We provide a wide range of services, from airport transportation in our cost-efficient executive sedans to luxurious packages for your special occasion. Paramount Limousine provides luxury transportation to places of interest all over Los Angeles. Our drivers can take you and your group on an LA limo tour wherever you would like to go.
To get the package rates above, reservations must be confirmed 1 week prior to the event date or you will pay the regular prices listed. Gratuity & admin fees are not included with the package rates. If you would like to make a request to adjust a package, please let us know in advance. Party Package and Dinner Package may not be available Friday and Saturday after 6 PM.

As a corporate travel management supervisor, I would like to thank the entire Paramount Limousine team for their perfect services for our last corporate event managing our client, NanoString. All the drivers were on time, and all vehicles were new and clean. Paramount was extremely reliable, on time, and their professionalism is number one. The Buses were all equipped with USB chargers.

The greeter person at LAX was the best idea for our VIP clients. I was so nervous at first since majority of the arrivals were flying in from Europe and also all over the world, and was not sure what to expect. You company was highly recommended and since this was for a high-profile event for our clients, your extreme care and attention to details was exemplary. Paramount Limousine presented one of the best services for our clients here in Los Angeles.

The additional Wi-Fi service and chilled bottled water was a great idea too. Thank you again for doing a wonderful job and putting smile in our client faces. I will recommend your company to my friends and colleagues.

I was in search of an immediate Limo Service, and I was referred by a friend of mine and immediately after my initial contact with Paramount Limousine Service, I was greeted by Mr. Mike and not only he was extremely polite over the phone, but he was also very informative. My reservation process went smooth and quick. He explained my options and emailed me additional photos that matched my request.

I was so happy with the reservation process. That same day my other Limo reservation was cancelled by another company due their vehicle malfunction! I was so pleased to find this company. Driver was very nice and friendly. The Sprinter Limousine was meticulously clean and full of ice, water, glasses, cups, and flowers that I had requested. I was so shocked about their awesome services, and I took care of my driver Justin good.

This was like a dream, and I will always remember Paramount Limousines' honesty and kindness. To me it was worth every penny that I spent with Paramount Limousine, and I highly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. Once again, I would like to thank Paramount Limousine for making this a memorable night for me and my family.

Please check yelp reviews before booking this company. Sort by 1-star reviews and you will see how often they simply don't show up for bookings. This happened on my sister's wedding day - we waited for 30 minutes and then had to called Ubers to get to the venue. When I contacted their office, they had trouble locating the driver and told me to "watch out the window" until they showed up.

They also said they would call me back with an updated arrival time, which they never did. When I expressed how upsetting it was to have a bridal party without a ride to the wedding, they said "have a nice day" and hung up.

We used Paramount for our son's prom last night. Got the Escalade stretch limo for 20 pl. and they were online, updated us of the driver's arrival and driver was courteous and great with the kids and responsible. The limo was cool with great lights and sound system that synced to his playlist. Kids had a blast! Highly recommend them and reasonably priced! Definitely using them again

Really surprised with how bad their office is. Today was my third time booking airport transportation. First and second time the pickup was late 20-30 minutes. Today they didn't even show up. No calls no text messages and no one picking up either phone number listed on their site. I don't know how they are still in business.

EDIT to my post below: Michael" who is responding to these Yelp comments is the person I spoke to on the phone. He is lying about our 4-minute conversation. I should have read the reviews below about his lying before calling. He tried to insult me with laughable comparisons claiming I was negotiating- I was not- I only asked the prices. I did not ask for any discount like he makes it seem.

He is nuts if he thinks publishing rude and completely fabricated responses like the one below to mine and others will win him more clients. It won't. Bottom line- don't take my word for it. Look at the other very similar comments from other posters. Then look at his responses to clients. First and foremost at at a time where the economy has tanked and businesses are losing money, customer service should be exceptional. Unfortunately, Paramount doesn't care about their clients.

They have someone named "Michael" - who knows if he gave his real name- answering their 1-800 number who needs a lesson on customer service. I asked which limos were available for an LAX transfer and he cut me off, spoke down to me, and scoffed on the phone when I asked for more details. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him and his time - mind you the call lasted 4 minutes and half of it was him telling me to find another limo company.

If I were the owner of the company, I would be mortified if my staff spoke to clients like he did. I not only need a transfer for LAX, I need car service for this client over 4-weeks in LA, and future VIP/VVIP clients as well. Sadly, I couldn't get past the LAX transfer conversation to understand rates/ availability for general service. Paramount will not be my preferred car service nor will I recommend them to others in the service industry.

