We've been using Allen for years and their service is always top notch. Our last experience was a ride to a concert and our driver Charlie was amazing. He navigated the crowds perfectly and upgraded our car for the return home. It was a wonderful surprise and the perfect ending to our night. First class all the way!

I used the executive car service while in town on business. I often use an executive car service and Allen is one of the best I've used. The driver was early, professional, and friendly. The car was clean, roomy, and luxurious. I will absolutely use them again the next time I am in Dallas. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a terrible experience both to and from the DFW airport. We had reserved a large vehicle for 2 pickup points and returning 2 drop off points. They defaulted to 2 vehicles both going and returning. AND our vehicle (an ancient stretch limo) died on 121 and we had to call our son to pick us up. Not good!

I just recently used Allen Limousine's for my nieces junior prom & I'm so thankful I chose these guys. We had a couple that weren't anticipating In joining our group of kids, & Allen Limo went above & beyond at accommodating our late change of plans. Very professional & very prompt. Great company! The new management was very professional, reliable, & reasonable. Everything I was promised was delivered & then some. I've used Allen Limousine for years now and I have never been anything less than satisfied with their service. They've always been prompt and professional, a few times I've had to change plans at the last minute and they are always willing to work with me. They are understanding and truly do care about their clients. Everyone I've recommend them to have been very happy with the service they recieved. I wouldn't dream of using a different car service because I know I wouldn't get this same level professionalism and great service anywhere else.

The customer service was exceptional! Since it's prom season the rates are higher at certain times and instead of trying to price gouge me, Ms. Tammy worked with my schedule to decide the most cost effective way to make this booking process smooth and easy. Their vehicles are all updated and make for a very clean, classy entrance. I'm grateful for the experience and will use them next time I need to book a limo.

Horrible! DO NOT USE! Showed up with a stinky moldy OLD limo and it couldn't fit our whole party of 10. The lights didn't work, it had holes and dents in the side, you could literally see the frame of the car from the inside. It was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. The driver said if you all were Asian maybe you could fit, but the men in our party are around 6'6.
The driver apologized and told us we couldn't all fit and left, then the company still charged us $480. For being there for 5min. When we called the owner he was extremely rude and said he wouldn't refund the charge. We now have to call the credit card company to charge back the transaction.

The limo bus is old and in need of repair. In fact the only reason for the second star is because the driver is always very kind and polite. The driver is hands-down the only positive part of the experience you again because my company uses them regularly and during the summer the van sometimes has air-conditioning and then the winter the van sometimes has heat.
I would consider using a different company. I mentioned the driver earlier, I do need to point out that if you need a larger bus they can get one and the same driver will drive down the center of the road and scare the ever heck out of you and your group.

I went to reserve a limo for prom. My reservation apparently never went through, even though I had an e-mail that it sent. So I e-mailed and asked when I should hear back, then I got a lot of questions because she couldn't find my request. Olga, the operator, asked me to call her, so I did. It took a lot of questioning just to get her to understand what I wanted.
I said I wanted a transfer from my friend's house to prom, with an additional stop to La Madeline for a quick bite to eat. She said the additional stop wasn't good for the transfer because that's really two pick up and drop offs. I asked her what if I didn't have that additional stop. She thought about it and said, that on saturdays there is a 4 hour minimum, then kept changing the price.
Before we talked about the original stop, everything was fine and it was going to be $175. After we talked about the additional stop it was going to be $35-$40 per hour. Then with the minimum it was going to be $80 per hour. I was stressed because Olga couldn't even understand the points I was asking, and even had her manager on the line at one point. I was pissed. Never get a limo from here, they aren't true to their prices and have ridiculous requirements, as well as terrible customer service.

I am standing at DFW Airport at 1:30AM. I have an email confirmation from Allen Limo but was just told no driver was dispatched tonight for me. No explanation. As a matter of fact, I was told it wasn't her problem by the lady answering the phones. Save your self a lot of hassle, DON'T use Allen Limo!

Read the REVIEWS! - DON'T BOOK! We called Allen Limousine for a Black town car, not a stretch to take us to the symphony. They showed up in a stretch grey limo. We look like teenagers headed to prom, not grown adult taking a car to the symphony. The driver was not experienced in driving these vehicles. He hits the brakes very abruptly several times on the way and once so hard on the way home we flew out of our seats into the floor of the car!
We were told by the driver "It's not my fault! It's the car in front of us"? Pretty sure that is not what they teach in drivers ed! DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT USE this limo service! The manager of this company was VERY unprofessional. After taking my teenage daughter and her out for dinner for her 13th birthday by the way, the limo broke down outside the restaurant. The driver could of cared less about us. In fact he had the nerve to ask if we pulled some switch inside the limo.
After waiting in the parking lot, the manager pulls up in another limo. Instead of him walking over to me, the customer, he proceeds to look at his broken down limo and drives off in the running limo. Not one word was said to me by this sorry excuse for a manager or my family this time. The driver comes over and tells me that the owner had to go get gas but will be back to take us to the next destination.
We continue to stand outside, WAITING, stranded with not only my family, but 2 of her friends. The second time the manager arrived he proceeded to tell me that he would take only $100 off the cost of the limo, leaving me to pay $415. I told him that was unacceptable! Who would want to pay that kind of money for a broken down limo? The way to take care of a paying customer is to make things right.
The appropriate thing for him to do was to FIRST apologize for the inconvenience. Secondly, he should of had enough sense to see children stranded and take care of us IMMEDIATELY instead of ignoring us originally. After arguing, being rude with me and threatening to leave my entire party with no ride home (there were 9 of us total) he stated that all I would be responsible for is the $200 deposit that I had already paid and that's it.
That to me was still way too much for he stress that he caused me and by ruining my daughter's birthday. We ended up having this lunatic drive us back home in a bus. He drove like a complete idiot because he was pissed off that he lost money. Please do not use this company. The owner is not professional and the vehicles are not dependable. I ran an ad for "job" wanted ad. The owner called me several times and we chatted. I traveled 25+ miles in the pouring rain for a "pretend" interview. These folks saved our day after another company pulled out of providing a limo for my daughters quinceanera 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. ALLEN LIMO did great on accommodating at the last minute. We ended up renting "The Beast". The kids loved it. Just from the customer service alone, I would give this company a thumbs up.

