THIS COMPANY IS ONE ACCIDENT FROM BEING PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! ONE OF THERE LIMOUSINE DRIVERS ALMOST KILLED ME ON AIRLINE HWY THEY WERE DRIVING A BLACK SUV! The reason they are cheaper than the competition is because they don't have the quality of the competition please do yourself a favor and use JAZZY LIMOUSINE IN NEW ORLEANS! GOOD LUCK!

Posted a price on their website for a SUV tour of Mardi Gras house floats at $179 for six individuals. When I attempted to book it was told the price was $270! The woman was rude and uncaring. Blamed the "website guy" and refused to honor the advertised price. Then hung up on me! Will be filing a formal complaint with the Louisiana State Attorney General for deceptive business practices. Terrible way to treat a potential local customer! I suggest you use ANY other limousine company!

Called for their Luxury Limousine Bus for 15 people. We wanted the Celebration in the Oaks package. It's a 2 hour ride and includes riding through City Park to see the lights. The girl who set it up was very friendly. On the night of the event, the driver arrived a little early and he was very hospitable. The bus was perfectly clean and we had a great time. He drove us around after our ride through the park and then dropped us off at our original spot. Great experience!!

For our wedding transportation my husband surprised me with a Rolls Royce rental from A Regal Limousine. The car was beyond amazing and our driver was so wonderful! I cannot put into words how amazing this surprise was!

Simple and kind. Always pleasant on the phone, driver was so nice. We traveled with a party of 4 adults and 3 children, accommodating to all of us. Prices just as reasonable as parking long term in the airport lot without having to get on a monorail with the kids. They have coupons too

Nothing but good things to say. Pierre was awesome. Would use again and no hidden charges.

Recently my parents had a wedding anniversary. I was contacted by a girl very quickly, has kindly offered so many options of limousines for my taste. Compared to other companies, A Regal Limousine was reasonably priced.

The driver arrived on time and at a specified place, professional doing his job, responsible and polite! my gift to the parents were crazy with happiness. Loved the attitude to their customers! White limousine with a spacious leather interior brought to mind my parents. Such happy I haven't seen them ever! Soon my brother's wedding, and I'll make him a gift, will order through this company called white limo. Thank you for the quality feedback! I recommend to use A Regal Limousine.

I had a limo confirmed for six months at A Regal Limo. Seven hours before my pick up, the company called me saying I needed to add 1.5 hours for travel time, totaling $140. I was asking why I am just now being asked to add time when this has been booked for six months. The lady on the phone was frustrated I did not want to pay the extra money and I was frustrated that I was being asked to pay just hours before pick up.

The owner, Freddie, got on the phone and was very rude saying, "What do you want me to do, ma'am? Want me to cancel?" I said "I would like you to simply apologize for putting this on me seven hours before my pick up and then maybe I would have been more willing to pay. I am frustrated at your customer service and how rude you all are. I am frustrated that the lady before was extremely rude and I am frustrated that you are being so rude. "I said "But you acting like an ***** is not making me want to pay for extra hours." And he replied, "You know what, you're not getting the car. ***** YOU!

Go ***** yourself." And he hung up the phone on me. I called back to ask who I was speaking to and he answered the phone again and said, "Freddie. I am the owner. You don't like it then GO ***** YOURSELF! How bout that?" and he hung up on me again.

I used this company Saturday May 27 for my son's graduation. 5 stars across the board. Very professional and very courteous. Thank you A Regal for making my son's day extra special. My driver was the absolute best. Please book this company if you want a company that treat you like a king or queen and not money.

It is absolutely untrue what they claim on their website about professionalism and customer service. After reserving and paying in full months in advance, my party got the hoopty bus with a driver who needed directions! A party bus with no A Regal logo as per website. No ice provided and the driver could not operate the doors. Pathetic! At the very least. A Regal should be down right ashamed, but they didn't care when we questioned why we didn't get the bus we paid for. DO NOT use this company!

I bought a 4 hour groupon and called a few times to see what my options were for a Saturday night. They were always very helpful on the phone. A few Saturday nights ago, we decided to book and take a long drive to dinner for my birthday. This is where it becomes slightly comical. The driver knocks on the door 30 min early. Im still getting ready so my husband answers the door.

The driver asks where we plan to go and asks if we would mind if his girlfriend comes along! Not kidding. We were dumbfounded by his request. We're both easy going unpretentious people so we agreed. We inform him we plan to take a bottle of champagne with us so he then leaves to get bags of ice for the well. I thought ice would have been in there already but whatever.

When he pulls back in, he says he needs to turn the air on to get it cooled off for us. Again, shouldnt this have been done already? We're all standing in the street while he's sitting in the back of the limo fooling with the air. So then we finally get in and notice the door handles are broken and the glassware is dusty. The leather was torn in the back seat and the overall appearance is just not clean or kept up.

