Amy's Limo Service is the best. Great drivers. I left my phone in their limo when I got dropped off at the airport on my way back to Alaska. I thought I'd never see it again. They sent it to me via FedEx. Great company, I recommend them whole heartily.

We came to Seattle from Calgary AB, and had the best time. First our flights were delayed 5 times, and they were so accommodating changing pick up times for us, took a lot of stress off our shoulders. When our driver Tee picked us up, we told him we wanted the ultimate city tour then to drop us down town. He took us to the best viewpoints, and some places most tourists wouldn't know about.

He told us so much history about Seattle and where we should visit while we were there. The limo was clean and so nice, and everything to get our music playing was ready. I would definitely recommend booking with Amy's limo.

We employed Amy's Limo Service numerous times prior to 2006, and again this month, for the first time since then. Amazed to see Rick, one of our original drivers. He remembered us, and provided the same great service. That kind of consistency, through a pandemic as well, is unheard of. Kudos to Amy and her team for offering a level of quality that has sustained her business for two decades!

Scheduling the limo was quite easy and it arrived right on time. We were given the freedom of where to go, and our driver was extremely nice. He helped us take photos and gave us some extra time as traffic was bad. Overall, he made it a fantastic experience, and we're we're absolutely pleased with the service. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I sent multiple emails asking about. Asking a reservation. No response. Then I called Just now and they hung up on me. I called back and they didn't care that anyone didn't respond to my emails. She do you want to make this reservation or not and I said all I want to know is what kind of car would' be used. Don't use this company they don't have any customer service

This Limo service is the best! I only needed a limo for about an hour and a half. Every other limo company had a 4 hour minimum, and gave me quotes of $800-$1200. Amy's Limo Service was flexible and allowed me to book the Stretch Hummer for an hour and half for $325! I'm so happy we booked with them! Our driver T was amazing, very kind and professional. I used Amy's Limousine service to transport my bridal party from the hotel we were getting ready at, to our venue. I had a very positive experience with them and would strongly recommend. Generally most limousine rental companies had 3-4 hr minimums on saturdays. Amy's flexible pricing was ideal considering that I only had one way transportation needed. Prices are very reasonable as well!

I have only used Amy's Limousine a couple times, but so far I'm planning to switch to this service. Everything is what you expect from a first class limousine service. Very clean new vehicles, professional on-time drivers and a competitive rate! As long as I continue to get the service that I've received so far, my current 4-star rating will quickly go to 5-stars!

Amy's Limousine was above and beyond with kindness, communication, and they surprised us with the most amazing car on our wedding day! We just requested a standard town car for our ride from the church to our reception hall and they arrived with a Rolls Royce Spyder! They said everyone should feel like a king and Queen on their wedding day, and we did feel that good and more!

Joe was our driver and was absolutely fantastic. He was so friendly, welcoming and made our wedding day fantastic. He was on time and dropped us off on time. When our wedding was finished, I text him for pick up and he was there in 20 seconds. And this was in a busy part of Pioneer Square. He also had great suggestions on where to go for pictures. Look elsewhere! Horrible customer service. My debit was charged 2,000 for a deposit to reserve a service, when it was suppose to be 200. They are impossible to get a hold of. They said it was refunded but 5 days later it is not. I have to deal with the fraud department with BECU for a service I never received. Amy also says they are not responsible for the overdraft charges! Lovely!

We have been using Amy's for years and had recommended them to several friends. That said, the last two times we attempted to use them, they forgot to pick us up. The first time they wound up sending an Uber driver even though they said that "one of their drivers was in the area" and then never apologized. We gave them another chance a few months later only to be forgotten again. This time no phone call, text, nothing. We had to grab an Uber (who was very close by and wound up charging way less). Two strikes and they are out

I have used Amy's services a couple times now and have been very pleased both times. She's been on time for picking us up at the beginning of our night and the end at 2am. She's very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I called a couple of other services to book a stretch LIMO - not a bus for up to 20 people. One guy answered and a baby was crying in the background. Then I remembered, they were the company that no-showed on us last Christmas. Then I called another service but 3 days later I still had not received an email confirmation. And BOTH of these companies, the guys argued with me after I wanted to make sure they have the correct insurance and their drivers are licensed with a CDL, I referenced what just happened in New York where 22 people died. BOTH of these guys told me, that stuff only happens in the movies! Really?

Because it just happened in REAL life. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEWS! Called Amy's Limousine Service, spoke with Kelly on the phone and she booked it and immediately sent me the confirmation! And she's having their insurance sent over to us as well for further proof. Again, make sure you read the reviews. Amy's has great reviews! I can already tell our team is going to enjoy this experience.

Amy's really went over an above for my son's prom and I could not have been more impressed. The vehicle was pristine and our driver was the best - I had no doubt they were in good hands for the evening. I will be a return customer for all special occasions and business travel needs!

Amy quoted me $55 to pick up my mother from the airport. She took it upon herself to charge me $78.

I hired Amy's Party bus for my daughter and her friends for Prom. They picked the group up all the way in Black Diamond and drove them to downtown Seattle. Although he said he couldn't pick them up at the agreed time the kids said it was fine as they were ready to go earlier anyway. So he picked them back up at 10:30(Instead of the agreed upon midnight.) and drove them back to Black Diamond.

