Booked a limousine for a wedding on April 16th. We road through beautiful parts of the city. They were satisfied. The car was delivered on time, the driver was very polite and helpful. Drive carefully. The car is clean and comfortable. Paymen is strictly according to the contract, everything is clean and understandable. Thank you!

Me and my wife are regulars at the fundraisers around New Jersey and New York City. We just love giving back to society and helping people, no matter the cause. As you know, fundraisers are a kind of exclusive events that require a certain etiquette which means most people get a chauffeured vehicle, there's red carpet and celebrities. We always hire this limo service, because you get to arrive in a fancy glamorous limo, but you don't have to pay too much for it and that suits us because we believe that money could be better used elsewhere. We were never late on any of our events, their driver Emin always comes to pick us up on time and he is one of the nicest people we know.

Today, I use AAA Limousine for airport transportation for the first time. The driver was on time and helped me with my luggage. He also looked very professional and helped me find my airline. This wonderful experience with the driver was a good start for my holiday. thank you all!

Reliable, timely and friendly service can meet any of your transportation needs. My husband travels every other week and needs regular transportation to and from the airport. Many times, his flight will be changed or delayed at the last minute, and AAA Limousine always meets with him or drives him to the airport at any time of the day or night. It is very reliable and can be changed flexibly. Recommend to everyone.

Booked a 10 seater limo for my daughter's graduation. Gary worked out the details and accommodated changes to our schedule with excellent service and an awesome limo. Pedro the driver was the best! Extremely courteous, professional, and a very pleasant personality. I was very impressed with the service and punctuality. Our driver Gary was awesome! He showed up right on time. The limo was perfect just what I ordered! Right down to the complementary bottle of champagne! Gary was very knowledgeable providing the perfect spots when we arrived at the downtown. He even took pictures for us. We ended up being 3 hours past our allowed time and there was absolutely no issues with that. We had an amazing time.

They responded quickly to my request for a quote, we're reasonably priced, easy to book, and even helped me plan the perfect spots for my girls to take pics with their friends! We used this limo service for several years to look at Christmas lights as a family. This year (2020) our limo didn't have AC/a compressor, so we couldn't get rid of the condensation inside. We were unable to see out the windows to enjoy the lights. I reached out multiple times to the company to let them know, and didn't get a response from the owner, Gary. We were very disappointed!

Returning customer - great experience. My family just returned from or Dallas getaway weekend. Driver was extremely professional and courteous. Limousine was in great condition. Airport pickup with them convenient and stress free way to get into the city. Worth every penny! The ride to the airport was very smooth and we arrived in plenty of time to catch our flight. All the best and keep up the good work! NO question would recommend them and would use them again.

Riders should be forewarned that this company is expensive. Driver added $15 for tolls/parking and gave himself a 15% tip. Was a very costly ride!

The driver Alex was great, on time and nice, however the Limo is dated with lots of lights out on the inside, missing parts, the AC does not keep the car cool and we had trouble with the radio. Limo needs a facelift badly

Was not pleased at all by my service. The only good thing about it was getting dropped off at the airport. When I first called to make the appointment, the man answered his phone and tried to take all my information but then told me "I am on lunch. I will call you later." I emailed the website trying to book it online but I had to call. The day of the event, our driver was earlier but just rude.

He was not giving good customer service. The whole ride to the airport was so awkward. We did not have fun. I was messing with the radio, just changing stations and he said "You're doing it wrong." He asked if I wanted him to pull over but I said no. He ends up pulling over anyway and keeps telling me that I am changing the stations wrong. I told him to keep driving.

My bridesmaids and I noticed how things just got even more tense and weird. It was just very unprofessional. I never even got his name. He was very rude and not nice. If I would have know this was going to happen I would have never booked with this company!

Originally called to get a sedan and driver for prom. Got free upgrade to a large SUV. Driver was very nice and professional. SUV was large and clean. I felt very comfortable putting my son and his friends in a car with the driver after we met. He was very prompt and told me he would take care of the kids. My son and his friends had a great time. I would definately use their service again.

Dissapointed at the lack of responses to get me in the vehicle needed. Contacted Heaven On Wheels and gave them my business. Look, if I'm dishing out over $500 for a service, at least give me a breakdown. I ended up spending twice as much with Heaven on Wheels becuase I knew the costs associated with thier extra package.

The oldest and dirtiest limo I've been in! We rented a stretch hummer for an anniversary and the top was frayed and flapping in the wind. The carpet and mirrors were dirty and the driver was dressed in baggy jeans and a t-shirt. Not at all worth the money! Don't be fooled by the website.

Prompt, punctual, professional. I always know I will receive amazing service when I am visiting the Dallas area, and not have to worry about parking or navigating the city.

I've used AAA several times in the past with no issues and used them again last month to take 8 friends and me to a concert. I had confirmed a 10-person limo, yet it barely fit 9 of us. Admittedly, we're men and some of us are larger than average, but we were very uncomfortable. I looked inside the limo door jamb and there was a sticker from the manufacturer stating "Max 8 Passengers". I brought this up to Gary and he could not explain the sticker, just insisted that it was 10 person limo. Not the service I expect from a limo provider.
