I have used Dreammaker multiple times now and it's always a professional experience. They're the best in town for large group transportation and they make the ride a ton of fun!

Rented a 31 person bus last minute a week before prom. Jeff was very accommodating to our forever changing number of people. David was our driver and was really great with 17 rowdy loud teenagers. He took them to few spots for pictures and our pick up and drop off was different.

Rented the tail gater for a baseball game. Driver was awesome and kids had a blast! Highly recommend

Very professional and accommodating! The limo is very clean and makes you feel like you are out for an evening on the town. Excellent way to spend an enjoyable evening out!

10 of us took the wedding crasher limo to the Kenny Chesney concert and it was wonderful! Our driver Andrew made it 5 stars! He was so great, kind and accommodating. He even put all our stuff back on the bus while we went into the concert, which I felt was a big perk!

We got the 33 passenger bus - great arrangement for conversation of those in the circular area. Brian was prompt, very helpful and a good driver. Disappointed that we were not able to do our own slides or video on the TV screen in the back. Also the temperature in the back was extremely hot, August in Fla. always is, but thought the air conditioning should have given us more relief.

We used it for a family reunion and had several kids on board. The inability to have full bathroom access was not ideal and the bus was not as clean as I would have hoped. Many of the windows are boarded up so if you are looking for viewing the sites, probably not a good choice. Chance for improvement - better air conditioners, better bathroom, ability to play own video/music/slides on TV, microphone available to those speaking in back so everyone can hear. Seats were comfortable except for extreme heat, esp. in the back.

I have used Dreammaker over a dozen times in the past five years and me and my friends always have the best time. The owner always helps get us set up and makes sure we have the best vehicle for our needs. The Drivers are always early by about 15 minutes at least and contact me the day before the event to see if there is any special instructions. The Buses are like having your own private party access we have gone to football games, concerts and just nights out in the past and have ALWAYS had a memorable time. Below we went to a hockey game the other night and a college football game a few years back!

Can't say enough about the customer service, communication and professionalism. My elderly parents and their friends were scheduled to take a cruise on America Cruise Lines and realized they would be getting into New Orleans during the height of Mardi Gras. I was worried because they aren't seasoned travelers and my mom needs wheelchair assistance.

I called Flagship, explained the situation and they were so accommodating. They didn't price gouge even though it was a pickup during a very busy Mardi Gras. They sent a confirmation to me the day before with the drivers name and cell number. I contacted him (Roger) with a question he responded very quickly. My parents were due to arrive today in New Orleans. I had not heard if they made it or if they found the driver. About an hour ago I got an email from Roger that they were on the ship safely! Thank you!

We just used the Double Trouble bus for 28 adults and did a Saturday Beach Bar Crawl. It was one of our best outings ever. Brian was our driver and he provided first class attention and service. Will be using them again and again.

Jeff with DreamMaker was very professional and helpful! Always responded to my emails quickly and worked with me on each detail to get it perfect for our special day. Darren, our driver was terrific! Very personable, helpful and very accommodating, and got us to each of our stops on time. We will definitely use them again! A+++

Can't say enough good things about Al and his service. As a native, Al was able to not only fill us in on interesting details we would have missed otherwise, but even went so far as to book dinner reservations where we received VVIP dining service due to his contacts! Car arrived promptly, took us on the tour we had booked AND added a bunch of other interesting stops that we hadn't planned on. We managed to see everything we wanted to see in just one day. Hands down the best option for touring the area. I'll never go back to pre-packaged shuttle tours!

Almost everything about this company is underwhelming and unprofessional. From tailgating to late arrival and unexplained unwillingness to provide tax receipts for travel Flagship Limousines represent the worst aspect of the wonderful city that is New Orleans. Don't be fooled by their $300+ private tours which is light on structure, devoid of insight/information but includes swearing in front of children and speeding.

All for five times more than what you'll pay elsewhere. You'll be left scratching your head and scraping your wallet as to why. There are twenty better limo providers in NOLA. Avoid Flagship at all costs. Or repeat our mistake of engaging these shonksters and ruin your visit to lovely Louisiana.

Our hotel booked Flagship for a tour of the New Orleans. I asked them to find someone who would give us the best tour as it was for my adult kids (my wife and I used to live in New Orleans and frequent the city to this day, but wanted them to have the opportunity for a really good tour not just our favorite haunts). Flagship sent out Al Hebron and the tour was fantastic.

He gave a lot of the history of New Orleans (as well his personal history of New Orleans which was far more interesting and entertaining than a straight on historical perspective). We had a lot of overlap in experiences but his knowledge of "what was" and "what is", and how things moved from the past to the present was phenomenal. We got a very realistic perspective from a true New Orleanian (I didn't use the term "y'at") about what transpired before, during and post Katrina, a perfect tour of the best/most interesting Cemetery, Uptown, Garden District, Lakeview, the Marigny, Bywater and Treme.

We talked restaurants, bars, music et al. I told some friends who were locals about the entirety of the Tour and they fully intend to use Al when they have out of town company given the breadth and scope of what we saw in a short period by a person who knows every aspect of the City. It could not have been better and I guarantee that I will contact Al again (and again and again) as we bring different people to New Orleans. THANK YOU AL.

My husband and I took a tour of the city with Al. We had an outstanding time! Al was fantastic! It was great to see the city from someone who has lived here his entire life and has the stories to go with it. Absolutely a must - only regret was that we were leaving that day and could not go to some of the restaurants and bars he showed us! Have to come back now!

My encounter with Flagship Limo was first class! My hotel booked a city tour for my family and we had such a great time. Our guide, Al, taught us a great deal about New Orleans history and gave us a wonderful tour around the city. I will definitely use Flagship LImo services the next time we are in New Orleans. Thanks!
