We got wrong limo.no notice no refund called a bunch and no return call.such awful customer service. I cried on my wedding we had a van not a hummer limo.they contract with limo companies in area and apparently knew hummer was in shop for 7 weeks prior to our wedding date.no call no txt.email night before wedding soooooo awful. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.PLEASEE.he did offer a small return but my wedding cannot be replaced very very sad.

I wish i could give this place negative stars honestly. They had the WORST customer service, poor communication, and poor outcomes. My wife booked a party bus with them a month in advance and paid in full with receipt. The day before we were scheduled to go out they called and said they didn't have a bus because "it's homecoming month and they're busy." They offered two SUVs in place.
Definitely not the same or the purpose of a bus. They then proceeded to tell us they'd contact back if something came up. We had to reach out to them since no call back. They basically said tough luck and they couldn't accommodate. We asked for a refund in place since it was not what we agreed upon and paid. we will never recommend this place or use them. There was also no apologies ever provided or politeness. No refund yet either. Steer very far away from these trash cans.
