They did a rental for my nieces quinceanera, and did an amazing job! Not only was the driver on time, but the driver Ricky was so much fun and was so great with the kids. He took them to all the fun places and drove them around where they would get noticed and get attention. They thought it was the best thing in the whole world! And it was! He took pictures for them so all the kids were in the pictures and the company made sure that we had exactly what we wanted and what we needed. I would definitely use them again! Super fair pricing as well!

Says available, once you mention groupon their own company offers, CRICKETS! So unprofessional! Do not offer goods and services on a discount site (free advertising, would never had known about you otherwise) if you do not honor them. Such a hassle and disappointment!

The lousy service. The driver who sent us almost ran over a person and didn't want to stop. He waslate and it was very rude when I called.

BUYER BEWARE - We hired JP Morgan Limo based on a positive past experience but were totally let down the second time. The idea was to celebrate our daughters birthday with 12 of her friends on a limo scavenger hunt around town. When the limo arrived in smelled terribly of smoke, there was visible damage to outside of the vehicle, it was clearly not vacuumed as dirt and crumbs were all over the floors and one of the drink glasses still had someones drink in it! (Pictures to come) The girls complained that driver was rude to them but they tried to make the best of it.

I wouldn't be as upset as I am except that multiple attempts to contact the owner via email, text and voice mail resulted in ZERO responses to our issue. He simply charged our credit card with nothing to say for it. Well guess what, I just reversed the charges!

What an amazing professional courteous staff that got me to where I needed to go in style. I would highly recommend this Professional Service to anyone accept my worst enemies of course because I wouldn't want them to have such a good experience. LOL. but seriously folks if you want a professional limo service experience go with JPMorgan Limousines go get you there in style.
