an outstanding company. I've rented executive coaches and mini buses, and I've taken their sedans to and from the airport; every experience has been outstanding. They are terrific with communication, letting you know the driver's name and cell number and, in the case of airport pickup, even the type of vehicle and license plate number.

They are right on top of flight times and gates. I was picked up at DFW last night, and my car was first in line at the prearranged limo spot, my name displayed on an ipad on the hood and the driver, Mack, ready to take my bag and open the door for me. When you get in the car, there's a cold bottle of water waiting for you, and a packet of wet wipes to freshen up.

The vehicles are beauiful and immaculate, and the service - from the phone operators to the drivers - is everything you could ask for. I've used other transportation companies in the Metroplex over the years, and no one compares to Premier.
