Rented the white 8 passenger limo and was very dissapointed on the limo itself. The seats were ripped, bleach stains on 2 areas of the carpets. You could not "pair" up your phone to play music. The radio would only allow 2 stations. We asked the driver if he could turn up the A/C because it was not very cold, and he informed us that if he turned it up to the highest setting the A/C would then shut off.
So of course we told him to leave it alone. This particular car was very dated, and should be taken out of the fleet. However, company was very professional during the reservation process. Our driver "Nick" was great. Company was a few minutes early on pickup which was nice. If it wasnt for the quality of the car I would of gave them 5 stars. Next time I will ask for photos of the interior before my next outing. Hope this helps you all. Corey

Highly recommend. I'm glad I chose this company. The driver arrived on time, very patient and professional. They were very clear and upfront about their services and prices. Good communication; received a text confirmation and a paper receipt on day of event. Definitely going to use again in future. Thank you for amazing service.

Didn't get a chance to use because for 2 weeks I asked for some kind of invoice or contract for my deposit. Tim would tell me he would send the info and didn't. When I called to ask once again, he was very condescending because I did not feel comfortable just giving my card information over the phone to somebody I never met without any kind of contract or receipt. Had he sent an invoice, I would have gladly paid and hired his services.
In today's world, you cant just trust people to take your money and assume they will provide a service without any kind of contract or receipt. The fact that he was do against giving me a confirmation makes me ponder the validity of this company.

Tim was so great to work with. We rented a party bus to take our wedding guests out after the wedding for some fun. We ran into a few small issues but Tim was extremely professional in getting them addressed and correcting the situation. If I am ever back in the Fort Myers area and need a limo, Tim will be who I contact.

Horribly ran company, never showed up for a confirmed reservation for 20, when i called he had no answers as to why he didnt have anyone scheduled for our evening and just said "i dropped the ball", i apologize. i even received an email the day before confirming my reservation for the next day. this morning i woke up to an email requesting i review there services so here i am, please dont schedule with limotions, move on to the next option because they will disappoint you by merely overlooking your resevation and not showing up.

I was standing at the airport yesterday after an exhausting 12-hours-travel and there was nobody there to pick us up, even if we booked long time in advance and had confirmation by mail twice. when I called, first nobody picked-up the phone, then someone called back and promised me to get an uber for me as he always does in such cases (?). but i never heard again from him and so I had to drive another two hours myself, being tired. never again and no recommendation at all - maybe they can drive a car, but they definitely do not have a clue about customer service or their confirmation system (computer)
