USA REGENCY LIMOUSINE

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I wish zero stars were an option. We used this company for our wedding day and it's our biggest regret. First, after picking me and my bridesmaids up from my house, he was suppose to take us to the estate that I was getting dresses at. He drove past the entrance to the estate and claimed he had to drive over a mile and a half to a place where he could "safely turn around".

I am all about safety and understand we are in a limo, but there were plenty of streets he could have used to go around the block and turn around very safely. I felt he was doing it to be rude and he was rude from the moment he arrived to my house. When he took me and my bridesmaids to the church from the estate, he tried to drop us off a block away from the church and got an attitude when I asked him to pull up to the church.

He was deliberately going slow ( and I was already late because of him). He kept his earbuds in so he was acting like he ignored everything I was saying when I was trying to direct him where to drop us off near the church. THIS ISNT EVEN THE WORST PART! After arriving at the church, my bridesmaids and I left our belongings in the limo since we were running late and assumed they should be safe in the limo.

After the ceremony, the limo was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Apparently, he was again a block away so no one could find the limo with all of our belongings in it! The people who were suppose to be in this limo took another bus that we had rented for guests to get to our reception venue. The limo was MIA with all of our purses/cell phones / credit cards / IDs in it.

This limo later showed up to the reception venue (with no one in it) and charged our card an additional $75 for "overtime". WHAT?!?!? Don't ever use this company. We learned the hard way and they made our wedding day a stressful mess. Go elsewhere.

Hired USA Regency after quite a bit of research on limo companies in my area. I was 99% satisfied from the first phone call to the end of the transaction. The gentlemen on the phone, Robert, was honest and answered all of my questions, took his time and didn't make me feel like he had better things to do than answer my questions. We hired them to go to the Grove in LA and I was told up front that we would be provided a vehicle to fit the number of passengers but no guarantee on which of two vehicles, either the hummer limo or stretch Cadillac Escalade.

I would have preferred the Cadillac but the hummer showed up. Some people might get mad at that but I knew from my first phone call that they don't guarantee the type of vehicle and there happened to be a wedding that day so that would certainly trump a 7 year olds party and we had an awesome time in the hummer so it was ok. The limo arrived early, was stocked the way they promised, the driver was professional and well dressed and even pulled us aside to talk business rather than allow all of our guests to hear the money side of the transaction.

I would absolutely use them again and would recommend to anyone who asked for a referral to a limo company. They did make us a deal but not 50% off like some of the groupon companies did but their reviews were awful and I wouldn't take my chances, glad that I paid a reasonable rate and came out satisfied.

Very fast and reliable limousine company. We called them for 11 hours of limousine service to take us to the USC Trojan vs UCLA Bruins game at the Los Angeles Memorial coliseum. The limo service manager Tina was very nice and pulled some strings for us in order to get a limo for that same day. On top of that it was a hummer suv limo that they hooked us up with.

The driver of the company showed up 15 minutes early, helped with putting our stuff in the limo, and made everything easy for us. The driver Hirem showed us how to use the dvd, stereo and a/c. The drive was smooth and really enjoyable. We showed up with our Hummer H2 SUV limo to the parking lot with our limo, beers, and ready to bbq. We had the best time ever drinking, eating, and bonding inside our hummer limo.

We also made a lot of friends there at the tailgate party. Had a really nice feeling of euphoria when it was time for us to walk into the stadium and watch the game. We all sang and shouted "All Hail to Alma Mater To thy glory we sing; All Hail to Southern California Loud let thy praises ring; Where Western sky meets Western sea Our college stands in majesty; Sing our love to Alma Mater, Hail, all hail to thee!" While going into the stadium.

Our seats were at section 22 row 67 seat 101 - 120. The view from up there was absolutely amazing. After a few beers and the firework show USC wins! And we had a perfect day. To top it off we had 4 hours left of limousine service out of 11. So we used 2 hours to go and eat at Dennys where I got my T-Bone steak. Then the rest of the 2 hours was for a relaxing ride home from an unforgettable day.

