Knight's Airport Limousine Service

As always, the Van shows up on time and the drivers are courteous, helpful & pleasant. When I was dropped off at home after dark, he waited to make sure I got in my door without any problems before pulling away. Their prices are very reasonable and I never have to worry about getting to the airport on time since they are aware of any route changes in Boston ahead of time also. I highly recommend this car service for any transportation needs.

After a long delay with our flight home, my dad was exhausted after 12 hours of traveling, and we were an hour late it's now 1 am. We called the service to keep them updated about our arrival, and was told not to worry, they were tracking the flight, but they appreciated the calls. Eventually Dad was wheeled out to the knights limo, and the driver was great, he helped dad in, took our luggage and was polite and very nice. My family and I have used knights for years, and we know that good help is hard to find, but we have never been disappointed with the service.

I have used Knights' airport shared shuttle services and found it the most convenient and cost-effective way to get to Logan Airport with a lot of luggage. Their drivers are courteous and efficient. They were accommodating when our arrival was delayed by several hours and accommodated us without hesitation. We would recommend their services anytime.

I've used Knight's for well over 15 years, and have always had a positive experience. On pick up, I've had drivers ask if I have my passport/ID; key to enter home on my return, etc. Upon my return, they have waited to ensure I have access to garage via the keypad and/or door key. There is nothing like returning from a long grueling trip (some of my travels entail 2 days of travel with at least one stop/change of plane along the way) and not have to drive the 1+ hour to drive home from the airport myself. Knight's makes every effort to ensure that shared van clients are not subjected to multiple stops for other clients and everyone is delivered to their destination as quickly as possible.

I just moved to MA this past summer and have used Knight's twice so far to get to and from the airport. Both times have been great! It's so nice to be picked up and dropped off right at your door, not having to worry about driving to Logan, or finding your car in the lot! The cost is worth it once you consider how much you'd be spending on parking at the airport! Knights is timely and communicates with you if things change. I will definitely continue to use them!

We used Knights at the end February for our airport shuttle. The day we were to leave, it was a snow storm. When the driver arrived, we inquired how the roads were and he responded that "they are not good". The driver then proceeded to tailgate other drivers and at times he was over 74 Mph on the mass pike. We said numerous times to the driver that our flight was delayed so there was no need to drive so fast in the current conditions.

While passing a vehicle at a high rate of speed in the slushy road conditions, the limousine van started to spin out and we spun across the pike just narrowly missing other vehicles. By the grace of God, we didn't hit anyone and no one hit us. We were all very shaken. The driver never inquired about any possible injuries until he arrived at the airport even though he had immediately called to report the incident to the company.

I never heard anything from this company afterwards. A partial refund would have been appreciated but at minimum an apology for the reckless driving or a follow up call to ensure that once the adrenaline faded that there truly weren't any injuries. I would not recommend this company to others and I will never use them again.

Booked easily, office followed up with a reminder and confirmation call the day before the trip, driver was 15 minutes early, van was clean, he handled all luggage and took us to Logan with no delays. Would recommend for airport service from MetroWest. Service: Limousines

Always have had a great experience with Knights and this time no different! Phil was my driver and he called ahead, arrived early as predicted in his call, was very personable and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation on the way to the airport. Will use Knights next time for sure!
