Atlantic Limousine

Absolutely worst limo business in Atlanta. Committed to a pick up and cost, and the day before the concert for my daughters! Called to say they have to charge an additional 3 hours because its too far for them. DO NOT trust! Go somewhere else.

SO disappointed with this company. Quick response in the beginning to receive information and pricing. However, I have now been waiting a MONTH to receive a contract with no response. Reached out every single week with absolutely nothing in return, which is SO frustrating. Very poor customer service, considering all they had to do was send a contract so I could sign and give them payment. Disappointed to say I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

We used them as our getaway car for my wife & I to leave our wedding. Our driver Billtoria was on time & had everything ready for us, Red carpet, champagne, it was a great addition to our wedding.

My wedding party and I had a great time using one of the buses they had. Kyle was great at helping me get a quote.

Atlantic Limousine is the best transportation company for a busy executive. They are always on time, the reservations staff has great additional questions about things I would never even think to tell them. If you're looking for a great way to use your commuting time during the week, have Atlantic Limo drive you to the office or to meetings.!

Overall they were fine, they got the job done. They did transportation for my wedding weekend. We spent a lot of time finalizing the wedding schedule so they fully understood pick-up and drop-offs. During the weekend they ignored the schedule twice by completing an unauthorized stop they then charged us for and left guests between venues by leaving earlier than we aligned on via the schedule. We had wedding planners and assigned points of contact and neither were consulted before these decisions were made. This feedback was given to them and they didn't respond.

My wife and I used Atlantic Limousine & Transportation (ALT for short) for our wedding. Booking was very easy and prices were reasonable. ALT were also very flexible and understanding. There was a miscommunication (no fault of ALT) that required an itinerary change the day before our wedding. Eric at ALT resolved this for us quickly and the service was perfect the night-of. We highly recommend using Atlantic Limousine & Transportation for any of your transportation needs.

I am a wedding planner and have the ability to work with many different transportation companies but my go to is Atlantic Limo. Sir Eric is awesome to work with and is prompt when responding. He does a great job in meeting my clients needs always. I recently worked with them for 2 different events back to back and I loved our driver Eli so much I requested him for my teams gratitude day. Eli is a pleasure and is great at communicating and takes directions well. If you ever need a limo company reach out to Atlantic Limo talk with Sir Eric but request your driver to be Eli! You won't be disappointed!

Jade was incredibly easy to work with. Everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day, and our driver made us feel right at home. I would suggest Atlantic Limousine in a heartbeat!

I wanted to provide feedback from our shuttle service that we did with y'all on 12/10/21. Our driver put in the incorrect GPS location for our initial drop off to Magnolia Hall at Piedmont Park so we arrived 20-30 minutes late to take family pictures. I spoke with our wedding coordinator and she had stated she told the driver how to enter the park with the correct park gate code multiple times.

We were fortunate that a park attendant got on the bus with us when we arrived at the wrong location to show the driver where she needed to go to enter the park. In the quote with Jade, she stated we could take as many trips as needed and the driver gave us a hard time about making trips within our allotted time. Specifically, my mother in law wanted to go back to the hotel early and the driver did not want to take her back.

On a different trip, she was talking on her phone and the group felt unsafe with her driving. On our trip back, we asked for music and she seemed very disinterested in helping with our request. In all, we were disappointed in our overall experience and this added unnecessary stress to our evening. UPDATE: I was able to speak with the VP Hoss and had a great conversation with him. He took my complaint seriously and is taking measures to improve future clients.

Jade helped me coordinate transportation for a bachelorette weekend at Chateau Elan and the surrounding area, north east of Atlanta. Jade was great to work with and made sure every detail was taken care of before the trip. We had a sprinter van to and from the airport, a party bus from Chateau Elan to Lake Lanier for a sunset cruise and a Hummer limo to Helen for Oktoberfest.

All of the vehicles were well appointed, clean and comfortable. The party bus didn't have Bluetooth which was a bummer and we would have brought a cord or speaker if we had known. Richard was our driven from the airport to the hotel, to Lake Lanier and to Helen. I took away a star because he wasn't very friendly but he was on time and got us from point A to point B and back safely.

I understand a bachelorette trip probably wasn't what he wanted to work with that weekend but would have been nice if he was a little friendlier. Eli was our driver from the hotel back to the Atlanta airport Sunday and he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use Atlantic Limo again!

