My flight got in later than expected so my hotel shuttle had ceased operation. The sign outside directed me to the Visconti booth inside which directed me to call a phone number if no one was there. The phone number rung the phone behind the desk and eventually gave me voicemail. Happily, Bob's picked up the phone and sent a taxi for me.
