We used skyline limousine for our daughter's eighth grade dance, and the limo ride was the highlight of their night! The limo driver, James, was FANTASTIC! We were very nervous to allow our teenager and her sixteen other girl classmates to go in a limo by themselves, but James quickly out our concern to rest! He was AMAZING, truly AMAZING! Thank you James!

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Skyline. The booking process was very easy, the confirmation email made me feel confident that we were good to go the day of. The day of the event the driver, Zee, reached out to let us know he was on the way and was even early to arrive. Zee was wonderful! He showed us how to use everything on the bus, drove very carefully, and was flexible with our plans. The bus was clean, cool, and well-stocked with everything promised to us. Skyline Limo provided a wonderful ride for my whole family to get to Disney this past week! From the time I booked with Connie (who is sooooo nice and patient and helpful with all of my requests) to the actual ride with Ricardo, everything was a breeze and very convenient! The kids and adults both had a blast! Ricardo was very prompt which was really appreciated and so helpful getting all of our luggage (10 people including 3 kids so you can imagine how much stuff we had) onto the party bus! He also took a few pics for us which we were very thankful to have! Overall this was a 10/10 experience and we will be using them again!

We're just a couple from out of town who wanted to go to a Bucs game, but were treated like a regular customer. Our reservation was easy to obtain at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and kept us advised of our reservation right up to our trip. Their fleet is expansive enough to accommodate a small or large party. Our limo was very clean & aromatic.

Our driver was courteous, neat, conversant & professional. He performed exactly as promised. We were in and out of the venue quickly and timely. We look forward to using them again next year.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional and ruined my day. Booked about 25 days prior so I pretty much knew I was going to pay more than the average, however i was not expecting $1065. Not only is that about $300 more than the average but it was way overpriced regardless if I booked late or early. We made the contract I paid the $1065 and everything was confirmed. Flash forward to the day of, I am in church receiving my blessing and once I am out i am expecting the white limo bus i rented and to my surprise a black bus from a completely different company showed up the driver of the bus was upset as well.

I checked my email in front of the church in my big white dress and on the day that is supposed to be the happiest my day was ruined because of an email they sent while I was STILL IN CHURCH saying they had to cancel because it wasn't available and they said they were sending a new buss and gave me a $150 credit, which does absolutely nothing for me at all.

I got on the bus because I had no other option and once we got to the venue another charge of $150 was done on my card. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!

We love Skyline Limousine! My family uses them for all of our transportation needs! Our favorite is there 20 passenger white bus. talk about luxurious! Staff and drivers are amazing! Cannot recommend Skyline and their crew more! Book with them!

Booked a few days before in preparation for a nice birthday surprise for my boss's son. The limo never showed up. My boss called to see when to expect the car and they said they could not find the driver. Supposedly there was a discrepancy with the owner of the limo and the driver. They had to drive last min to the special dinner. I called the next day and they still had no straight answer, nor did they offer anything to make up for it, only refunded. Unreliable and unprofessional company. Were even charged twice and refund is pending.

We will never use this company again! Recently we were expecting a ride to the airport as we had a morning flight. When it came time for the car to be there to pick us up, there was no car. The first time when I contacted skyline limousine to ask about the status of the car, they said they could not contact the driver and they thought that he had been working late and might have fallen asleep.

Eventually through a series of back-and-forth phone calls, about 15 minutes later, they said they could have someone out to us in 20 minutes. The person I spoke to was very combative and was not trying to help the situation at all, in fact it felt like he was trying to offer excuses as to why it happened (I just got in the office and am just looking into this now).

He was also very rude and hung up on my wife several times. We ended up catching an Uber, which are really hard to get due to the driver shortage right now, that showed up within a couple minutes, which allowed us to barely make our flight as it was boarding. Had we waited for this car to "show up" of which I had my doubts anyway, we would have missed our flight and connecting flight home, and I highly doubt this company would have done anything to try and resolve that.

Limo was an hour late so we had to change up our birthday plans and cancel our evening with Skyline. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. Go with someone else if you want a professional.

Completely ruined our night. Never showed. Took me 15 minutes to get a hold of someone AFTER they were late, only to be told they double booked us, sorry. DO NOT recommend.

Skyline Limo could improve by refunding my booking that had to be cancelled because of the COVID-19, I have tried to contact someone for two weeks and no response, my next contact will be to the news media in the area

Things couldn't have gone any better. Our driver met us at the airport and brought us to our hotel. Then he was spot on time to pick us up to bring us back to the airport.

We didn't come close to seeing eye-to-eye on price, but that's subjective. However, I'm pleased to say they were prompt, professional and courteous straight shooters. Assuming they runs the rest of the business this way and based on the depth & accuracy of their website, they're worth a shot at your business.

I recently hired Skyline Limousine at the recommendation of a good friend in the wedding industry who has used them a number of times and RAVED about them. The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, and confirmation were wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up.

The driver arrived just before the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home.

The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, and glasses were all well stocked. It was the perfect way to enjoy a trip to dinner without the hassle of traffic or worrying about drinking and driving. I highlyrecommend Skyline and their team and will absolutely use them again for nights on the town.

