I normally never do reviews unless it is well deserved. Presidential Limo service is an amazing company. I called them last minute and really didn't have an idea what I wanted to do. Jennifer immediately email a full page of suggestions. I then spoke to the supervisor of the drivers to confirm the arrangements as well as to ensure that our day would be flawless.
The day of pick up we were greeted by Leon our driver. He was the most kind compassionate person as well as an amazing driver. I suggested when I booked the limo that the limo driver be experienced enough to back the limo down the narrow street that we were picking up the guest of honor on. He not backed only down the street perfectly but had to deal with a trailer parked in the street.
Talk about skills! I live in Florida and assure you every time I need a car service Presidential will be my first choice. I made sure all of my family and friends in Maryland were made aware of their excellent service and my high recommendation of them. I truly can not thank them enough for making our day so memorable! They truly go above and beyond.

Thank you so much for your service. Bus Limo was on time and the driver couldn't have been any nicer. He was very reliable and got the wedding party downtown and down to the reception in a reasonable time to allow the bridal party to get a drink and enjoy the cocktail hour. I would definitely recommend their service.

I have to say Thank you to Presidential Limousines. The booking agent and the management staff are awesome. I booked on a last minute appointment for my Teens Prom. The staff made sure to find me a limo and the Teens enjoyed their driver. He made sure to text at both drop off locations. This was a 5 Star experience for me.

Met this company at a Knot wedding expo event. They had the expedition on display. Mandy was very accommodating. I told her the details of my event, including the destinations and she was excited to share with me the price. The customer service ends there. I called yesterday at 6 pm and talked to someone who answered some of my questions but did not commit to helping me reserve a service.
Her price changed around as the conversation went on. Although helpful, she said some racially insensitive pieces. Referring my "Asian wedding" as Built smaller, so they should all be able to fit. But she said I could call back in the morning and book, my destination was not an issue. I called back today, and was coincidentally told that this company did not service Silver spring, MD.
The person on the phone could not tell me what areas the services they provided were limited to, and abruptly handed me off to another person who had no patience in answering my question. Only stating, again, that they do not service Silver Spring MD. By the way, this company's website refers travel to both New York and DC. If it were any one of these later two isolated events, I would waive it off, but the combination of racial insensitivity combined with lack of customer service has put me off from this service.
At this point, I can't help but believe that the unavailability became racially decided. A Columbia, Maryland Limo company that doesn't service Silver Spring, Maryland (18 miles away). Let that sink in. My pizza deliver travels that far.

The service is terrible the pictures I was sent was not the bus that came the day of my trip also the driver won was terrible when we first got on the bus he told us a bunch of grown women that we could not talk loud be quiet and don't get out our seats he did not have no customer service skills at the end of our trip he didn't say anything I asked him when do I pay my deposit he stated right now I ask why he didn't say anything his response was you know you have to pay so why do I have to say anything he got us to our destination late I will never recommend anyone to rent from these people again they need to hire better drivers

This was our second time using Presidential. Julie was awesome from baggage claim to drop off, we even got a text from her before we got off the plane to let us know she was there and waiting and where we would find her. She indulged our friends Elvis like for music on the trip to the hotel and stopped at the liquor store as requested. We will never choose any other transportation method on our Las Vegas trips in the future. It's Presidential all the way.
