My family has been using Ben's Limo service for 7 years+. We tried other services but for a combination of service and price, this is the best we found after living in Santa Monica for 40 years. For evidence that this review is sincere, here's a true and recent story. My grandson was flying out of LAX, and missed the shuttle pickup. I called Jack the local owner and manager.

He told my grandson to call a cab, and he would meet him at Terminal 3, at LAX. Jack was waiting when my grandson arrived. Jack paid for the cab because my grandson did not have enough cash. This was at 6am on a Sunday morning. So, giving Ben's Limo only 5 Stars is because Yelp doesn't allow 6.

Tired of waiting in the cab line at LAX, we decided to reserve a car and called Ben's Limos. After a long day of travel, we descended the escalator to baggage claim to find a friendly face holding a card with our name on it. What a relief! He immediately took my bag and hoisted our checked bags off the baggage carousel for us. We followed him to a beautiful and clean town car and had a peaceful, comfortable and actually enjoyable ride home. We've used Ben's Limos many times since then and have been very pleased with the service each time. We have also occasionally sampled some other service and we can confidently say that Ben's Limos is the best airport transportation we've ever had.