It is worth noting that out of the 4 Limo quotes I received today, Paramount's quote was astronomically higher. For an LAX pick up, there is a surcharge for parking, waiting, meet/greet inside the airport and more. Everything is an added cost. They are limited in their choices for limo pickup - including an old 2008 Chrysler.

Worst customer service ever. I booked & paid for a champagne stretch limo for my husbands 50th. Not only was there no champagne, but the owner refused to compensate us for the fact that we had to stop at our inconvenience & purchase some. The driver was also not provided with any instructions about where we were going nor that we required champagne. They charged me a lot of money & then spoke to me terribly. Use any other company! This company does not deserve your money.

They charged my credit card twice on my wedding day and that fumbled things in my account they forgot the red carpet and the door jam of the car was dirty so it stained the wedding dress and they denied charging my card twice and I had to contact my bank and open up a claim The driver was cool and helpful I had a good night the part that concerns me the most is there was something fishy about the payment part of it how do you charge the card twice and then deny doing it if I didn't have a back up form of money it would've affected my wedding day financially and that's not cool they gave me back $30 for the Red carpet not Being there I don't know if that was the actual amount I paid for it It was a nice limo I Like the driver but there is some crucial failures I could've affected my ability to even pay for the remaining stuff on my wedding day Ultimately it was my bank that took care of this problem not them

The experience has been horrible with Paramount Limousine. We rented a party bus for a birthday party and after receiving numerous confirmation emails as well as speaking with the dispatch person directly, the bus arrived an hour late. After arriving an hour late, 20 of us entered the bus only to experience a stereo system that was not working. Due to the above inconveniences we finally reached our destination more than an hour late and lost our reservation.

After calling into the office 10+ times since the catastrophe of a day that we had, I have been promised a refund (which I haven't received) and a phone call with a manager (which hasn't happened). It has now been 3 weeks since we used their services and nothing has been fixed or done. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and client service is utterly unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone else. DO NOT USE PARAMOUNT LIMOUSINE.

I used this company for the first time to pick up from the airport. My friend saved my life, he suggested with the new rules at LAX riding in an Uber is not a good idea. So I got a good deal with Paramount limousine. The driver showed up fifteen minutes early which I appreciated. Driver (Tom) was very friendly and polite. We ordered an SUV received a new Chevy Suburban and the ride was very nice. I definitely use them again.

I keep using this company because they remain reliable and efficient. Made my last reservation 6-weeks out.arriving home from overseas trip to find my driver texting and calling me, notifying me of his attendance, ready to pick me up. My driver, a veteran, Tarik, is courteous, respectful, and a great driver. Got me home safely. I will continue to use Paramount Limousine as my primary limo/airport service! Thank you Paramount.

However the car was clean and the driver was nice, my experience was rather odd. The driver was driven under the speed limit and i almost lost my flight. 50-55 mph on the highway going to airport is not fun. 45mph on pch. When i asked if we could go a little faster he said "it is better to get there in one piece" - and of course i do appreciate that, But getting there at all was also important. I do usually use this service and never had this issue before. Just this one time with this one driver.

The driver was great he called me to arrange a pick up location and was there right after we got our bags. He was pleasant and very informative. The town car was clean and roomy. I am going to use them every time I am in LA. In fact I decided to use them instead of the ships transportation to get back to there airport

We have used Paramount Limousine for years. They are always on time, if not early, and the drivers are very professional. Their cars are new and clean and very comfortable. Paramount Limo offers great discounts and the prices are reasonable. Booking their services is always easy!

Based on the other reviews, I was really nervous about the service we would receive. I did have a little trouble getting in touch with the office to confirm the appointment, but other than that, I had a good experience with them. I brought three teenagers to town to see a show at the Forum. The parent of one of the girls I brought actually paid for the limo online, so again, I was nervous about the service, especially since I didn't make the reservation.

The girls were so excited when the limo picked us up at the hotel. The driver, Tyree (I hope i spelled that right) was great! He was very nice and extremely helpful when it came to drop off and pick up points. He gave me his phone number in case we had any issues with finding him, and I'm glad he did. We came out of a completely different door than the one we went in, so I was totally turned around and lost in the parking lot.

I called him, and based on where I was, he led me right him. He was really great. I can't attest to anyone else's review, only mine, and our experience was great. Tyree had a lot to do with most of that.

IMPORTANT! BEWARE! Paramount may appear to be efficient with E mail confirmations, pre-paid service and the like, BUT.Imagine waiting for our pre-paid and reconfirmed car service scheduled for 5 AM.and then nothing happens. We are out front with our bags. Tried to reach office but only get a message. Finally called LYFT.our flight was already boarding when we reached the gate.

