I used EZ for the first time this past weekend for a trip to AC via town car. Price is reasonable, the driver was courteous, professional, and prompt. I felt so comfortable with the driver that I requested a return trip a few days later. Again prompt, courteous, and professional service. Will definitely use this service again anytime I want a reliable and professional car service for a long trip.

Ez car & Limousine was a fabulous, stress-free way to get to-and-from the airport. Driver was wonderfully knowledgeable! The vehicle was large, comfortable and accommodated all of our luggage. The worst customer service ever! Just got the phone with this rude man, I was just trying to get a price on car service for my daughter prom and he tells me it 90 dollars an hour and I asked was it 90 for the 8 hrs or for an hour being that he told me when getting car service for a prom you have to get it for 8hrs and because I asked him to clarify and this disgusting man catches an attitude. I would never call or use they service. When I found a good car service I'll come back up here and post it so no one will use these people!

Please stay away from this company, they lie on your face. I recently scheduled a pick for one of friends family from JFK to Jersey City and total fare including was supposed to $96. Not only they screwed up for not being able to track the flight but also overcharged and took $120 instead of $96. When I called them asking why they overcharged they don't have time to me or started making some lame excuses. Please stay away from this company, one is better off using other professional companies doing business ethically.

Yeah. as i expecting, driver was on time clean car, experienced driver. i often use this service for airports and sometime for dinner with my friends they have nice fleet in cheap price. and one more thing which i like the most they don't charge for extra waiting time which is a big plus point. last night i was late 2 hours as my fight delays but they track the flight and picked me up from EWR and they don't charge nothing for the waiting time. i really appreciate and highly recommended for the service. keep it up
