I needed an early morning pickup (3 AM) and Uber is not readily available at that time. AZ Limo easily handled my needs, was prompt and helpful. Greg, my driver, was very courteous and professional. I definitely made the right choice!

Az Limos, was the BEST BIRTHDAY IVE EVER HAD. ( SINCE MY TWIN PASSED AWAY). MYSELF AND 39 OTHER PASSENGERS LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF OUR "PLANNED 5 HOURS" PARTY ON WHEELS, THAT WE ADDED ANOTHER 2 HOURS. BECAUSE WE WERE JUST FEELING THE BUMPS AT OUR LADT HOUR. LOL. I loved it so much that I bought another one few months later just because. And, of course, we partied till the wheels fell off. Thank you Az Limos.

Great service for our sports team trip to Tucson! Chauffeur Pat arrived early, the motor coach was clean and had full accommodations. Our players had a great team bonding experience. Pat returned everyone home safely and on time. Joe (owner) was easy to work with and very friendly. Will use again and easily recommend AZ LIMO to others.

Reached out 3 days ago, told 4 different people what I needed(2 point to point rides 9 hours apart) all said it shouldn't be a problem but they would need to have someone call me back. No one did, I just got a text saying they only offer hourly service. Very poor customer service and handled entirely wrong on the company side.

Cindy was awesome and the AZ Limo team was very accommodating as our party bus grew from 18 to 25 passengers. Fantastic experience and we will use them again for our next corporate or personal outings. Five stars all the way around!

Rented a Party Bus for my daughter's 18th birthday. Her and her friends had a great time. There was an issue towards the end of the trip. When I called to get it handled, Jacob was extremely professional about everything. His professionalism turned me into a returning customer. I definitely recommend them.

Jacob at AZ Limo is incredible. He was SO great to work with - so responsive and so helpful. He really went above and beyond for my group needing a combination of individual cars and shuttles for airport transportation. As an event planner, there are a ton of logistics to think/worry about and Jacob made my job so much easier. How does this company possibly operate in Phoenix, AZ? We got a ride back from a wedding in January, in 61 degree weather, and the bus was HOT AS F***. We asked the driver (Henry) several times to lower the temperature. Either the bus isn't able to handle the local climate, or the driver doesn't know how to operate his equipment properly. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED CLIENT. Also, there was no control to plug in any kind of music playlist. We listened to some crap radio station the whole way back.

Adam our driver was super nice, friendly and professional. He arrived on time and was flexible with our schedule within our time frame. I would recommend AZ Limo and Adam specifically! Was a very fun night where we didn't need to worry about who was designated driver!

We use AZLIMO anytime we have a need for car service. Have used them over 15 times for concerts and sporting events in the last 5 years. Fantastic service, quality and price. Drivers are always on time and friendly. Hands down the best option in the valley in my opinion.

He arrived early, the car was spotless and very comfy. He assisted with helping one pax who was using a walker and made him very comfortable. Majority of passengers were in their 70s and 80s. Every point of pick up and drop off was right on time and getting up to the Sanctuary for dinner was great. I hope all the people who read this goes and books with AZLIMO. PERFECT 10.thank you Greg!

Booked a ride for our wedding party to the airport for our destination wedding. When I called I told them the amount of people and the amount of suitcases paid our deposit. When the limo arrived there was not enough room for suitcases even tho we had less suitcases then the original amount indicated when I booked the limo. So not sure how it would've worked if some of the couples didn't end up sharing suitcases. Secondly the radio didn't work.

Imagine an hour ride to the airport with no music. I received a email after our ride asked to rate the ride. I rated them 3 out of 5 only because the driver was super nice even the limo wasn't big enough and had faulty equipment. One of the managers ended up calling me and apologizing for the horrible experience and said he would refund me half the money. It's been almost 4 weeks and never got a penny back. Updating as they reached and did refund us the money. So I appreciate that.

I have used this company for multiple bachelorette Air port pick ups, staff is amazing, accommodating, and so much fun. Absolutely use these guys.

Limo arrived late, driver texted me and said the limo had mechanical issues and he was running late. Then when he arrived arrived he said his reason for being late was because he had another event booked just before ours. The Bluetooth feature did not work in the limo so we could not listen to music, and the limo was just dirty inside. With a broken window between the driver and passengers, so we had to text the or call the driver while he was driving if we needed anything. I would not recommend!

I used AZ limo on my wedding day. I was super bummed that when I got on the bus it was so hot I felt like i was going to pass out. There was trash everywhere, trash on top of new waters, dirt all over the floor. Apparently there was a golf tournament on there prior to us. We asked our driver to get us ice and clean up the trash he seemed unhappy to do so.

I was even using my own wipes to clean up! I was told this bus would be our wedding party and guests only. We paid a lot of money to have a party bus and that was definitely a let down. I will say I'm happy I got to the venue on time and my groom got there on time but some of our guest did arrive 20 mins late on the last bus to the ceremony. I would say we ended on a positive note after we had air and everything was cleaned! We did have a blast coming back after the wedding was over with music, lights & dancing. Just for future esp. during covid I hope the bus is cleaned for the next service.

Don't use this car service. It's fraud. The worst! The limo ac didn't work. It was dirty with beer cans. Rude manager. Please record conversation with this company. Keep your receipts.

I was very impressed with AZ Limo, very professional, turned up on time, bus was new and very modern. We did 2 pick ups which wasn't a problem. Ronnie was our driver, he was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Rented a party bus for my daughters 20th birthday and this more than exceeded my expectations! She and her friends got spoiled for the night and they were taken care of and the cost was great, service was great and no added fees at the end! I paid for the bus before and didn't get a surprise bill at the end. Very, very, Happy!

This company is what great Service Providers should model themselves after. Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. We had an unforeseen hiccup in the middle of the day that this company tackled and navigated through like Champs. Our chauffeur Sean was above and beyond. Amazing company! Just used them and was nothing but IMPRESSED! Fit us in last minute and was so kind to do so! Got the 40 person party bus and they provided waters! Amazing lights you can change to your wanting, bluetooth/or aux chord music! Sound speakers were incredible and the driver, Patricia, was amazing as well! We will be back!

I was looking for a high end service for a bachelor party, and I was told AZ Limo was the company to call. The shuttle was on time, extremely friendly and professional. Best service I've used in a while. Thank you AZ Limo.

Our driver Eric was great. I would definitely suggest them. I would also suggest requesting that the AC is turned before the limo leaves.

Hired to drive bridal party from Peoria to chandler, it took about 20 minutes for everyone to load, then asked if we could stop down the street to pick up gown. 1 minute away. We had paid in full in advance. The driver was not helpful or friendly. The limo was so warm that we were fanning ourselves and drenched in sweat. Then looked at credit card and was charged additional 180$ for wait time and stop. Called and left message, no call back for 2 days. Called again and female answering phones was not helpful and rude. Very disappointed about their service on a very special day.

The manager called me and did agree to give me my refund. They agreed to give me a night where my family and I could use the limo and they would take us to a nice restaurant and take us back home. The driver was exceptional and was on time. The reason I cannot give you more than the 4 stars is because you took away time from my wedding day that cannot be given back. I appreciate that you wanted to make it right, and I thank you for that.

So impressed by this company and their party bus! I already want to plan a party to use them again. We hired them to pick up a bunch of 16 year olds for a birthday party. Ciro was the driver, he arrived early and was super friendly and professional. The bus we got was beautiful and so fun! It was very clean, had music and lights. (Wish we could have removed the pole but that's ok!) We definitely want to use them again.
