Please see the tables below for our latest services charges, but please keep in mind these prices do not include tolls, gratuity or fuel charges! Also remember, for services after 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM add a $20.00 surcharge to the overall price.

Horrible experience. Danny Sanchez who is the owner told me to shut up when I called the toll free number to find out where the car was. No communication from them about pick up. Awful customer service and horrible attitude. So many other car services to use in Boston. He should be ashamed of himself. Extremely unprofessional. Not on time, no communication and when trying to locate the driver he had a meltdown. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The driver, Gary, was a sweetheart. He should work somewhere else. Horrible company.

Wonderful people! We live in FL, but my son, visiting relatives in Hanson, was on a delayed flight into Logan and wouldn't arrive til after 1:30 am. I didn't want him taking any taking public transport so late, so googled car services. After calling 6 other companies - all of which either laughed or stopped taking reservations after 5 pm (really?!) - I stumbled onto Boston Town Car. The woman taking the reservation was very nice and arranged for a car to pick him up - no problem. These people know how to run a business. Highly recommend.

I book with Boston Town Car every couple of months for work visitors and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are always on time and courteous. I book online and receive an email confirmation right away. Just make sure you select to meet them outside; they do not come into the airport even though that appears as an option.

I booked Boston Town car two weeks in advance, never got a confirmation until I called 3 days before i arrived. I gave all the correct info for Pick up at Boston Logan. I walked out right on Time and walked around looking at all of the other car services WAITING for there clients, But No Boston town car. waited 15 Minutes and called office. They were sorry but driver is running late and will be there in 5 Minutes. 15 Minutes later No Boston Town car Called office again and the were sorry but Driver went to wrong terminal and would be there in 5 Minutes, People this goes on for another 30 minutes, driver called me saying he was still in traffic. they tried to keep me there after 1 hour late. Honestly I took a Cab for 1/4 of the cost of Boston Town Car. I will not use again. I should of read the reviews first.

It was such a pleasure to work with Boston town car company. We interacted with Mac, very professional, very responsible and very accountable. He guided us with all the right information. We did shop around for a qquote and there's were the best. The minivan arrived sharp on time. The bus was clean. The driver very courteous. He played all our songs and was a great sport. I give them a 5 thumbs up. And I say Mac exceeds all expectations! We will engage them again very soon.

This experience was simply a nightmare. They never showed, didn't call ahead of pick-up time to let us know they were delayed/not coming. Called the customer service number for a refund and they refused, saying the driver was on location at the pick-up time, which he absolutely wasn't. After 30 minutes waiting (we had an event to speak at), we had to call a cab.
The customer service agent told me they would not refund because he was on location and that I was lying to him when I said the driver was not there. He told me he "wished things could have gone better if I would tell the truth." On top of that, he refused to provide information for this supervisor. I wish I recorded the call. Reporting to BBB

Pros: Our driver was friendly and the car was clean. Cons: We asked for an infant seat for our 6-month old, and the driver showed up with a front-facing booster seat for kids ages 3 and up! We had to fetch our own infant seat and install it. And THEN the driver misunderstood his GPS directions and got on the highway going the wrong way, adding 15 minutes to our journey as he drove to the next exit to turn around.
Thank goodness we left plenty of time before our flight. Honestly, they're vastly overpriced for the quality of service. I wish I'd read the Yelp reviews before booking with Boston Town Car -- lesson learned! I definitely wouldn't use them again and encourage you to find another car service.

I use care services all over the U.S. I have never had to wait on a car service for 15 minutes. The rate started out at $45 then ballooned to $72. The price is not the issue. The smell of body order and the fact the driver was 15 minutes late were the issues Not sure if he had to push the car, but that is what it smelled like. Then the dispatch would not even answer the phone after my first call. Needless to say this will be the last time for these guys! Do yourself a favor and use another service.

Excellent service. Always on time and very very accommodating. Since last summer I've been using them on a weekly basis, my elderly mother lives in Brookline and can no longer drive. They're great. You won't find a better company to deal with. I went through several companies before I found this one online. Mack is a great guy with a great team of drivers.

If I could give negative stars. NEVER EVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to take me from Logan airport to Lebanon, NH when the flight I was booked on was cancelled due to weather. It was short notice, but they said they could pick me up about an hour after I called. I asked if they had a car seat because my car seat was sent to Phoenix by mistake.
I told them I needed a toddler seat and they said that yes, they had one. The car was supposed to pick me and my 3-year-old son up at the airport at 12:30. When, by 1:00, the driver had still not arrived, I tried calling them multiple times. No one answered the phone. When finally someone did answer, they told me they had sent a brand new driver who didn't know where to go in the airport, but that she would absolutely, positively be there within 15 minutes.
At 1:30 she still wasn't there. She arrived close to 2:00. And there was a car seat in the car, but it was placed in the car, not actually belted in, and was set up for an infant. So it took another 20 minutes to figure out how to change it so that it would fit him, and get it belted into the car. On our way.or so I thought, until I found out my driver had NO CLUE where she was going!
Her Navigation system (provided by the company), didn't work, and she didn't even know how to get on the highway from the airport. I pulled up directions on MY mapquest on my phone, but even then she was like "I'm just going to pull over into this gas station and ask." It was unbelievable. For a 12:30 pick-up I didn't leave Boston before 3:00.
When I called on the way to complain and tell them that under no circumstances would I pay the full amount for this absolutely horrendous service, I spoke to someone who evidently had no power to do anything, but at least he told me he wouldn't charge my card until he had had a chance to speak to his supervisor, who was supposed to have called me back.
She never called me back, but did see fit to charge my card for the full amount. When I called back a second time to try to speak to the supervisor, I was told she was already gone for the day (it was 2:30 in the afternoon). I was also told that the only way to send an email to the owner was to send something to the general email for the company and they would forward it. Given their level of service so far I thought this highly unlikely. This is still not resolved. I plan to report them to the BBB of Boston, they charged me 2 $260.00.

I recently used Boston Town Car to pick myself and 3 of my friends up in Roslindale and drive us to Logan Airport. We received a quote of $120 ($100 + $20 gratuity) for a 6 passenger stretch limo, so we were surprised to see they sent us a 10 passenger stretch limo for the same quoted price. Our driver Cesar arrived right on time at 3:30am, when he saw us walking out the door he immediately got out and grabbed all our bags for us.
He was so polite and sweet, even at that time of the morning. It was my birthday that day so one of my friends brought a bottle of champagne for the ride. Roslindale isn't very far from Logan so we still had half the bottle left by the time we arrived at the airport, Cesar rolled the window down and told us not to rush and finish what we had left.
After we got dropped off we were standing in line and talking about how nice he was when I received a text, I dug my phone out of my bag to see a text from Cesar saying he wishes us a great trip, it made our day! I think $120 might be a little pricey for your standard trip to the airport but if you want to splurge a little or have a reason to celebrate I would wholeheartedly recommend Boston Town Car, and more specifically Cesar!
