Couldn't even get a rate over the phone and they were really terrible with customer service. Was trying to book a limo for my niece for prom in June 2018.

Great limo service. I needed a last minute ride to catch a flight at the airport and decided to call this company. They responded to the call immediately and were able to accommodate me. They came to pick me up on time, in fact they were early. I was traveling with my younger cousins and to my surprise this company provided car seats! It was so convenient. The whole process was quick, smooth and very convenient. I would use them again!

Found New Century Limo on Google so figured I would give him a try. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Mike was early to my house, and made sure to ask if I had any preferences on the route we took. Sweet, and great service- could not ask for anything better. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! 5 stars!

We had a great experience with this car service. We booked for a pick up 2 days in advance going from pasadena to lax. The car came 15 minutes earlier and had a carseat for our 1 year old installed. The driver Mike was great. He helped with our luggage and the car was nice and clean and provided us with water and candy. Got us to the airport in no time. Great service, prompt, nice clean car! Booked them for our return trip as well!

What a great limo company! Our driver was Michael and he was friendly and courteous. He picked us up from LAX and took us to Woodland Hills. Best rate and best service!

This company was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I booked a town car for my boss from the airport. No one showed up to meet him at the airport. I called the company immediately and they said that the driver was there. 15 min, 30 min. I call again, and the man starts to yell at me saying the driver is there and that he can't find the passenger. 1 hour later and a car shows up.

The driver admitted to my boss that he has just been called. I called the company back again to ask for a discounted rate. He not only refused to discount the fare but he made up a strange story about airport security keeping the driver's car for inspection. It was a complete lie and he was speaking in a harsh and raised voice to me the entire time.

I understand that mistakes happen, but this company could not have acted in a more unprofessional and unethical way. They do not deserve a penny from anyone, but more importantly they are unreliable and dishonest.

The driver (Alex) was a nice guy, and got me to the airport quickly. The car is clean and luxurious. That being said, I thought that the guy that operates the phones ( the manger?) was a little bit rude, he seemed to be short whenever we talked, and gave the driver the wrong cellphone number for me. Overall though - a pretty nice drive to the airport The most annoying thing is that their prices do not include their automatic tax and twenty percent gratuity, so you can expect the charged price to be higher than that quoted.

I have used this company several times now for airport trips (to and from). They provide a timely and excellent service. The two drivers I dealt with were professional and very helpful. Both were waiting for me each time. The vehicles are always clean and it seems they go out of their way to assure a comfortable ride. Their prices are also reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Now this is a good limo service. Never mind one of the dispatchers they have who's English is a little rough, but the service was great and the cars are nice. Sometimes they will send these longer town cars at the same price they charge for regular and they are really nice. They seem to always want to work with your situation if they can help it. The limos we only used 3 times but they are always clean on time and we had a great time.