Totally not acceptable. THEN our promised refund never came through despite several phone calls.just more broken promises. Finally stopped payment through our credit card. Wish we could give them negative 5 stars.

Booked an airport drop off from OC to LAX a week in advance through limos.com. 2 hours before they are supposed to pick up, limos.com calls and says that the paramount driver is sick and that he is not going to show up. I understand that someone may be sick, but calling 2 hours before pick up if pretty weak. Will not use them or limos.com again. Limos did not have a solution either when they called.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I used limos.com and got this service for a 5:15 am pickup. Limos.com called me at 4:15 am to Tell me this company could not show up. I ask them why and they said the company canceled. How the hell do you book a service the day before and cancel one hour before the pickup time. Now I had to use uber to catch my flight on time.

If you can not show up on time paramount awful limousine service stop taking jobs on limos.com. You have awful ratings everywhere you need to clean up your company and delivery what you are in business to do. I will also follow up with links.com To let them now about all your other bad reviews and hopefully they will remove you from their platform.

Needed a ride to LAX and had James as my driver. James was the BEST! He was professional, punctual, and personable. I am someone who always needs to be early for everything in life and James was not only on time, he was 10 mins early! We chatted quite a bit on the ride to the airport and realized that we were both from Boston and love the Patriots.

Upon arriving to the airport James politely opened my door and assisted me with my heavy luggage. I would definitely use Paramount Limo again for my future events and I would highly recommend James as your driver.

What a horrible company. My true rating would be negative 5 stars. They never showed to take us to the airport. They did not call or anything. Could not get ahold of anyone at their company. No apologies. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked them. Looks like they do this quite a bit. We had to call an Uber to take us to the airport. Luckily we did not miss our flight to Vegas so our New Years vacation was not ruined. Don't risk using this company. They are very unreliable.

Sean Seifi who is the owner of this service has no understanding of business ethics. When you're promised a certain type of vehicle and another one shows up which is smaller and older, you would expect some type of apology or compensation. Sean doesn't believe in either of these. Thank you again Sean for just ruining a special night. you will always be remembered!

Man, I'm trippin at the one stars for this company. I had a blast on my birthday! I took a stretch H2 hummer out last month for my birthday with 20 of my friends and it was solid as a rock. My driver Ali was cool as can be, let us do our thing, and bump music in the back. He closed up the partition right away after I gave him all the stops on a list, and it was smooth sailing from there.

We hit Bludso's on La Brea for the best bbq, then drove to the Shore Bar on pCh for dancing. We ended up taking everyone home at different locations-still drinking-and I slapped Ali a Hundo for his trouble. The car was amazing. The air was working cold as ice and the system was loud! I will be using limos more now because they cut me a nice deal too.

This is a great company. The owner, who I spoke to, said I can request Ali anytime and hooked up the car with ice, water, and sodas -we brought the whiskey baby! I suppose everyone business has bad days, I wouldn't trust these other reviews. These guys are great. Good people. Excellent service. Thank you Paramount Limo. I'll be back.

UM is there a negative star button!? This place blows with a capital B-L-O-W-S! We hired this company to pick me "the bride" and my whole wedding party to our wedding Ceremony which may I add was a 35-40 minute commute on PCH in traffic in 90 degree weather! The limo arrived we got in.there was no champagne, it had cracks in the interior oh and it was hot as HELL!

I mean satan might as well have been sitting right next to me. My skin was melting off including my wedding makeup mask! We told the driver and he said it would cool down in a second that all the cold air got out when we opened the door! And to roll the windows up! SO yes we were now sitting in a sweat lodge HAAA this is just the beginning of my pre wedding nightmare.

So the AC vents were spuing out hot vent air. I mean I couldn't breath I was in my wedding dress, the guys were in their three piece khaki suits which were now stained in armpit and butt sweat. The driver kept saying it's going to cool down.coming up with the most bs excuses.but after about 10 minutes no cold air still.this is when I knew the driver was full of BS and the AC was broken and he knew it and still picked us up. WHO DOES THIS TO A BRIDE INTENTIONALLY!? these people are criminals!

We were stuck in traffic in a hot limo crammed in like sardins on my wedding day oh and I had to stick my perfectly done wedding hair out the window so I didn't melt! This is the most unprofessional, BS Limo company I have ever encountered. Oh and when we got to the wedding we tried to call the manager of the company and the rude arrogant A hole hung up on us and took no responsibility for ruining my chariot to the most important event of my life! NO refund, no apology we had to dispute their charge on our credit card! RUN RUN Far away from these heartless frauds!
