Mike Nicoll worked alongside his father, James A. Nicoll, in the construction business for twenty years until the work started to scale back. It was then that Mike and his father agreed that it was time for his own business. This worked out just fine for Mike, who took the money he had saved, bought his first limo, and began driving. A short time later, he bought another limo and a 1957 Rolls-Royce and before he knew it, he had a fleet of vehicles. This is a horrible limo company I would not recommend! This company steals your money and then hides behind a contract. Their contract was written by a 3 yr old who doesn't know the difference between comma placement and word dictation. The last sentence of the contract states "we are not response if you miss your flight or arrive late" In this case that contractual agreement didn't apply to my party bc we weren't going to the airport. Nicolls driver took us down a street we never ask to go on.
Which caused him to be late at dropping us off. they are tricksters and thieves! See pics below. If there driver take you to an area you never ask to go to and he get stuck in traffic you will be charged the late fee. Nicolls limo services are THIEVES! Please save your money and go somewhere else they will charge you $700 for 1.5 hrs. 0/10 would not recommend! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY. You have been WARNED!

There was a roach that crawled up my leg while I was sitting in the limo. Also, they had mold in the champagne glasses. The carpet was ripping up like a 1989 Buick limo. I also saw what seemed like rat droppings on the back seat. I only believe this is true because we found a mouse trap in the door compartment. The limo drivers also made multiple passes at me and my friends.

Who ever your limousine driver was on 7-15-2017 nearly had a head on collision with an SUV on Williams Blvd around 7pm. Your limo driver was pulling out of the shop and did not see an oncoming vehicle. This vehicle had the right of way and slammed on its breaks to avoid a collision. Your company needs to train its drivers to be more attentive. I have made a mental note to AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs, which is especially unfortunate for you because I cater to very large guests and frequently use limousine services. I will be sure to not recommend your company to my colleagues who work in the greater New Orleans area.

I have used Nicolls limos plenty of times and they really are the best! Every time I have used them I got the BEST service ever! I have used them for date nights, bachelorette parties, a rehearsal dinner, birthday parties, and for my wedding and I have been satisfied ever time! Their limos are really nice and they have awesome party buses! I promise you will not be disappointed with Nicolls! I will never use a different limo company!

I chose Nicoll's to take a softball team to a playoff game and was WELL PLEASED with the service. The driver was very accommodating and even asked if the route mattered! I will never use another Shuttle company to service our team! Everything about the trip was well taken care of thanks to Nicholl's!

Very bad. Very Very bad. I have the ride booked for my guest for 11:30pm pickup from New Orleans Airport and no one is at the Airport. Called the assigned driver phone, Carlos said he doesn't have any order assigned to him for pickup, called the 15 times dispatch no one was answering the phone. Finally dispatch answer the phone and he gave me different phone # and I called he is sleeping at home and have no knowledge. And after 35 minutes of waiting my guest have take the cab to her destination. Very disappointing experience such a disaster.
