Arika (the receptionist) was super sweet & accommodating! She was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner! The prices were also very reasonable. Would recommend this limo service to any of my friends! Will be using in the future!

Critical: Quality Never showed up for our anniversary ride to Naples! We tried them one more time. The limo was battered, wood trim chewed up like a dog was living inside and the leather was all warn. The ceiling light didn't work. Ugh!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The lady who answers the reservation phone number had the audacity to hang up on me after I called to figure out why I received an email canceling my reservation the day before my sweet 15 event. She started screaming at me, yelled at me and hung up the phone on me. I called back and she refused to answer my calls when I called back.

Absolute worst customer service and human decency from any business ever! I didn't call yelling or being disrespectful at all but that's how she spoke to me! She didn't even try to figure something out for me. She wrote my number down incorrectly and then blamed me for it. This is unbelievable!

I'm another limo service that was hired by Sue the owner to help with a wedding. She was crying the blues that she was in the weeds and needed help. Be careful of this old bat. She refuses to pay me for services rendered. You use my limo to help with a wedding and then I get stuck with a $446 bill. Well, this is the kind of person you don't need to hire for anything because she will screw you over with nickel and dimming. This shows what kind of a person you are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Elite limo IS NOT RELIABLE! Sue was extremely rude and unprofessional. We booked a limo a week before arriving to RSW with elite limousine. I had to call to confirm 3 times because I never received the confirmation email after putting in my cc information. After finally getting the confirmation email from Sue she said my email was wrong.

But they would be there to pick my husband and our 3 children up. That evening (Thursday) the limo driver (Warren) called us from the airport said he was waiting on us. I told him our flight was Friday not Thursday. So I called Sue back she said she was sorry for the mixup up, it was Warrens fault and they would be there to pick us up on Friday at my scheduled time.

Well 5 hours before our arriving flight on Friday I get a call from Sue, they can't pick us up from the airport? After calling around on my way to the airport to find another ride we heard from so many companies that this is a regular Occurrence from this company. Anyway we were unable to surprise our 3 children (their first time flying ) with a limo on such short notice. O well live and learn but don't want anyone to have this happen that is expecting a ride from the airport. Do not use this company.

Extremely unreliable, had a reservation booked and 5 hours before we landed they called to say they couldn't pick our family up from RSW. They are unprofessional and can't keep staff. Babies screaming and dogs barking in the back ground so bad they got the email wrong 3 times. Overall just not a good company to deal with just because they are $25 cheaper than their competitors.

We used elite limousine for my daughter's birthday party. They had the best time! Can't say enough about the service from start to finish. Easy to make the reservation, stayed in touch prior to the day, came on time and gave great idea/suggestions. The driver, Jerry, was a class act from his black suit to opening the door for all the girls. Just can't say enough. Highly highly recommend for any party, night out or fun.

My husband and I used this company to take us to KC and the Sunshine Band concert at Immokalee Casino. Our driver Lescio absolutely made our night a fantastic experience. He was prompt, polite and the best, safe driver we have ever had. We had a relaxing, smooth drive to and from the concert in a very comfortable and clean Chrysler 300. Thank you Lescio and Elite Limo! We will call you again for a night out!

The prices are reasonable. The cars are very clean and nicely detailed. The drivers are friendly and drive well. If guests make a request it is usually filled if nothing outrageous. The owners are lovely people.

Book this limo service for a party bus and was never told about a cancellation of 5 days before to get the refund, I never received my contract information through email, AND the website says nothing about a cancellation 5-day requirement. So I cancel on Tuesday due to my brother not going to prom anymore and the girl on the phone says ok I'll make. sure everything goes through and then I call on a Friday to get an update on my refund because it's $300, got told to call Monday and speak to Sue. Called Monday and I was told I missed her by a few minutes and she would call back well she didn't call back until Tuesday around noonish and left the rudest message ever keep in mind Sue is the.

Received email from Delta at 10:00PM changing my international flight for the following day. I needed to change my car pickup 1:30PM to 7:30AM. I called Elite Limo and asked if they could accommodate this last minute request. Without hesitation they agreed to the change. Our chauffeur, Dee, sent us a text when she was on her way. She was very cheerful and provided great service. We are looking forward to seeing her on the return trip.

Limo was so old inside and smelled like 1980. No outlets to charge a phone, laptop, kindles etc. The seatbelts were not even up to standard. A buckle across the waist? Omg! I rented this for a long distance drive. It got me from point A to point B. I expected a much nicer car. And I could have had a much nicer car from another company. I do not recommend