The driver was super nice and the kids had an awesome time! The delayed responses were a tad annoying but I can be like a bad rash that doesn't go away. I would think that this company would have someone manning the phones, or an answering service 24-7. All in all, great experience. Marla M.

I rented a Limo for a group of 18 friends for a bachelorette party. It was great and they were able to do this for the 2 hrs we needed! I booked the Escalade because I really did NOT want a Hummer. The day of the rental they called me and said they had to switch to the Hummer because of mechanical issues. I was bummed about this but it turned out alright.

All in all, it was a great first limo experience for me. My girlfriends and I had a great time. I was expecting a driver with a hat and suit but the guy came super casual. Which is totally fine! The driver was on time and drove us around to some great Seattle stops. The limo was clean visually but the limo smelled REALLY strong of cat pee. We rolled with it though and laughed about it.

We weren't able to communicate with the driver during the ride because the phone didn't work? So we had to bang on the window! Beforehand, I had a really hard time communicating with the office. They were super delayed with getting back to me on everything and I had to be really persistent (and probably annoying). I'd call and they'd say they'd call me back on something and I had to call them back a week later to get the answer I needed.

I bought a deal voucher on yelp and read all the fine print. At first they weren't sure they were going to honor it, but eventually did (phew!). In the end we all had a great time and it was a memorable experience! I'm just so relieved they showed up since some of the reviews here gave me nightmares! Would I book them again? Maybe.

We actually never used this service but were given one quote one day and 2 days later when we went to book it more than doubled. Same date, same vehicle, same number of people. Was told the original quote was from "someone who was learning". They would not honor the originally quoted price. Horrible customer service!

Left us stranded at Seattle Tacoma airport after I was promised they would track our flight. I called to ask what was up and I got a very rude person telling me she was only an answering service and that she would take my number and someone would call me within 4 hours. Wanted to use this company regularly for business at least twice a week. Disappointed to say I will never reserve Amy's limo service again.

We used Amy's Limousine Service for a group of 18 kids to go to Prom. We were not concerned about drinking at all, but thought putting 18 kids in a limo was safer than 18 kids on the road. They had a fantastic time driving all around the east side and into Seattle for their festivities. Working with Amy was simply fantastic. She was SOOOOO easy to work with, easy to talk to, easy to set up the plan of where to go.

She was concerned about all details, if the limos could make it into particular driveways. Drivers were perfectly on time, professional. Prices were very competitive. Thanks for a fantastic night!

Terrible experience. Driver did not show up. Left my wife and I on the curb on our wedding night. Terrible customer service, attempted to blame me. On my wedding night. They claimed we gave them the incorrect address. I copy and pasted a screen shot proving them otherwise. No apology or response after that. Poorly run company that does not communicate to its staff or clients. Be warned, is all I'm saying. Shop around for a limo service for your special day. You don't want to be disappointed, I know I was.

Wow - I was so disappointed especially given the 4.5 rating with 35+ reviews. I should have known from the mediocre interaction on the phone when I reserved. The driver arrived early - that was good. But other than that he was not good with knowing directions, the best way to get places, etc. He took routes that were just not smart given our planned stops. And the car was not in great shape - just okay. I guess I expected more - we wouldn't rent from these guys again.

I only rent limos for the kid's birthdays who are 9 and 12. It was great to be able to dump 18 kids in a stretch escalade and have the service take them to their party and back. It saved on the parents having to coordinate. they provide free glasses and ice so you can bring your own drinks etc. no food. I really don't have much else to compare with but the cars are relatively new and the drivers have been very accommodating. I really haven't bothered to look elsewhere as the prices have been fair and the service good

My wife scheduled Amys limo to pick us up for our wedding night to take us from the venue to our hotel. We made and paid for our reservation, and Amy said our limo would be there 20 minutes before our send off. I became a little nervous when Amy texted my wife 2 days before our wedding asking us what day it was again, but based on the positive yelp reviews I decided to keep the reservation.

My wife planned a send off for us with everyone holding sparklers as we made our way to the limo and she had been really excited for it, and bought special sparklers for our guests. The limo never showed up, but the worst part was no one even bothered to call us to say they couldn't make it. We had to call Amys limo to see what was going on and there answer was "oh something happened." They offered to send another one that would have arrived 45 minutes after everything was broken down and everyone was gone.

We didn't feel like waiting by ourselves in an empty parking so we told Amy not to bother, and we ended up just getting a ride from one of the bridesmaid's. My wife was so excited for the big finale of our sparkler send off to a limo and that was ruined. Weddings are incredibly important and special to the people involved and if a company takes on the responsibility to be a part of that experience they should make it more of a priority.

I am in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend and she was flying in for Valentine's Day weekend last night. I wanted to do something special for her to show her I care. I called Amy's limo service and spoke to Amy who was very professional and helpful in planning a perfect night out. Her service and drivers are professional and top of the line! Definitely will use them again, possibly just to go to the airport! This is the only limo service I could imagine using in the Seattle area.