A very positive experience. Our driver, Hiram, was exceptional, clean and polite. The limo was very clean, too. He drove us to and from a class reunion on 10/15/2015, and all nine of his passengers were pleased. We certainly will use USA Regency if and when we need a limo.

I used USA Regency for my daughter's birthday party last weekend. The rates were good, customer service on the phone was friendly and efficient. I thought from the pictures on the website that we would have a black 11-passenger Chrysler, but a white car came instead. That was fine but I would have preferred black. The driver, Warren, was on time and friendly. However, it was a very hot day and on the maybe 20 minute ride from our house to the theater, the inside of the car was SWELTERING.

Literally we were all sweating and had to open the windows to get any air. The radio/intercom system wasn't very user friendly, and as I was at the back of the car I couldn't easily communicate with the driver. He said the air was on high. Around the corner from the theater, the air and radio and everything suddenly turned off and he pulled over on the street.

He came to the back and said the car was overheating and acted like we should just get out - with 10 little girls and WALK THE LAST BLOCK. Seriously, the whole point of renting the limo was to drive up in front of the theater and have them all get out! I told him this and he did drive around the corner and let us out there. My husband met us there and told me he saw a puddle of antifreeze at the house when the limo pulled away.

We cleaned that up ourselves so the neighborhood animals wouldn't get it. Warren picked us up on time and drove us back. We did have to leave the windows down for the ride. Overall, while the driver and customer service rep were both friendly, this was supposed to be a special, luxurious treat for my daughter's birthday party. Having an overheating, hot car hardly felt like living the high life!

Everything was excellent! I booked through Ron and he was very helpful and patient with me. Our driver was Hiram, who was wonderful! I found this limo service online and was worried about hidden fees and things not being what they seemed but I was really happy with the whole experience! I highly recommend them!

My overall experience was good. Would I rent from them again? Yes. Pros: They have very low rates and I was able to negotiate a little lower (I called atleast 5 other companies). Pros: I ended up with an H2 but rented a Chrysler 300 (however I didn't know until it arrived) for some people this might not be a pro if they really wanted the Chrysler. Pros: Clean limo, drinks as promised Pros: Limo was about 20min early Pros: The people were a pleasure and polite on the phone and I spoke with them on several occasions. Cons: While the driver was dressed fine by standard measures, he could have been more dressy. Cons: I wasn't impressed with the sound system, even at it's highest it could have been louder (we were partying for a bday so we were ready for music) Cons: I spent alot of time making a music video DVD and not all the monitors worked. Cons: The driver at first refused to pull over on the way back when many people had to use the bathroom. We had to convience him that people couldn't hold it before he ablidged. (Rude! We were drinking all night duh)

THE WORST SLEAZY GROUP. They took our credit card for the deposit then refused to accept anything but cash for the balance the night of the event. The driver got lost getting to the house to pick everyone up and then spent so much time arguing about the money with kids that there was not enough time to go to the second house to pick up the rest of the party, they had to get there by themselves.

I went to their office to complain and it turned out to be nothing more than a mailbox. I wonder if they are even licensed or have liability insurance. You would have to be crazy to hire a limo from these people. They ruined the night for 10 high school students going to their Homecoming Dance. Shame on them and their money grabbing antics. We will follow up with the City of Santa Monica to see if these creeps even have a license to do business here.

Reading the limo rental reviews, I was very concerned about having a disaster, or at the least, getting hit with hidden fees. USA Regency was completely professional all the way through the process and delivered an exceptional experience for my party of 11. The limo itself was a beautiful Cadillac stretch, with so much room! I expected to be cramped but we had enough room for several more people.

Everyone was SO IMPRESSED with the ride. Very cool. Our driver was friendly and professional. He dressed as expected and drove that 3-axle beast with great skill. I booked with Ron, who was extremely informative and patient with me, as I obsessed a little about everything going smoothly. The contract was emailed to me ahead of time and clearly spelled out all costs and fees.

There were no surprises, except positive ones. Ron also worked with me to get the cost down to my price range and competitive with some other quotes I had received. I would definitely use USA Regency again.

