Fantastic customer service! We took the mini shuttle from Annapolis to DC for the day. The drivers were punctual and so friendly. The mini shuttle was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have used them to drive my elderly mother to a doctor's appointment. Mom could not be happier with their service. The driver was on time, professional, and courteous. He helped her out of the car, walked her into the doctors office, and made sure she got checked in. He waited to take her back home, with a side trip to the pharmacy. Definitely 5 Star service.

I have been using ATS for over 5 years now, and they NEVER disappoint! The owner, office manager, and all of the drivers are professional, courteous, and exceptionally competent. The fleet is diverse and the vehicles are always clean and fresh. They will schedule your reservation promptly and efficiently. The drivers are always early and patient. There have been several occasions where I was forced to make very last minute changes, or change dates or times, and the office was extremely accommodating, and my plans were executed perfectly! They are the best service I have ever used. I highly recommended them to everyone.

Highly recommend. Professional and friendly drivers both trips. We used them for an early morning and late return airport service. They arrived early for both transports.
