Trip # 500998 Original car couldn't make it because he text me, "car is broke". Next 2, yes, two drivers that I was sent contact information for I could not get a hold of. Then, I was sent my own name and number as the driver contact, yes, me, not sure how that was going to work. Finally after my sixth call to your office and an hour at the airport waiting I got contact information for a driver that didn't work for you directly but was a sub contactor. So, I'm not sure what your thoughts are, but mine are simple, your service is lacking. You do pick people up as a business, correct?

First Class! I used ZBest for my wedding after personal recommendations from colleagues as well as a fair amount of research. You cannot beat their prices and you cannot beat their customer service. From management to drivers ZBest cannot be beat. ZBest was very fair and acommodating when it came to last minute changes and they do not nickel and dime you for every small request.

Very reasonable, easy to work with, and professional. Our guests loved every driver to include James, one of their oldest and most beloved. He even drove well past the time limit, just so he could take care of guests. Look no further than ZBest if you have any transportation needs!

Used Z Best for prom last night and it was awesome! We all had so much fun and it was such a smooth ride. Loved Michael so much he was an amazing driver and would definitely recommend. He also made my dad feel very comfortable letting us go haha. Thank you Z Best!

Everyone that I came into contact with was very professional and willing to provide us with whatever we requested to make our experience zBest. The driver was prompt and extremely attentive to our needs. He was very resource and resolving all our requests and concerns. My only suggestion would be better vehicle maintenance, the vinyl seat was torn and the floor was worn and scuff.

This company is amazing and really made sure our trip was comfortable and on time and the driver was very nice and professional, the Mercedes sprinter was really nice. Bill is awesome and down to earth, I would recommend them to everyone and also my family and I will continue to use their services

Had such a great experience. Had a trip in WA DC for work and my time was booked wrong by our admin. Kyle provided top notch customer service for me and got a hold of my driver to let him know I was at the airport and he helped me fix my return trip too! Bothe of my drivers were so great! Ephrem and Kay went above a beyond for me. Really enjoyed my trip because of the great tips Ephrem gave me about the area where I stayed.

We had an early departure to the airport and decided to use ZBest Limousine Service. I am thoroughly pleased and so glad we chose this service. Our driver, Daniel M. was so polite, courteous, and pleasant. He made our ride so nice. The vehicle was a Cadillac SUV and it was clean and comfy. The music was relaxing, as was Daniel's driving. If you are looking for a car service with five star service, look no further. If he's available, ask for Daniel. He is such a lovely person!

The managers were very helpful in booking a sweet sixteen event for our daughter. Our driver, Michael, was phenomenal - courteous, friendly, thoughtful and professional. The girls had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend ZBest for any special event!

Despite the snow and road conditions of January 3rd Robert was waiting at thr terminal when we exited with luggage in hand. Very friendly, professional, and a diligent, careful driver.

We hired Zbest for guest transport to and from our venue/hotel. We contracted the shuttle from start until the end of our wedding. We were to be charged on 11/1/21 and for some reason were not. It wasn't until after the wedding we were charged and we were charged over $100 extra. This is because the individual I was working with used the drop off. time as the end time for the shuttle.

The shuttle waited for our guests, however, no one was made aware that the end time was 10pm. It was communicated numerous times our wedding did not END until 10pm. Instead of the company communicating the error we were just charged. I had to go back and find out what went wrong and when asking for a refund due to company error I was told no. A company who makes an error should correct THEIR error. I would not recommend nor utilize Zbest again.

Outstanding driver! Very helpful and friendly. He was sociable and answered our many questions, but also politely allowed us to rest and travel quietly as we were also quite exhausted from our trip.

I had Shah as a driver. He was on time and very nice. His car was extremely clean and smelt amazing. If I could request drivers I definitely would request and recommend him. Keep up the great job!

We hired Z Best just two weeks prior to our wedding - Michael was there to pick us up and just was so pleasant the entire night! I love him! The shuttle was amazingly clean, perfect size, smooth driving, and just all around a fantastic experience.

The driver was friendly, professional, on-time and drove safely/efficiently. We arrived at our son's house without incident. The driver wore a mask "appropriately" the entire ride. Definitely will use the service again, and recommend to others.

Used this company for airport transfer between home and Dulles. Service was excellent at all levels. I received text message updates well prior to scheduled pickup times. Both drivers were perfectly professional and extremely helpful and arrived early to get us. We were treated very well! Both vehicles (SUVs) were immaculately clean and comfortable. Both rides were very smooth. Will use this service again.

The trip to the airport was great and as expected. However on the return transfer when we got back, I paid to have someone meet us inside at baggage claim to assist, and paid extra. Instead I was met with a text saying the driver was in the cell lot and to call when I was outside waiting for him. This is NOT the service I paid for and made a tiring 2 days of travel a lot less seamless when we landed as I called and the driver said on I'm in my way and hung up, without even telling me what kind of car to look for or anything. Disappointing for sure.

Our driver, Ephren was awesome. Our plane arrived late and he was still there waiting for us. He had a great personality and entertained us on the drive with all his knowledge. We definitely would recommend him to everyone

We recently rented a limo from ZBest for a wedding. Randolph Mayzck was our driver. The service could not have been better. We were a bit demanding, asking him to pick up the groom's party and bring them to the Church. Then he had to pick up the bride's party and get them to the Church, when we didn't have the best directions to the hotel the bride was at.

Then after the service he had to get us all to the reception hall. We then took multiple trips from the reception hall to get more stuff for the reception. Randolph handled this very professionally. The Bride and Groom had never ridden in a limo before, and were both very excited. They were extremely pleased with the service we got. The icing on the (wedding) cake was when Randolph rolled out a red carpet for the bride. Literally, he rolled out a red carpet at the Church for the bride (my sister) to walk out on.

