We had a reservation with 101limo and their car broke down on the way to pick us up and they did not have another car to drive the 10 kids to the prom and there was nothing they could do to assist us. Senior prom isn't a day that the kids can ever get back. We had to hire another limo service that was an hour late and the kids didn't get to the prom until almost 8pm. Ridiculous service I would not recommend a company that obviously doesn't service their cars on a regular basis and their response was "these things happen."
