Chauffeur was ontime at my hotel where i was staying. I was informed via text that chauffeur was outside the lobby, when i got to the SUV driver came out of the car and helped me with my bags; he also opened the door for me. Very smooth ride all the way to the airport. Service: Corporate events

The absolute worst, do not use this company. I reserved a ride from the airport and called to confirm the ride. They said the original price of 130 actually was 200. I accepted because I have an 8 month old daughter and didn't want to be delayed at the airport. When we arrived there was no car, the company said there was nothing they could do and that they just wouldn't charge me. Absurd, I then had to figure out alternative transport with a young baby and the company was absolutely no help except to say, well we didn't charge you. The worst, do not use.

I have used this business for my trip to Hawaii from Los Angeles Internaional Airport. Driver pulled up in a nice Black Volvo Sedan and he was very professional. He came to my place on Sunset Blvd 15 minutes before my scheduled time; which was nice. I will be using them again for my future travel. Service: Corporate events

Beware this company. They quote one price online which includes taxes, tip and other fees. Once you book, they send a confirmation email raising the price. I booked an SUV for 262, only to get an email saying the total price was 335. When I called to ask why they said that it was a glitch in the system. Instead of giving me the price I received online, as they should have if there was a glitch in their system, they kept the raised price.

I cancelled. Now, I encountered another company who also had one quote online and another when I called to confirm only to say THERE WAS A GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM. Something fishy in the entire car rides business. But this is generally bad practice. If there is really an IT issue, give the customer the price they booked the car for. This company Empire has other bad reviews for similar bad faith moves.

My wife needed a transportation to Airport yesterday. I called their number, Service rep took my call very professionally. At the time of pickup me and my wife both got a text that her driver was on the way with his phone number. Then we got another text that driver is on location. My wife called the driver when she was ready to be picked up, driver was very helpful and professional. Everything went really well. Glad I booked with them!

My family has been using Empire for years and have always had great experiences with them. The cars are high end, clean and well kept. The drivers are helpful, courteous, and most importantly on-time. Schedule over the phone or via their web page is simple and quick. Highly reccomended!

Empire Limousine did a great job - great for families travelling with children as they provide car seats and spacious cars. Will definitely use them again!