I used this company for prom this year and received decent service. My only complaint about the limo is that the floor was wet and there were no bottle openers. Service wise, the driver was good; however, he got confused easily even though I had confirmed the destinations multiple times and he had a GPS. The driver also kept pushing us to get to places early because of future jobs even though we had ample time to get to our destinations in our reservations. NOTE: Even though the tip is included, the driver tries to get more out of you by guilt-tripping you into thinking that he isn't receiving anything. Also, the website is extremely outdated, so call the company to book.

We booked a limo for a birthday trip. Ron was willing to work with me on pricing and providing the most appropriate car for our size party. The driver was early and stopped when we needed him to. Although there were a few issues, they were quickly remedied by the driver and by Ron, who worked tirelessly to ensure professionalism and proper service. They truly provided and unforgettable experience for me and my guests that I would recommend.

I was searching for a limousine company that could take 10 teenagers to a school dance and contacted Regency Limo. I was very happy with the service and quality of this company, from the owner Ron to his assistant Shannon. Teddy the limo driver arrived on time and his service was flawless. Ron took very good care of my reservations and assured me that the kids were in great hands with Teddy and he was correct!

The kids had a great time. The Limo was very good looking and clean and as instructed all the alcohol had been removed as the kids are minors. The price was fair and all in all I was very impressed with Regency Limo and will use them again for Prom season!

I agree with the above review. We booked them to take us to a basketball game, the chrysler BROKE DOWN on the side of the 10 freeway for about 45 minutes where we sat and waited on another. We missed half the game and really had to pee. They never even offered to give us a discount, we had to call a couple days later and ask for one! So we thought well, maybe they will comp us for another ride if we book thru them again.

He insisted we needed the escalade for the number of people we had. It was far too big, and we only sat on one half of it. The driver proceeded to call my cell phone the entire night over and over again with great urgency that we get to the limo on time. I told him we weren't ready to leave and I wasn't going to round up 12 people just yet.

He STILL called me, and my co workers leaving voicemail after voicemail with great urgency we had to leave our party! He immediately addressed we would be paying for overtime, it was such a lame end to our evening. I would never book through this company ever again.

I used Regency Limousine for my best friend's bachelorette party. The limo driver was early and VERY patient navigating around the narrow and confusing rehearsal dinner location as he took us to our hotel. He then waited for all the girls to get ready to go out and took several pictures for us before heading out for the night. The driver was very accommodating, and when he accidently took a wrong turn, he was very apologetic and gave us some extra time for free. Overall Regency Limousine did a great job and the bride to be had a lot of fun. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We used regency for a party and couldn't be happier with our service. The driver arrived early and was patient while he waited for me and my friends to get ready to go! He was extremely friendly and understanding about how long it takes for ten women to get organized! The limo itself was very nice, the interior was fun with different lights and a bottle of champagne. I would definitely book this company again!

I used this company for my friend's bachelorette party. The driver was early and very friendly. The limo instelf was smaller that I would have liked, but very fun inside. tt was decked out in bright colored lights and perfect for the event. We ran in to a snag along the way, but the driver was accomodating and gave us some extra time. I ended up receiving an overtime charge, which the company was nice enough to refund me!

My only complaint was the fact that there was not enough liquor/drinks. I requested champagne and we only got one bottle. For the amount of people in the limo this was not enough. I would definitely recommend stating what you want when you make the reservation. Overall the customer service was superb. The girl who made the reservation was super friendly, the driver was great, and the manager owner was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company. They have competitive prices and great customer service.

So my friends and I decided to rent a stretch Hummer for some trashy, ironic Halloween fun. We found USA Limo, agreed on an all-inclusive price, and booked our Hummer. He said that it might be nice to include a few extra dollars for the driver at the end of the evening. Unfortunately, when the driver showed up, he tried to charge our card for $150 tip on top of our price.

He basically held us hostage until we agreed to pay him out at the end of the night. When we called to get someone on the phone, there was no one available. The following Monday morning, we called our original contact, who was no help at all. He said we should not have paid the driver. He also did not make good on the situation at all. Overall, a fun night with a HUGE BUZZKILL at the beginning. I will never rent from this company again.
