What terrible customer service from start to finish. I made an account and reservations online for my manager. The day of travel, I received two separate email confirmations with two totally different Car numbers and cell phone numbers. I reserved a LUXURY vehicle online. When the dispatcher called to confirm, she mentioned a Black Suburban, what showed up was a Toyota Black Minivan.is this what they consider LUXURY at Allstate Limo?
I guess so because when I called back to reconfirm what happened, the dispatcher asked that I speak to their accounting person Natasha. She tried to make sense of all if it and seemed nice enough at first. She then continues to tell me that her notes show that a Toyota Hylander showed up, not a minivan (more or less arguing with me). I then played her the voicemail and says its a BLACK SUBURBAN that should be picking up.
She makes it clear she has no idea what happened, and I am not suggesting she personally made the mistake, what I wanted to make a point of was that what I reserved online vs. what was sent were totally two different car types. Furthermore, there were two emails, one voice mail, the same day which was a HUGE mixup in the end. Natasha's response: "What do you expect when you paid $60?" I expect to have what I reserved online and what you sent wasn't it.
Not only are they in the business of calling MiniVans Luxury cars, but they mix up reservations day of, send old dirty mini vans and argue with their customers that their expectations of getting a what they reserved online is out of the question. I would NEVER recommend if you want reliable honest service.

I am not the one who likes to add a review on line most of the time sir this time I would like to share my experiences with this company coz they actually give me a very professional service Specially this day I was going to the airport in the morning in very traffic time and I was very late but the driver John he is a life saver he took me in a back way to the airport I never took it before but he know where he going and I trusted him really he made my day Thank you John

It was a fun ride to our anniversary party my husband surprised me and my family and friends we found a 4 SUV front our house with 4 professional driver they took us to our party and waiting for us to finish the party then give us a save ride back home Thank you very much I wish you a very good luck

Had the unfortunate experience dealing with this company through a 3rd party booking company, Limos.com. Booked a pick up for my nephew and family from Charlotte Douglas Airport. Gave all flight itinerary etc. Flight was delayed from Newark airport about 1/2 hour. I was notified by my nephew immediately via text. I even contacted the driver to let him know the flight was delayed, and got a "no problem" response.
The flight was further delayed inbound do to flight traffic. No delay was do to customer. Car services ALWAYS track flights for this reason.that is why the ask for itinerary! Website also clearly states that they track flights! Got the emailed bill the next day and was charged an additional $151.34 for wait time and parking! Have been trying to resolve this with Limos.com since 7/19 but never get a response back. Took the liberty o call Allstate Limo directly since they were the ones that billed the expense and owner would not even speak with me.kept telling me I had to deal with booking service. I have filed a BBB complaint on Limos.com and will now file one for Allstate Limos LLC. I have had absolutely no response to the 7 phone calls made.

I would go lower than one star if I could. My wife and I have been trying to seek a partial refund for weeks now after we were charged $50 more than our ride was guaranteed at. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We were charged a miscellaneous charge for "having 12 or more bags in the car" - I had one backpack with me. We were also charged an additional fee that was never explained to us.
Our driver was rude (we were celebrating our wedding) so that wasn't very pleasant. We called and called, emailed and emailed, never received proper follow-up and today the phone number listed rang through to an inaccessible number. If you want to be fooled by price guarantees, receive no customer service, and frustrate a spend in to oblivion, this is the service for you.

This is my first Yelp review and, unfortunately, it is not a favorable one. Perhaps it was an anomaly, but we had a nightmare experience last week with one of All State Limo's drivers. He answered our request for an UberX to the airport - a $30 charge. However, after picking us up and realizing that the fee was only $30, he stopped the car, unilaterally canceled our Uber reservation, and insisted on a payment of $75 directly to All State Limo.
He told us we would have to get out of the car if we didn't agree. Having a plane to catch, and being in an unfamiliar city, we had no choice but to pay the $75. When I called All State Limo to complain, they were of no help and told me I had to deal directly with the driver, who himself refused to give us a refund. It all demonstrated a baffling callousness about the entire situation.
