United Limousine Charlotte has provided us with excellent service on several occasions for airport transportation. The driver, David, was prompt and very professional. The car was clean, and the company was reliable.

So good we booked again the next day! We had an airport pick up, and the service coordinator, Lee, and driver made it so easy and efficient. Pick up was smooth. We will be using again!

I could not be happier with United Limousine. Getting my original quote was timely, and the cost was reasonable. My initial booking was confirmed via phone call soon after I made it online. The day before each of my rides I was called to confirm time and place. On the day of my ride I was given my driver's number. As soon as I landed in CLT, I received a text from my driver that he was waiting for me at the designated place.

My driver, Al, was very professional in appearance and manner. The cars were nice. Clean, comfortable and in good condition. Al was engaging to my tween daughter instead of having an air of writing her off as just a kid. He told us about the city and answered any of our questions, and went to lengths to make sure we were comfortable - offering us water or asking if we would like the car temperature adjusted.

When we stopped being chatty and got otherwise engaged in our own things, he allowed the silence in a perfect flow that I only noticed after the fact. On my return trip I had the same driver and he was early to pick us up. He checked weather and traffic in advance and was prepared to take a route and drop us at a point which would be most convenient for us and also prevent us from getting rained on. Two days after my return ride, I got another phone call making sure everything was as expected and that I had received my receipts. I will use United every time I'm in CLT!

Perfect airport transport experience. Booking, confirmation and both trips were flawless. Vehicles were clean and well maintained drivers were professional, friendly, helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again.

Lee communicated with me from the moment i booked my car, to the moment i touched down. He didn't rush me, he was waiting for me at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it. He was respectful and courteous and took my bag the moment that I met him. He whisked me off to a cooled car as requested, with iced refreshments. he was a very safe driver, knew his way around, and delivered me with care to my destination. I'll be sure to use this company in the future!

Yes it costs more than a random guy doing Uber, but I prefer to use a service where I am assured they are very experienced and their vehicles are always immaculate.
