Not quality, by any means. This is the a ame company as listed on Winchester Rd, but a different location listing. My boyfriend and I ordered the pink limo for his daughter's 21st birthday celebration on a Sunday evening. Sunday is a slow night of the week for limo companies, so we could have gone with any other company, but we chose them. The company called a little over 24 hours before pick-up to say that the pink limo was no longer available due to a mechanical problem and the black limo would be sent instead.
Several hours later, the black limo was also unavailable for similar issues, so they were giving us a "free upgrade" to the coach bus. Sounds great, right? Until it arrives with no working TV, no working radio, and lights that go out every time the driver hits the brakes. The driver can't fix it. He says there have been a number of problems with this bus and it has had the alternator replaced several times, but this is more of an electrical problem.
A member of our party calls the company to try to get a resolution and is told that our problem doesn't matter because the "upgrade" was free and we shouldn't expect any more from them, so they'll just leave us at our first destination (about 4 or 5 miles away from where we were picked up) and we can figure out our own way home. I asked the driver to take us back to where he picked us up (which is literally about 300 yards from the limo yard) and I would just drive our passengers myself.
The driver says he was instructed by Mike (the owner) to not take us back to our vehicles and to just leave us all there - with no way home. If that's not completely illegal, it should be. Then Karma hits and the coach bus breaks down. While the driver was awaiting a tow, my boyfriend arrived to take me back to my car and he and I became the designated drivers for the night.
We had a great night, but with no thanks to Hire Quality Limo. I'm beginning to think that the company name is actually meant as advice - to hire a quality limo service, not them.
