Michael was a great driver who made the ride very comfortable and safe. Not too fast, not too slow and very smooth - some drivers literally knock you forward and back by being either fully on the gas or brake making it hard to read.but not Michael. Very professional, picked me up early and car was in fine condition.

Royal Coachman (now part of Leroy Group) has been my go to service for over 14 years now and this has been no different. Rich was tracking our flight and was there when our flight landed over an hour early and got us home safely and was very professional. This was a personal family trip, the Ford Expedition SUV was great and very well maintained, and Rich was a fantastic driver and great conversation too!
No surprises on costs -and the price quoted is including gratuities too! Highly recommend this limo service for any professional or personal needs in the NJ and NY area and they also have a great network who have helped get me a ride in other cities when other car services have been unable to find them!

Super friendly drivers! Booked a ride into the city as well as a return home ride. I was going in for work so I had a ton of stuff with me as well as a second passenger who also had her supplies. We do makeup and hair and we were working a wedding. Both trips, driver was super early! We LOVED this because our timeline was so tight and it was Thanksgiving weekend so we were very nervous about traffic!
We were super early arriving, which made the bride super happy. Thank you for that also! Cars had plenty of room for us as well as our stuff! Super super clean! Drivers were super friendly, and weren't trying to be our "friends", which trust me WE SO APPRECIATED! Not my first time using Royal Coachman car service, and definitely won't be my last! This is by far what five star service looks and feels like. Well done Royal!

Brian booked my trip for me and was absolutely amazing to work with. He thought about the details so I didn't have to. Made sure everything was in its right place. Ceaser was my driver and was courteous, professional and didn't talk my ear off the whole time like so many other drivers do. When I'm in the back of a car, I just want to be able to put my head down and get some work done and Ceaser respected that and just left me be, but of course doing his job and doing it well. Offered me a bottle of water, had the proper protection of separation and drove nice and smooth, I would highly recommend this company for any and all of your travel needs. Maximus Diazo