I should have read Yelp reviews before hiring Allen Limo. Unbelievable bad service! Not only was the service bad, not at all what they promised but the management could care less and avoided my emails and phone calls when I tried to let them know how bad it was. Personally, I think the driver was high on something. I wouldn't trust any of them with my credit card info. DO NOT USE ALLEN LIMOUSINE!

50th birthday party that went all down hill after we used these dickheads. Driver couldn't drive, didn't know anything about the vehicle, and nearly got his ass kicked. I beg you people please don't use these bastards. Everything we asked for was refused. We could have rented 2 UBER cars for the whole night and had much better service and would have cost less. Did not show up as scheduled. I was left waiting with 3 children. I asked to be met at baggage claim and no one showed up. I called at baggage claim and dispatch assured me at driver was coming. Never showed up! I lugged all of our baggage and 3 children curbside! Car showed up 15 minutes later stating that it is impossible to meet guests at baggage with stretch limo. This all should have been worked out/explained at time of booking. Not after credit card has been charged. BAD CAR COMPANY. Don't bother.

Allen limo huh? Try Royal Lane and I35 limo. And the Hummer limo we got looked like it was from Royal and I35. What a disaster this limo company was. All they had to do was show up on time(didn't happen),t ake our party to a restaurant(the driver was clueless),t ake us back when we wanted(30 minutes to locate the driver) and not overcharge us(they did). I woulda been better off with a horse and carriage. Stay far away from these yahoo's.

Very disappointed with this company. You know how it's cool when a limo driver stands in a nice suit holding a sign that says your name? Yeah, well that was what I planned and had confirmed in an e-mail from Allen Limo but that's not what happened. Instead there was a handwritten sign taped to the window. Driver did not even get out to open the door.
He was dressed poorly. First limo driver I have ever seen not wearing a suit. Khakis and a sweater, huh? I called after to express how unhappy I was and the rep sincerely apologized and said someone would get back to me the next day. Now 3 days later and no call. It's after the fact and not much can be done. A sincere apology from the owner would have been nice. So much for customer service.

It pains me to write this review but Allen Limousine has really gone downhill the last two years. I have been using them for more than 5 years. I think with growth, they are starting to use really old cars which leads to a horrible experience. This year I have had multiple occasion on getting cars with no AC. In addition, there were a few times the driver attire/body order was just out of line. Don't expect that from a car service company. Having said that, I will continue to use their service and look forward to improvements. Their customer service (response from dispatcher / owner is very good).

Rented 2 limos in Dallas for 8 hours each ($$$$). One of the limos had no air conditioning and made for a very unpleasant day. We had hoped to use the limos as mobile interviewing locations, but were forced to change our plans and have the limo simply hurry us to the nearest store before we melted inside. When I called for an adjustment, I was told the limo needed to be moving to circulate AC. This is bullshit because we used the same technique in Chicago where it was even hotter, and we had full and comfortable AC. I would never use these guys again.

I had an excellent experience with Allen limousine from beginning to end. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I booked the reservation, Olga, was professional and very friendly, and emailed me my confirmation within seconds of ending the phone call. Our driver, Clifton, was awesome! Completely punctual, safe, and friendly. He drove us all over Dallas, including several unplanned stops, without any problems or complaints.
Bill was exactly as quoted, no surprise fees or attempts to stretch time out for a bit of extra money. I only had two minor issues: there were no cups or ice provided, and the bus's ipod hookup had been stolen and not replaced, so we were unable to play the music we'd prepared. While I do think these are things the service could and should remedy, it's also simple enough to go into the trip a little more prepared than we were, and it's not worth dropping the review a whole star over. tl;dr: I recommend them strongly!

I had contacted this company to book a limo for my wedding day (9.3.11), I received an email from the owner tonight saying my reservation was canceled. I responded and said I never canceled and that I still wanted the service. He said they were booked and there was no credit card on file. One would think before booking another reservation they would contact the person to see if they still wanted it, but not this company.
I was also told at the time when I called to initially book the limo that I would pay day of. The guy that is the owner is a JERK. He has ZERO customer service or people skills. I would think twice before calling them for your wedding or any other special occasion. They'll just end up canceling your reservation with no heads up.