We booked a 10 passenger black limo as a surprise for a friend's birthday. I worked with Genesis for the booking process. She was very helpful, informative, and professional. The car showed up slightly early and was actually an upgrade from we asked for. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Had all the glassware and ice for the bubbly we brought with us.

Our driver, Ahmed, was amazing. Professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and a really good, smooth driver. Would definitely look to Skyline again for car service needs in the Tampa Bay Area in the future.

Booked this service for a large group coming in on three airlines. They started the meter at the wrong flight and charged our group an hour over our time. Manager was rude with zero customer service skills. Scott our driver however was a saint and should recieve up most praise. Driver on return trip to airport was lost and was late to pick us up. Called me 7 times for directions. (P.S. I'm not from Tampa, I should not be the source of directions). Limo smelled horrible. Overall disappointed. Will not use again.

REASON FOR BOOKING: Bachelorette Party This past weekend, I pitched in for a limo with a bachelorette party of 8. Many of us flew in from different states excited to celebrate with the bride. This night was meant to be the highlight, so we booked Skyline's services. SERVICE: The limo arrived on time. There were some tumbles inside during sudden stops in Tampa traffic, but Cindy (driver) did a good job getting us to where we needed to go with a good attitude! Halfway through the trip, the limo broke down - smoke blowing out of it.

We still had over an hour left with the limo driver for the night - all paid for. Between being scared something dangerous was happening as the limo blew smoke, the amount of time it took for a new limo driver to arrive, and the new charge we were told we'd have to pay for a new limo with a driver to continue to our next destination for the night, the party grew understandably frustrated and the night ended prematurely.

We simply couldn't justify the costs on top of what we already paid for reasons that were entirely out of our control. The secondary limo arrived over an hour after the breakdown, at which point half the party paid for Ubers home. The employee or manager that arrived with the second limo was not friendly and could care less that the night we paid for was ruined.

Our options were very limited - pay for an extended period or go home. OUTCOME: After some back and forth with the person who booked on our behalf, a partial refund was processed. That's definitely appreciated, but it took a few too many phone calls. OVERALL: I won't be booking Skyline Limousine in the future. There were many ways this whole night could have been handled for an improved experience. Accidents happen, but it's no excuse to neglect paying customers.

*DO NOT BOOK THIS LIMO SERVICE* My bachelorette party was this past weekend and my sister and friends chipped in to get me a limo to take us around Tampa. Our driver, Cindy was amazing and very accommodating for a group of eight girls. However, during what should have been a routine stop as McDonalds the limo began smoking from the engine while Cindy and some of the girls went inside McDonalds.

I had to run inside to inform Cindy, who then informed the manager. It took an hour for a new car to arrive. When speaking to the manager who arrived with the replacement limo, there was no sense of urgency or concern about how this had affected my bachelorette party and refused to give us any sort of refund or additional hours. As a paying client I expected more from this company.

This company is as good as it gets. I believe in the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it." Every time I use Skyline I have had nothing but positive experiences. Professional drivers, clean cars, and punctual pick up times. This service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for! The price is consistent with the quality of service. If you get Lawrence, you'll be made to feel comfortable and at home. Such a down to earth guy. Enjoy the ride!

We booked Skyline Limousine Service for transport associated with a cruise out of Tampa. Our first pick up was at the Tampa Airport going to the Marriott Waterside Hotel. Our driver was waiting for us in the baggage area upon our arrival. The next day we had a pickup from our Hotel to the Port of Tampa. And at the end of our cruise from the Port to the Airport.

Our drivers were prompt, friendly & helpful. The vehicles used (we had a limo twice and an SUV once) were spotless. Water was provided which was a welcome treat. Ahmed (who drove for our first 2 trips) went above & beyond. We discovered that one piece of luggage had been badly damaged by the airline & he promptly drove to his office to get duct tape & he fixed the problem! I would highly recommend Skyline to anyone needing transport in Tampa.

Not the best limo service, quoted me for 150 to go from Tampa to St. Pete and because we took some time to finish our drink cause we couldn't drink in there, they charged me extra 150. Not very professional and kind of rude. Won't use again

We used a 28 person bus for the bridal party and a sedan getaway car for the bride and groom for my daughter's wedding. Both vehicles were perfect and the drivers were on time and wonderful! I highly recommend Skyline:

Skyline Limousine was the perfect transportation for a bachelorette party in Tampa. Our driver, Blaz (sp?) was phenomenal. Super friendly and punctual; he even arrived for pick up early. My favorite part of the experience was that I communicated with him via text throughout the night. I would text him shortly before leaving a location and let him know our next stop, and every time we walked out he was there waiting for us.

He was very accommodating, allowing us to stay out an extra hour than originally booked. The limo itself was pretty standard - we got the 10 person Lincoln Towncar. We had 9 people and it fit us all very comfortably. Plenty of supplies - ice bucket and glasses for champagne, napkins, rocks glasses, etc. Blaz offered to run out between stops and get us any additional supplies we needed, including more champagne and ice. I cannot say a bad thing about my experience with Skyline and I highly recommend them for all your fancy transportation needs!
