Key Transportation was great and very easy to work with for our wedding. They were responsive and professional. They took the time to understand our vision for the logistics and helped us build out a timeline with multiple busses and stops. Last minute we had fewer guests than anticipated and we needed to reduce the number of busses. They were able to accommodate and refund us. Would recommend Key Transportation!

I just wanted to thank Key Transportation for a truly wonderful experience. I hired you because I knew I needed special assistance getting to and from the church for my daughter's wedding. Special assistance because I was going with her three elderly grandparents and one of them, my dad, was in a wheelchair. Not only was the car on time, immaculate and wonderful but the driver was so nice and understanding of the situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the day that much more magical. I highly recommend Key Transportation for all your transportation needs. Mauricio is extremely helpful and accommodating. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly and pays close attention to all the details. I have used Key Transportation for all of my children's high school homecomings and proms and could not have been happier.
They are punctual, the buses are impeccable and the drivers are very courteous and responsible. Key Transportation is a first rate company that provides amazing service excellence to there customers. They treat customers as friends of the company unlike many other companies who would like to keep you as a customer yet not giving you that warm, welcoming and family feeling that you should get when being a customer of a transportation company.
I have personally had them provide services for me and professionally for my employer and they have always come through in a short time frame of need (not preferred). They have provided upscale VIP service with their sedan vehicles, sprinters and mini buses. I fully recommend Key Transportation for ALL of your transportation needs.

I have been using Key Transportation as my main source for executive car service for over two years. I can honestly say that Key Transportation offers top notch, reliable and elite services. Regardless of unforeseen and, often numerous flight changes, Key transportation is extremely reliable. You can rest assured that any global executives travelling in/out of Miami will reach their destination safe and sound. Bonus, if your executive is running late, the driver will gladly wait outside the office or in the airport, it is truly a service not many vendors offer in town. I highly recommend!
