All Access Transportation Inc. has been in operation since 2005 in Tampa, Florida. We are a family-owned and operated private transportation company. I graduated from St. John's University in New York (1991) and was working with two different institutions on Wall Street until I relocated my family and myself in 2001.

This was our second time using them and we will always use them for limo service. I googled limo service for our anniversary and they have an huge inventory. I wanted to use local, but no one was available and had older cars. Merribeth in the office is so helpful and just nice to deal with. The first driver obviously knew what he was doing, had good customer service, I mean there wasn't anything wrong but I necessarily wouldn't request him.
Last night Paul was our driver and EVERYTIME, we WILL request him. Punctual, PROFESSIONAL, dressed beautifully, easy going and accommodating. We could tell he has done this many times and his customer service is top level. We left coozies in the limo and he texted me this morning and asked me if I wanted him to mail them back. Hardly, do you receive service like that anymore.
The cars we were both VERY, VERY clean and modern. One was a stretch and last night we had a Mercedes van, too big for 2 people but worth the price, I am definitely recommending All Access.

I've used All Access Several times. This company treats all of its customers with the upmost respect and class. I was more then satisfied with the professionalism, cleanliness and amenities of the vehicle. Our driver was super nice and helped us with all the hot spots to hit in Tampa. Had to throw him an extra 100$ for his services and silence. What happens in Tampa, stays in Tampa. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thanks guys.

What a great experience we had with all access. My company had an event in Tampa and we had a crew of 50 guests. Peter was so kind and professional. We got from point A to point B without a hitch. The vehicles were new and looked amazing. Prompt, efficient and courteous was what we needed and is exactly what we got. Wish they had an office in NYC, they would kill it. Thanks All Access, Thanks Peter Z, definitely count on them when you want Rock Star treatment in the Tampa Area.

When a company tells me they have drivers with military base access and knowledge of the location they are traveling too, it leads any normal customer to believe they won't get lost. In response to using one coach to move 100 people, really?
Your company suggested I use only one coach. I said I would pay for more and questioned them when they offered only one coach. It's just bad business when you can't accept failure. It seems as though I'm not the only customer who feels this way. Good luck with future business, but make sure your company has a plan B.