At this point, he informs us that his girlfriend should be pulling up any minute. So we wait and wait and wait and now we're worried that we wont make our dinner reservation. The driver verifies his gps has us getting there on time but I called the restaurant to be on the safe side. Apparently the girlfriend is lost so we start driving. She catches up with us and we pick her up at a gas station on the way.

We asked if the partition can close to give our now double date some privacy. I've never in my life experienced a limo ride like this one. Maybe besides the time the driver was at the wrong hotel and I was 45 min late to my own wedding. Not sure if I would take a chance to rent from them again based off the condition of their fleet and unprofessional driver.

I found this transportation site on groupon but it was cheaper without the Groupon! The driver was there to greet the 8 of us. The limo SUV was perfect, and even the driver was a cutie "hey boo" lol. It cost us about $15 per person which was cheaper then Uber!

I used A Regal limousine service to take a few friends around for our 25th high school reunion. A Regal had the best price I could find. Our driver, Ray, was on time, very courteous and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better night for the price!

I cannot say enough good things about this comapny and especially Melissa. I was under great stress due to a death in my family but Melissa was very accommodating, professional, and kind, especially during a time when most companies were trying to take advantage of the situation. A Regal Limo actually gave me special consideration which was greatly appreciated and even allowed the use of a Groupon. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Melissa!

I may change this review later but so far it's not a good start. I purchased the groupon for 4 hour limo service, cost of $145. I called when I made the purchase back in February. We are vacationing in Nola from Oct 29 - Nov 2, so this is a good deal. I had to call 2 times to make the arrangements. First time the woman took my information and told me she would return my call, second time I spoke to a man who said the woman was a temp and that he would help me.

We set the date of Nov 30th for pick up. I called today to confirm and again he's confused and rude. Finally he say the pick up is for the correct time and hangs up on me. VERY RUDE.I can't wait to see how this turns out. I may be getting my money back. Lets hope they show up.

Regal Limo did a very good job. We booked them for our group from the airport to our hotel an back again at the end of our trip. We were met with a sign in baggage claim and then whisked off to the hotel. On the way back they went above and beyond by showing up over an hour early so that they could position before the parade. BUT when I called about that reason earlier in the day, the person who answered the phone just kept saying I booked 1:30pm.

Fair enough, but I wanted to make sure they would be prompt as we might have to walk a block or two with our luggage and we wanted to meet them at 1:30pm. He said the driver would call me when he arrived. Luckily the driver was very conscientious. A Regal Limo was good but more expensive than Riverbend Charters (who we preferred). If the two employees that I spoke to when confirming my reservations had been more professional, they would have earned another star. But both of them treated me like a nuisance.

Exceeded expectations. on time. ice buckets full, clean and ample glassware, limo immaculate, and the chauffeur James dressed and acted the part. highly recommend

This company is extremely unprofessional. We booked a stretch hummer limo months in advance for my friend's bachelorette party. The day before the bachelorette, they called to tell us we did not book the hummer limo and asked if we can push the time back for pick up. They did not want to compromise despite the fact it was their fault. We have proof we booked the hummer limo and pick up time via email. Now, the day before my friend's wedding they call to tell her the stretch hummer limo is in the shop. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Also, their customer service is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to use their limo service.

WOW. Had an amazing service with this Limo company. They picked me up from Jazzfest twice and also took my family (2 kids and pregnant wife) to the airport. +Brand new looking SUVs +They insisted on providing a complementary car seat for our little one +All drivers dressed professionally in suits +Great complementary water +Easy to reach drivers via their cell phones +Drivers were waiting to pick us up at least 30-90 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up so when the kids were tired from the festival, we were able to leave early! Would give 6 stars if I could. Awesome service. Thanks for making my NOLA experience less stressful!

I booked the mega limo bus for my daughter's wedding. They were there early for pick up, the driver as courteous and professional ( Don't remember his name), and things ran smoothly. I would use them again.

As is typical, I waited until the last possible moment to make arrangements for transportation from Louis Armstrong Intl. Fortunately, A Regal was able to secure a stretch limo on such short notice. My flight to NOLA was not without a number of delays, but the staff at A Regal was extremely accommodating, even after I had pushed back the pickup time several times.

As it turned out, the tail winds were in our favor and I arrived much earlier than I had asked to be picked up. To my surprise, the driver was already waiting for us. The driver was very professional, and the limo was spotless. I will definitely use A Regal again on my next trip.

Used A Regal Limousine Service on New Year's Eve 2008. After getting a last minute reservation at an excellent restaurant about 40 miles out of town I needed to get transport. I didn't figure on finding a limo at the last minute but Regal came through for me. They got me a stretch limo for four hours they showed up right on time and the driver (Jeremy) did an excellent job. I would certainly use them again!