Do not use Atlantic Limo for your wedding day, if you actually want your guests to arrive at all. Total failure by Atlantic Limo and I'm extremely disappointed with the entire experience and for allowing this to happen. On top of that, trying to use poor excuses to rectify the situation and the lack of empathy you've shown me and my guests for the significant delays you've caused us on our wedding day.

My ask is that you refund my entire billed amount as the services rendered were not as expected, not even close. No communication from the driver, poor customer service and lack of planning by your team contributed to the disaster of transportation services we received. Please make this right as you embarrassed us in front of our guests. You also never offered any feedback that our requested/planned schedule would be considered "tight".

This information should have been provided by your staff in preparation for the day. We gave a very detailed excel spreadsheet of the locations and timing, your team confirmed the schedule, failed to pick up my guests and it resulted in them racing to get Ubers to make it to the ceremony. I had to walk down the aisle late as people entered the ceremony.! I am Appalled by your service. Do not choose Atlantic Limo until this is made right!

Jade fulfilled our order and was our single point of contact in preparing for the wedding needs. She had excellent communication and worked extremely well with our wedding planner. The driver was professional, extremely well dressed and very kind. The van was spotless. The communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. i always knew the status of the driver. Thanks for such great attention to detail.

Atlantic provided a coach bus for us, they were PERFECT! Great communication, timeliness and professionalism. It was so nice not to have to worry at all about this aspect of our event. Absolutely perfect.

We used Atlantic Limousine based on recommendations by our wedding planner. The bride and groom live in Atlanta. We are the parents of the bride and live in Florida. We worked with Jade Lantz to arrange a 25 passenger bus to transport guests between the hotel (where most were staying) and the venue almost a mile and a half away. The day of the event, the bus arrived early, so the driver had more than an hour to stage.

The driver, Mr. Thomas Stewart, was great. He transported wedding attendees to the venue on demand with everyone getting there on time. He staged at the venue and made a trip or two back to the hotel on demand, and then transported almost three fully loaded trips back from the venue at the end of the evening, efficiently, safely and with patience and a sense of humor.

I am so glad I used Atlantic. Our guests were able to have a good time without having to worry about driving afterward, and it saved them from rideshare surge pricing. Plus, it kept them safe. It was money well spent.

I'm a wedding planner and have worked with Atlantic Limousine several times, including this past weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Jade and Regan are the best. Everything went so smoothly, they send updates via text and e-mail and their drivers are so professional and kind -- specifically Greg, Jim, Barry and Devin. Cannot recommend enough!

Atlantic Limousine & Transportation was the perfect vendor for my wedding transportation needs. I had them shuttle both the wedding party and wedding guests to and from two different locations since we got married in a church and then had the reception at a hotel. Despite downtown traffic, they were prompt with each arrival/departure and really took a lot of stress off my plate knowing this was not going to be an issue! Plus, the inside of the minibus was pretty cool with the speakers and the lights! Highly recommend!

Perfect Experience! Jade with Atlantic put our mind at ease that everything was taken care of.and the wedding transportation was flawless! We had a 25 passenger bus to shuttle the wedding party from Hotel to Church to Reception back to Hotel, which made things perfect! The driver (Albert) was professional and where he was supposed to be every single time!

We also booked a 1962 Rolls Royce for the Bride and Groom, which was AMAZING! Gary the driver fit the role perfectly as a Rolls Royce chauffeur! Fantastic service! Will call again!

Atlantic Limo is my absolute favorite transportation company in the Atlanta area. I'm a wedding planner, so I am often dealing with complex logistical situations (moving 200 people from one location to another and then back again, etc.) Thanks to their detail-oriented team (PJ and Jade) they're capable of handling these complex logistics. I. always, always start with them when I'm looking for wedding transportation for a client.

They have a large selection of vehicles, fair pricing, and a reliable track record. They've never missed a pick up time! I'd absolutely recommend them to any brides or grooms that need wedding transportation for guests or even just a fancy getaway car!

Amazing service! Damion was extremely professional, the car was perfect, and the ride was flawless. I will be utilizing their services again. It won't let me give them 5, but they deserve it.

We had two 50 passenger buses for our wedding to go back and forth between the hotels and venue and we couldn't have been happier! They were on time and helpful in the planning process, especially when our guest count changed and they were helpful with adding/subtracting vans/buses!

Decent price and friendly driver. Used for our wedding getaway - No aux cord for the ride *luckily my brother happened to have one, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to use our own music. Our wedding getaway meals were put into a trash bag and placed in the trunk so we had to wait over 45 min to get to the hotel to be able to eat.