She was beaming from ear-to-ear. We have rented a limo a few times over the past several years, and this was far and away the best service we have ever received. Definitely use this limo service and I strongly advise you to ask for Randolph. I know we will. Awesome job, Randolph!

They picked us up from the airport and drove us to the resort. They where very organized, courteous, and timely. The driver was informative and engaging. He made it a great trip.

We used Z Best for transportation services ( motor coaches, sprinter vans and limousines) for my son's wedding and rehearsal dinner. There were a lot of logistics to work through and Kathy Miller was so very helpful guiding me through the planning to insure we had everything planned out to perfection. The level of professionalism was amazing. The. day of the wedding all plans were executed flawlessly.

All vehicles were timely and the drivers impeccably professional. I was amazed how they guided us through the entire day. I would like to personally thank James McGill, one of our chauffeurs, who truly went above and beyond dealing with a challenging passenger situation and then returning to the hotel to bring a guest her glasses to her that she had left on the bus. The customer service provided by Jessica on the phone was awesome from start to finish! I guess I could say from A to Z- Best! When Jessica returned my initial call she clearly explained my vehicle options and politely answered my questions which eliminated any concerns I had. Jessica politely and promptly responded to the queries I emailed to her.

I appreciated that very much! Jessica told me that one of the best drivers at ZBest would be given this driving assignment and Jessica was absolutely correct! James was a Superstar! James arrived at our pick up location on time (actually early). James was professional and courteous. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. James had the presence of mind to have bottled water available in case anyone in our group became thirsty. James skillfully navigated through the morning rush hour and took a route that avoided major traffic congestion.

As a result, we happily arrived at our destination with time to spare. At the conclusion of the ceremony, James safely brought us back to our point of origin. We are very grateful for the professional and amicable service we received from Jessica and her colleague, James. As a result, if I ever need transportation services again I will contact ZBest!

I used ZBEST on September 17th 2016 for my wedding reception near Baltimore, MD. The limo was okay but one of the tail lights was out and it looks so cheap and unclassy in all of my wedding photos. When you pull up in a stretch white limo Lincoln with all your family, you want to feel like you're coming out in style and class. All of my photos showing the rear of the limo are slightly embarrassing and awkward.

Make sure you inspect your vehicle. I asked Kathy, the salesperson who contacted me, before the event what the condition of the vehicle was and they said it was new. Apparently, they lied. Also, the chauffeur was a nice gentleman. He did his job wonderfully. However, after paying $733 for a night in a limo, I expect that the vehicle be inspected properly and the service to be superb. Also, I left a post under their Facebook advertisement and now they have blocked me from commenting. How do you expect people to know what's really going on if you only keep the good reviews and remove all the negative ones? POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.

Zbest limo was wonderful for our New Year's Eve wedding! We had a limo and a 57 person shuttle bus and both were perfect. Our drivers was unbelievably sweet and welcoming and Wendy was so great to work with (she dealt with my crazy bride brain so graciously!). Thank you ZBest!

Super disappointed with the customer service. I wanted to try to book for my upcoming wedding and I can never seem to get responses, just brushed aside. Even when I address my concerns with the reservations manager, I still didn't get a response. Very surprising.

We got a great deal for Valentine's Day! Can't wait to use them again for our next big celebration or party!

My husband rented a limo from Zbest for my 36th bday so I can only comment on the service of the driver, Marty Pop. Marty was awesome. Everyone in our party loved him and he was like one of the gang. I am a person that is very hard to please and Marty went above & beyond. Thank you for a night none of us will soon forget!

Hired for a wedding. Drivers did not know where they were going. Air Conditioning broke. Calls not returned. Terrible customer service.

I am planning an out of town wedding. I booked an appointment to see the trolley. I was told someone would be there to show me the Trolley which was scheduled to be done for the day. When I arrived on time for my scheduled showing, I was told they got a last minute job for the Trolley, and I could come back first thing in the morning. I was never called and no attempt was made to notify me.

I was told that the wedding planner was not in the office. That was the excuse. The last thing I need for my "Big Day" is to worry about my wedding transportation not arriving on time or at all because Zbest employees are unable to properly communicate with each other. NO THANK YOU!

After my not so great experience with ZBest Limo, customer service did try to make things right. They offered me a 10 passenger limo for 3 hours free. I wasn't sure what I would do for 3 hours - and I wasn't going to give the company any more of my money. So, a few of the same people that went on the initial trip joined me for this one - we took a 3 hour tour of the Nation's Capital - we went to the Lincoln Memorial and the National mall, the MLK memorial and the Jefferson memorial.

We spent a sufficient amount of time at each place to take pictures and enjoy DC - it was a beautiful day for it and the Cherry blossoms were out. Their customer service recovery was appreciated.

I use z best for all my chauffeur needs and will never stray away. They drove me to my prom many moons ago, my wedding, a couple of funerals, and even when I need to get to the airport. The sales gal Ashley is the most helpful and knowledgeable gal there! She hooks me up with the best prices, the best rides, the best drivers, and most important the best customer care ethics. Other limo places may be cheaper but you'll never get the service like you will get at ZBest!

We hired zBest for our wedding services and could not have been more disappointed. There was significant confusion about the services we requested, even though it was clearly outlined in a document I sent well in advance. Maybe it's my fault I didn't double check everything on the invoice when it was sent the night before my wedding, but I had a few other things on my mind.

At 12:30am the night of my wedding, the last thing I want to do is spend 30 minutes on the phone fixing their mistake and shelling out another $500. I am most upset that zBest is not able to refund at least half of the money we spent urgently requesting a bus to come get 25 of our friends who had been assured a ride home - if zBest had done their job right and double checked my request for services, nothing would have been an issue. No, I do not want a credit for future services, I will never be using these guys again.
