We were very pleased with our experience with Hudson Valley Limo. We had a group of 6 to go on vacation, they picked us up in a clean safe 15 passenger van. We're arrived and picked up from airport in a prompt way. Joey our driver was kind, friendly and safe as he drove us. We truly appreciate him, he made our vacation experience better!

Today we used your service for the fourth time. Our driver Brandon was our driver for todays trip is. Great customer service with on time arrival and gets around NYC without issue. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable. We had a medical appointment that required two different locations. Brandon dropped off and picked up in a timely manner making a stressful day, a more relaxing one. We highly recommend Hudson Valley Limousine and Brandon if you can get him as your driver. Just amazing service! Brandon was my driver coming and going and he was not only on time but a bit early! I am a crazy woman in a car but he drove terrifically! I wasn't nervous at all, which for me is amazing! He was super polite and helpful! I couldn't love Hudson Valley Limo any more than I do! Will always use them when I need a car! Wonderful!

Our son recently arranged for your company to take us to the new UBS arena for an Islander game. I cant say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The vehicle was on time, clean and comfortable, but beyond that Joey (our driver) was fantastic. We booked A Hudson Valley Limo in early 2019 and paid in full for two limos - shame on me. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and confirmed with A Hudson Valley Limo throughout the process as we booked a new date and as we got closer. 6 days before my wedding, I received a call from Joey that both limos would be unavailable. He said he was working to find alternative options and vendors to fulfill the contracts.
This is the last call you want to receive leading up to a wedding. We originally booked a Navigator and Lincoln town car limo. They were able to get one vehicle for us - a Ford van, (nothing near what we booked). I had to scramble to find an alternative vendor. Luckily, this vendor blew us away. We got our money back for the Navigator reservation but had to call for the refund to be processed.

Joey was literally wonderful! We had inquired with Hudson Valley Limo for a friends bachelorette party and I will definitely look forward to using him for my own in the future! He arrived early, assisted us with loading the limo and was extremely attentive the entire time! Joey was extremely accommodating. He maintained a professional and personable attitude.
