Best description? (Crooks and liars.) I have no clue how they are still in business but I am going to do everything to find out and do something about it. We had an employee book their services for an airport transfer. The fair did not come up on the website so a call was place to the company. The fee was discussed and agreed upon. Once the email conformation was received, the fee was $1600.00 more then quoted! We immediately called back and canceled this service. We now have a charge on our credit card to which we are now disputing with AMEX. Shame on you.

Avoid this company at all costs. For one, they are a broker, not the direct company, so you are just paying more to get the same car. Two, I ordered an SUV because I have mobility issues, they pulled a bait and switch and sent a sedan. Three, they added 20% gratuity that the driver didn't receive, so I tipped them in addition. I emailed immediately and met with a "the driver lie" email response. I sent another one, and it wasn't responded to at all. Please avoid using this "company".

Critical: Professionalism Very bad experience. Website posts "Cancellation made prior to 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time is without penalty" but would not refund fees (12 hours later and several days before our departure) after we discovered that the amount billed to our credit card was more than double the advertised fees.

Do your research and use another company! This company quoted me a price from point to point of $119 + tip. I then see a charge on my credit card for $190. When i called to dispute this they tell me completely different prices for the trip, tip and city fee's & taxes. Make sure you get their quote in writing if you are going to use this company. Also be aware there are NO refunds if you need to cancel, they only offer credit.

Just read the reviews folks, I should have but was in a hurry catching my flight to them. Booked a large SUV for my family of 4 showed up in a Grey Buick Enclave that we had to cram 2 into the back row with luggage on lap from DTW to Lansing. Car was dirty, had empty water bottle in the back seat and when called to ask for some sort of refund from the $289 ride that we could have taken an Uber $115.supervisor (or at least he says so) indicates he will check with his manager on a credit towards another ride.
Never again will I or my staff that use this service will ever use. Customer Service is so simple, take care of your customers and they will keep coming back, this will cost them more than it will cost me in terms of future business. I will say this in all fairness, the driver was very nice and respectful and actually tipped him extra for getting myself and our family home safely it is not his fault that he works for an unprofessional company that does not take care of customers.
The person who booked it even told me that it was a Lincoln Navigator or Yukon type vehicle.then the supervisor says "no he didn't" as if he was the one who booked the ride. Again, I read the reviews after the fact and all align with the type of business this is. Save your time and money, call a black car Uber.

Wanted to book a metro car rather than Uber to avoid the longer wait and ride in a nicer car with my family. The driver was over 30 mins late and had to meet him outside fighting thru the great number of cars outside to find him. The car was an older Cadillac and the driver was not wearing a tie. Then I realized this wasn't the real metro cars I usually take and I clicked on the wrong website when booking online. I would recommend an Uber over this service or use the real metro cars.

Terrible. After dropping us driver texted me 3 times to ask when we would be done. When I reserved the Cars told them approximate time would be 11:30. Driver said he had other customers to pick up and he is off at 12:00. We were done at 11:20 and neither driver of 2 we prepaid for showed up stranded in downtown Detroit. A friend that was with us used them for his business and had similar issue so will never use again. Did get my $ back for way home.

If you want to get to your destination in a timely manner, I would not select this outfit. I had scheduled them for a 4:00 p.m. airport pickup as my wife and I were travelling to Europe for 12 days. As 4:00 p.m. neared, I started to get nervous because almost all drivers arrive at least 10 minutes early. The driver calls me right at 4:00 and says he is in traffic but will be there in 10 minutes. OK, I can live with that.
He calls me back 5 minutes later and says he will be there at 4:20. Now, his credibility with me is shot. I tell him that that will be cutting it close for me and he can't be any later. 4:25 arrives and no driver and no call. We pile our 4 bags into my car and take off for the airport. I cannot risk missing my flight to Europe. The driver calls me at 4:30 and says he just is pulling in.
I tell him I am long gone. So, not only did they not show up on time but I had to pay about $80 more for the parking than I would have if they had chauffeured me round-trip. Very bad experience and very unprofessional/unreliable limo service. Of course, there was no follow-up from them after I called to complain to one of the operators. I would avoid.
