We hired this limo service for a wedding. He took the wedding party from the hotel to the venue, and then took the bride back to the hotel after the wedding. HOWEVER, we had the limo reserved until 3am after the reception but the driver disappeared after dropping off bride. We had to call the driver at least ten times before he picked up the phone.
After speaking with the driver and confirming that we had the car/driver for a certain time, and that he was "on the way" he NEVER arrived to pick us up. He claimed to be on the way several times but never showed up. They still charged us the full amount even though the driver did not fulfill any obligations for the last three hours we reserved. I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this service.

This Limo Company is outstanding. Out of all the limo services used in Atlanta, this one by far the best. Customer service is the best. The representative that answer through phone is very helpfully. The limo we rented was great, clean and the driver was on point. He new his way around the city and was very informational. I would use this service every time.

Horrible. We went with this company last year for an all night service for my husband's birthday. The limo was nice and the service was good, so we decided to use this company again as a gift to a very valued employee of ours. What a horrible choice. The day after our employee was supposed to have a nice evening out to Atlanta in a nice limo, we found out that. 1.
The heater didn't work and the partition had to be opened to let the heat from the driver's area could go to the back. The temperature last Saturday was below freezing. This is unacceptable. 2. Our employee wanted to see something in the skyline and put the window down. It was all she and her friend could do to muscle up the window that would not go up. 3. Yeay, the floors were vacuumed and the seats were clean. However, the ledges were dusty and there was trash in the bar. Caprisun and skunky beer.
Apparently left there by a party 3 weeks ago according to the driver. According to the owner, he cleaned it himself. What?! Very thorough job cleaning sir, is this how you take care of your vehicles too? 4. The ceiling lining was coming down and our employee kept hitting her head on it. Seriously? 5. The driver took the ladies to the wrong restaurant.at this point, they didn't want to waste time, so they just went with it.

After giving a good review I find that 6 months later they tried to charge my AMEX for some mistery ride i never took from ATL when I was 5 states away. I would have never caught it if I hadn't logged onto pay my amex bill and just so happened to see it listed under the 5 most recent past charges (and I have thousands). I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just seemed so shady it doesn't make sense.

Limo smelt awful, the electronics in the vehicle cut out several times during our trip, no effort was made to please the group, and they over charged my credit card fraudulently. In short, do not book with this company. UPDATE: Had to block this company on my charge card to prevent any more fraudulent charges. I am disputing the charges, owner was very upset, called desperately threatening to take me to court (even though you can not do that) for disputing his fraudulent charges. ***THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK! BUYER BEWARE!*** I am telling you this so you do not make the same mistake I did and have to have a horrible experience and spend precious hours of your day on the phone with your credit card company.

This service was the worst I ever had. The driver was 45 minutes late arriving. He looked like he had just rolled out of bed. The limo was filthy. There were white streaks down the side of the limo. The driver was cleaning trash out of the limo after passengers were inside. There were holes inside of the limo. Not sure what was supposed to be there.
There was caked on dust inside of the limo. The glasses were filthy with napkins inside of them that looked like they had been there for months. The inside of the vehicle was hot. The lights did not work properly. Did not tell us how to control the lights. The temperature controls did not work. The driver did not know where his destination was or how to get there.
We had to provide directions. I paid for 2 hours and was only able to utilize one because he was late and we were on a schedule to be at our destination. They ran my card without my permission, prior to completion of service. I was promised a refund and have not received it in over 3 weeks. Now they will not return my calls or emails. Would not recommend this company.

I not only had a horrible experience with 5 Star Limousine of Atlanta Georgia, it ruined the most important day in my life, my wedding day. When the limo showed up to my house to pick up my bride and her bridesmaids, the air conditioning was not working properly. Picture eight gorgeously dressed women getting into a limo that was hot. Once the groomsmen and I heard about this, we quickly called 5 Star Limousine, spoke with the owner, Charles Tummings, and were told there was nothing they could do.
For the rest of the limo ride, a total of 15 uncomfortable passengers struggled with sweat, a limo that smelled like a smokey bar, and there was substantial damage to the interior of the limo (please email me for pictures - happy to share). Not only was it embarrassing in front of friends and family, showing up sweaty, I can't describe the feeling of disgust and disappointment from my wife, my groomsmen, and her bridesmaids. Afterwards, I emailed the owner several times, Charles Tummings, and he refused any sort of refund.
I had asked him several times to call me so we could discuss, but he had never done so. I am very disappointed with the service provided by 5 Star Limo and am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company, but unfortunately I don't think they will be able to do anything. I advise you to not use these services as they were nowhere close to meeting my standards, which were just a clean limo that had AC. Buyer beware!

Their name is the same as their Yelp rating. 5 star Limo does it right. Business trips are hassle enough- so any entity that makes the trip actually pleasant gets 5 stars in my book. 5 Star was there when they said they would be during each leg of our trip- stowing our luggage and transporting us around in the comfort of a Cadillac Escalade. Their staff was helpful, courteous and professional.
The car? Beautifully detailed and showroom new. Executive service that actually felt executive.
