Joey's Limousine Service

We recently used Joey's service with a large party bus. The bus itself was great, very clean, new and had alot of storage, blue tooth, coolers, etc. However the service from the driver was awful. He showed up annoyed and rude and it did not get any better throughout the 8 hours of service. Unfortunately the lack of customer service put a damper on a great celebration. I will not recommend for future due to the driver.

Joey's Limousine classless, rude, a complete fraud not what they portray to be. Back in January a elderly man driving a Joey's white van with elementary school students for passengers decided to squeeze the van where it didn't fit scratching my car while parked the elderly driver got out the van insulted me throwing a Joey's business card at my face.

After months of no call backs from them now they decide to lie to the insurance company filing a claim against me stating i was driving on the wrong side of the street yeah oookkk the car wasn't even on thankfully there are countless witnesses both parents and teachers.

Fantastic John the driver took four 18 year olds to the Cheesecake Factory in Providence in a stretch limo for their birthdays. They had an absolute blast, it was so much fun cranking up the music and having privacy! They all felt very special. Looking forward to doing it again for another special occasion! Great experience using Joey's for a concert in Boston. Tom, our driver, was the consummate professional. Great service, the car was meticulously clean and the ride in and out of the city was smooth and a value well worth the cost. We will use Joey's again, thanks for a great evening.

From start to finish friendly service (Jonathan starting with emails of quotes and any other questions I had, and ending with Wayne our driver who was so friendly and caring). Overall painless awesome service and a great party bus. If I ever need another limo service in the Worcester area I'll definitely be calling them again.

Celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday with a limo and dinner for her and her friends. I called for a quote and received great information. The price very reasonable so I booked. I emailed all my details on pickup, drop off and itinerary. Everything was perfect! Steve the driver was wonderful. He treated the girls as ladies and helped them get settled into the limo.

The limo arrived on time, met us at the restaurant and picked up the girls on time. It was so smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Joey's to anyone looking for a night out.

Will definitely be using Joeys again. We rented a limo for my daughter and her best friend to take to the beach for pictures of them in their prom dresses because their prom has been cancelled due to the pandemic. Our driver Ricky was on time professional and very courteous. The limo was very clean and big. The girls had the best day and full of smiles. Just called in to get a quote and got berated for trying to make a day-of reservation (never an issue for most car services I've dealt with). Wanted to support local business but will happily save money and take an Uber instead.

I just got married this past weekend and could not believe how amazing this limo company was. They arrived early and the driver was honestly the best. Not only did he provide a fantastic limo service, he also fixed both my dress train and veil before walking down the aisle. I wished I had known his name because Joeys should really give him a lot of praise for the service our limo driver provided. He went above and beyond with making my wedding day super special and I could not thank him enough. Definitely would be recommending this company from here on out.

Took limo to Logan. Driver on time and car clean. Return pick up was as satisfactory. However, slight delay because their info said we were getting in at a different time. But our flight info had not changed. Called the service and had a slight 15 minute delay.

We used Joey's town car service to get back and forth from Logan on our "bucket list" trip to Scotland. They were fantastic.reasonably priced, on time, polite and so on. When we landed at Logan at 9pm and I took my phone off airplane mode, I got a text within minutes from the driver with nicely detailed directions to the limo parking area, where he was waiting. On a scale of 1-10, Joeys is a 15! We will definately use them again and recommend them highly.

We rented the party bus from Joey's for a birthday party tailgate experience and we couldn't be more pleased with the ease of the booking, the quality of the bus, and most importantly, the friendliness and helpfulness of the driver, Wayne. Wayne made our experience phenomenal because of his communication, sense of humor, kindness, and willingness to help when we arrived at the campus for the tailgate, as we had a passenger with a wheelchair and a need to drop her off conveniently. He was so lovely. Thank you for making a big family and friend party such a success!

All I can say is Joey's is the BEST. From start to finish of our day it was flawless. Wayne was wonderful. The limo was huge (which we did not expect). Clean, comfortable and stocked with water for everyone. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. Reasonably priced too. We would definitely use them again.

Allan has been driving me to my Eye Surgeon appointments for a couple of months. He is the most courteous Livery Driver I've ever known. I have experience is this. My late husband and I owned/operated Southbridge Livery Service for 25 yrs. So I have superior knowledge on the performance of a driver. Allan is excellent. I once had a driver taking passengers to a Patriots Game.

When he saw the sign for "Lowell Connector" he realized he was going the wrong way. They did arrive on time for the game. I love the Town Car as it was my husband's favorite in the fleet.

What a wonderful experience! I heard about Joey's through word of mouth of others in the area and I couldn't be more thrilled with the professional and kind service that Joey's supplied. They are a family business and you feel like family when you travel with them. I recently had to get to Boston and then get a return trip back, and Joey's responded quickly with a rate that is transparent and very reasonable.

The drivers were beyond courteous and really made the trip easy and quick. The town car was clean and comfy. Most of all, the easy communication -- both with reservations and slightly changing pickup times -- was smooth and personable. No impersonal email or drop down menus here! You are talking to the people who are doing the work. They know the area and the drivers know the local roads as only locals do. You can look around -- but make sure you book with Joey's -- you'll be glad you did!

OUTSTANDING! They were so accommodating. I must say when I read some of the reviews I was a bit nervous. But because I had great customer service through email and on the phone, I decided to give it a go for my daughter's wedding. I was thrilled with every aspect of it. They were extremely reasonable. I recently got transport from Logan airport. I was extremely happy with the service from Joey's Limousine. My driver John was fantastic- friendly, professional, and arrived early to be sure I didn't have to wait for him. The prices are very reasonable, and worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

I called looking for a ride to the airport on 2/2 for an early pickup on the 3rd and was declined - not because there were no cars available, but because they didn't want to take a reservation and get a potential cancelation in the middle of the night. I was told this outright. I was also told all the flights were canceled out of Logan the next morning.

I could dispute this because I work for a travel agency and it was certainly not the case. The man on the phone told me that if my husband was to start traveling a lot and start giving them a lot of business he might change his mind but he was not going to at that moment. I let him know that I did work for a travel agency that handled one of his biggest corporate customers.

He asked me who and I told him. He told me two of his cancelations were from that company and one guy was going to Chicago and one to JFK. I looked into this and the flight to Chicago WAS canceled due to weather in Chicago as I told him and the flight to JFK was a voluntary cancelation. I still cannot believe I tried to give the local guy a chance and this was the response.

Certainly wouldn't recommend him to any client ever. My husband got another black car service to come for him and his flight took off to Newark without issue. His regular service was booked which is why I was looking for a substitute.

Don't advertise that you are 24/7 if you have to call someone back during regular business hours. People find out they have to travel at all hours of the day and night. Very frustrating when you just need to get home.
