BEWARE! RUDE OWNER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called and asked for a Limo for end of May. And the guy said that it is "Prom Season' that means that there is a 6hour minimum and a lowest price of $1400. I replied that my wedding is at the end of May after graduation is over for all of major counties in Georgia. So he looked through his calendar again and told me that I was right.

After that he said so how many hours do you need it for? And so I replied, since you didn't want to check the date and just quote me a price I would prefer not to go with you, Thank you for your time. To that he replied, "GO SUCK ON YOUR D***!" I'm glad he showed his true colors because if I had gone with him, he could have completely ruined my wedding. Hope he learns from his lesson and gives the time of day for his potential clients!

Pathetic customer service. I hired Stone Limo for my mother-in -law funeral and I was very disappointed. I specifically asked for a black limo. He committed and 30 minutes before he arrived, he informed me that the AC on the black limo stopped working and that he was sending me a white limo. a white limo to a funeral? The AC did not work on the white one either.

He agreed to refund me a portion of my payment because he failed to provide the service that we agreed on. It has been over one month now and still no refunds. They completely stopped answering my calls. I would not recommend Stone Limo for limo rental needs. I am still trying to get my refund. in the process of filing in small claim court.

This was THE WORST experience I've EVER had! I will make sure that EVERYONE knows NOT to use this crooked company! The Limo was DIRTY, the driver was rude, AND he did NOT stay for the complete hour that we paid him $500.00 for. The manager (who is an African man) told me that he does not like working with black people because all we do is complain.

He was rude, hung up in my face and blocked my number. Initially, I WAS NOT tryig to get my money back, I simply wanted to tell him what my experience was so that no one else would go through what I went through. I guess because I'm one of those black people he was referring to, he expected me to except his beat up dirty limo. He was paid the FUL $500.00 BEFORE the event.

He lied and said my card WOULD NOT be charged the full amount until the day of the event. ALSO, he refused to provide an itemized pricing sheet of what their company prices are. I was supposed to get two limos, but one of them broke down and I was given the nastiest stretch limo truck thing ever!

The service provided was exceptional! Your driver was prompt, courteous and professional. All of my party was very impressed with the cleanliness and style. Thanks for going over and beyond, to make my Birthday a unforgettable event. I will always recommend you for all of my future engagements.

My driver was wonder and was really caring. Pick us on time and had a great with my friends out to dinner and got us home safely.

Worst service ever. Waste of money. The limo is too old. The owner needs to upgrade his limo. Pathetic customer service.

Stone Limousines is the gold standard in the limousine services in Atlanta. I have used their services in numerous occasions and they never seases to amaze me. Each time they pick up my professional colleagues from the Airport, the rave about their level of professionalism. My wife and I have used them during my daughters birthdays and some just because occasions, even them and their friends get so excited because of some special treats that is planned especially for them. I will definitely refer anyone with discriminating taste to patronize Stone Limousines Serves.

Not impressed, the limo wasn't the one they promised. It was too small for the number of passengers, cracked windshield, air didn't work and no music connection for their phones. However, the Driver was nice.

A well dressed driver arrived at my residence in a clean, well detailed limo 15 minutes before scheduled time. The ride was smooth, pleasant, and enjoyable. I am very appreciative that the driver was cordial, respectful, and very professional. This is professionalism at best. I will definitely recommend their services. Thanks Stone Limo Service.

The surprise limo ride for our children and their prom dates was the highlight of the night! Johnny was professional, courteous and kind to the party of teenagers. He arrived promptly and safely drove them downtown in rush-hour traffic to their dinner reservation at the Sun Dial with time to spare. He waited patiently for the group and then drove them to their prom destination in Grayson.

He finalized the night by dropping the group back at our home in Monroe right on schedule, safe and sound! I highly recommend Johnny and his group as we have used them multiple times for various occasions and would not think of using anyone else. Two thumbs up in our book!
