The cars were phenomenal the bridal party enjoyed their van, the family members enjoyed the big bus. But the vintage car was something special, it was a real head turner. The driver was amazing cracking jokes with the father of the bride on the way to the church and giving the bride and groom time to take in everything on their way to the reception.

I was warned that sometimes vintage cars can be hot but this one was well air conditioned. Santos VIP was on time (early) and the vehicles were great. Couldn't be happier with the service.

You were wonderful to work with from the beginning planning stages and the wedding day was amazing! Excellent customer service from the start Liz got back to me right away and we booked a limo for my wedding. I even had to reschedule my wedding and they were able to accommodate me on a diff date. We commissioned Santos VIP Limo for our son's junior prom and could not have been happier. Luis, our driver, was wonderful and thoughtful. He put all the parents at ease and called me, as he had promised, as soon as he got the kids to their destination. He also made it incredibly easy for my son to find him once the event was over. My wedding was this past Saturday and we rented a party bus and stretch limo. Both drivers were on time and AMAZING! I even offered the drivers to come join us for the reception since all of our family and friends loved them! Both the bus and limo were clean and modern looking. I had the pleasure of having Luis as the driver for my bride and groom, and saying he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Not only was he on time, he was early. Not only was he early, he also jumped in as my assistant to fluff and adjust the brides dress at church ( make note that I didn't ask him to jump in to help me, but he saw me working with the bridal party and deacon and out of the pure goodness of his heart jumped in just to help out).

Not only did he fluff her dress, but after church heard her stomach growling in the car and remembered she refused my nutrigrain bar before church, so he swung a quick uturn and double parked to get her a slice of pizza. This is my first time ever booking a limousine service and I don't think I will ever look to anyone else for this service again besides Santos. They gave me an exact quote upon request for the party bus I wanted and for how long I wanted it for. And there were absolutely no surprises when it came to payment. Our driver was fantastic (Thank you Al). He fulfilled all of my requests and took care of my guests with no problems. He was super kind and helpful and we had the best time! I can't recommend Santos VIP enough! We had the large party bus for our 7/30 wedding which was absolutely perfect, clean, and cool for the hot summer day. Our driver was present throughout my entire ceremony and was the one to fix my dress as I walked down the aisle! He made sure the day ran smoothly and helped us stay on the timeline after the ceremony went way longer than planned. The red carpet set up and champagne at the end of our ceremony allowed for great photos! We will be booking Santos VIP again in the future!
