If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked this company for my wedding. Had a verbal confirmation with the owner of the company. He took all my credit card information, set up a timeline for the day and told me we were all set. Almost two weeks later no money was taken from my account and no confirmation email was sent so I reached out to them asking what the deal was.
The same man who I booked the party bus with told me no money was taken from my account because "They couldn't fit me in that day" I asked him how I was supposed to know he couldn't fit me in if he never called or emailed me to let me know. With my wedding TWO WEEKS away, he didn't seem to care much. Didn't try and help figure something out or suggest a new place. VERY unprofessional, VERY unreliable and VERY unorganized.
Will definitely never consider using them and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone. That being said if you are looking for a company who is helpful, reliable, and willing to make something work for you last minute, use AA Transportation out of Shrewsbury, MA.

I rented a party bus for 10 hours and the bus I received was dirty and late to pick us up. And I was still forced to pay the full amount plus tip. I rented a party bus with Greg the owner months in advance. I never received a confirmation email that I requested multiple time via text. The bus was suppose to pick me and my 17 passengers up at 10pm at a commuter lot near my home.
The bus showed up at 10:30 pm. We got on the bus and to our surprise the bus was dirty. The bathroom had feces in it with a lot of toilet tissue. So I approached the driver and made him aware he said that they must've forgot to clean it. He brought paper towels and a little bottle of windex and then told me there was nothing he could do because they have to flush it down with water because it is like a potter potty.
I asked him to call the owner because I wasn't giving the tip because I wasn't satisfied with the bus. So he called him I spoke to Greg and he told me it's not a big deal and to just not use the bathroom and that if I didn't pay the tip than me and my party had to get off the bus. The tip was $250. I had to get to my event because it was already paid for in New York City.
So I paid the driver. The bus was $125 an hour and I was suppose to get the bus at 10pm -7am so the bus in total was $1250 and I had already gave $100 deposit he told me my balance was $1400 which included the tip. My passengers and I received terrible customer service from this company and had a horrible time on the bus. The driver did not pull off from the commuter lot until 10:48pm.
I was suppose to be at my event 12-12:15 am and we did not get there until 1:08am. So I technically was cheated an hour of the ride and forced to give a tip to this company. While on the bus the emergency exit boarder fell down and hit my passengers in the head while having nails poking out from the sign. The owner of the company is not willing to give my tip money back.
He also said he always has issues with people and the bathroom and he's just going to seal it. Which has nothing to do with me and my guest. And to just not use the restroom on the bus. The whole point of us getting the 30 passenger bus was for the restroom. That we did not get to use. I have videos and pictures of it all.

Last night was a great night for me and compadres because of Metrowest Limousine. Dave was very courteous and helpful. He helped load bus, and even helped clean. He was on time and the 30 passenger Party Bus was clean and exactly what my group needed and we had a great time. I felt like they gave us a great deal on price and when we do party busses I'm pretty sure I'll be booking with them again and advise anyone in the area doing a Party Bus to give them a ring as well. Thanks again Metrowest Limousine and Greg on the good deal.

Great job by Metro - they came all the way out to Longmeadow and did a great job. Bus was clean and ready to go - we were about to add decorations inside - loaded up the bus with booze and off we went. Driver was extremly kind and courteous. We made multiple stops and just had an all around great experience - will definitely use them again.

Greg is a shark and should not be trusted with setting up anyone's transportation needs. This company deserves zero stars. I had contracted them to assist in transporting my wedding party and they failed horribly. Not only were the limos out dated but both had cracks the body of car and they smelled horrible. One of the limos was set to pick up the groomsmen and I (the groom) at a different address and they both showed up to the hotel where the bridesmaids and bride were located.
One limo was used while the other one was empty. This caused the wedding not go begin on time. While at the church one of the limos engines over heated and they had to send a replacement. When this was discussed with Greg he was not only rude, pompous on the phone but blamed his "idiot driver for the mistake" and even hung up on my wife mid conversation.
I called him back and he told me that he was sorry and he will refund the full amount for one limo, after he "pays his bills".To this date he has not sent my refund and has refused to field my calls. Please seek assistance else where. That is no way to run a business. Horrible service.

Booked Metro West for a Bachelorette I was planning from Florida to be held in Boston. Greg was great! Since I was not in the area I was worried about what I was booking but Greg showed up exactly on time, The bus what perfect for our occasion. We went into Boston and then decided to just drive around have some drinks and dance on the bus for the last few hours. We couldn't have had a better time!

I called to book a limo for a very special occasion. There was a very nice guy on the phone. We talked a lot and even tho I got on his nerves he explained everything very carefully. I was surprised by the quality of service. Anyway, we booked that limo for our anniversary with my husband. Everything was perfect. Limo came on time, drove us from the hotel to the restaurant. No complains at all. I am definitely calling you again for my sisters wedding!
