We used North Point Global for the Prom! The whole experience from booking to the driver where just excellent the car we chose was great and was in Pristine condition! We could not have found a better car service for our daughter and her friends. The driver they sent was so great and he made sure to get them to and from safely with no issues. I will be Recommending them to anyone looking for a great car service. Hands down 5 star service without a Doubt! Thank you for amazing and professional service!

I had such a great experience with North Point Transportation. The car was brand new and clean. I was impressed to see all of the information about Atlanta available to me in the vehicle. As a newbie to Atlanta, was so helpful and if i were a visitor, would have been just as pleased. My chauffeur was so professional which added to my experience. I had some calls to make and he respected my privacy.
He spoke to me only when I initiated the conversation and only answered in relevant terms. No long dissertations or probing questions to me. He also carried my luggage for me and once he saw I had a disability, he did all possible to ensure my comfort. Clearly North Point Transportation takes the initiative to train their employees right. As a frequent traveler, I highly recommend.

The driver's arrived on time they were courteous friendly well dressed, everything went off without a hitch. I would recommend them to anyone coming into Atlanta area that wants courteous and complete service. Nahlia went out of her way to accommodate and I appreciate everything she did for me and my family. Especially since this was for my niece's wedding. I had the unfortunate opportunity to observe a driver of your company today while driving. Your driver in a Lincoln Crossover was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating, at times speeding in excess of 20mph over the limit of 45, as well as flashing his highbeams behind multiple vehicles along the road. I was so disgusted with your drivers actions I felt compelled to write you an unfavorable review.
I would never hire a limo service with drivers that drive like bullies and endanger both their passengers and other drivers on public roads. For safety's sake, please teach your drivers common driving etiquette and how to obey traffic laws.

We booked a 2015 cadillac escalade for our wedding exit and it did not turn out like we expected. First of all, the company charges you $25 more than they quote you just in case you go over your time. I know this does not seem like much, but when you are planning a wedding every dollar counts. I informed them that the venue was a little difficult. to find, so I wanted the driver to call me a few days before the date so that we could discuss how to get there without any trouble.
They never called. I had to call the day before to verify my reservation, but I was not actually able to speak with the driver. The reservation was for 9:15 pm. It was 9:35 pm and the car was still not there so we had to call to find out where they were. The driver stated he was lost and thought he was about 30 minutes away. We ended up canceling the ride right then and there and drove away in the back of my sisters' car. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional of the company. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
