Do not use this service. I was charged more then the price quoted. When asked the driver to please wear a mask, he didn't have one. I called and spoke to the CEO and was hung up on.

Service overcharged me by $200. Extremely unprofessional. Do not book. They are a scam. There is a reason they are slightly cheaper than competition.

Excellent, reliable service. The cars are beautiful! The driver was very prompt (20 minutes early to pick me up), I received e-mail confirmations, a text with the driver's name and phone number and everything went smooth.

Mr. Rizzo was fantastic for our day out at the vineyards and brewery. Extremely accommodating and professional!

I am a native long islander but now I live in Florida and always go to visit my relatives in East hampton. They recommended we use twin forks limousine for when we decided to go visit them last August. So I called spoke to rizzo and he took my reservations fast and easy. On the day of the driver Larry showed up at jfk with nice clean suv sanitized and he was wearing a mask he offered us hand sanitzer loaded our luggage and off we went.

The drive was nice and smooth Larry told us he has been working for twin forks for 21 years and he knew his way around the hamptons and he got us to east hampton quick and safe. Larry really impressed me and after we got to east hampton I spoke to my daughter and he husband about doing a wine tour as larry had recommended. We called rizzo again and what a pleasure it was to hear him tell us about his recommendations and the best and most cost-effective way to go about setting up the day. Needless to say our day at the wineries was fantastic.

From the start Jonathan showed up in a nice clean mercedes sprinter limo and a complimentary cheese platter also very nice and a Jordan bottle of red wine. The day was amazing and all of us had an amazing experience. Of course on the way back to the airport larry showed up with a clean suv on time and again it was a hassle-free experience. I truly recommend twin forks limousine for all your transportation need in the Hamptons and long island

I did not have a good experience with this company. When I was booking the car they were very accommodating. It was my birthday I booked a limo for me and 7 of my friends to tour some vineyards. When the car arrived it was old and rusted. The air conditioning did not work. It was a 85 degree day. We had to ride with the windows open, because the car wreaked of mildew and one of my friends is asthmatic.

The driver apologized numerous times because the car kept shutting off. He called his boss to make him aware of the issues as did i with no response. Opened the cooler built into the limo and it was filled with old waters and dirt. I was so embarrassed. Upon my arrival home I called and emailed the company but received no response, but they did overcharge my credit card for the trip. I would not recommend them.

Excellent service. Easy booking, beautiful car, professional driver. Our family had a wonderful time at the vineyards.

I think it's funny you responded to this review 5 months ago. but it was written in 2016. I never spoke to you the way you claim and it's insulting that you would say I did just to save face because you got a bad review.

The owner Rizzo is a pig who is not fit to run a business. This company is terrible. I scheduled a group ride for the vineyards and not only were they late but the driver was rude. When I called Rizzo he was even ruder. I then asked for a partial refund because of his lateness and he was nasty. I ended up doing a chargeback and got my money back. Don't ever use them for a ride.

I've used Twin forks limo on two different occasions for wine tours and have had great experiences both times. The reservation process was super easy and Rizzo has been super accommodating. The drivers were also a blast each time. Thanks for two great tours and excited for my third tour next month!

I had the pleasure of using Twin Forks Wine Tours Limo while on vacation in LA recently. This Limousine's service truly shines. Their telephone customer service rep, was very nice, professional and responsive. She instantly came up with the quote, scheduling and pricing options. Call these guys you will be glad you did!

All the drivers we had were courteous, and the vehicles that were used were all presented immaculately and were great fun (especially the large limo / party bus!) that we used for a memorable winery tour of Long Island vineyards. Nothing was too hard for them, all correspondence was responded to quickly and professionally. And even last minute requests were handled without an issue.

Making the reservation did not bring with it any hassles. All the people I spoke to from the company went out of their way to help me. In any area I need help with or had questions about, they were supportive and patient.

I'm extraordinarily pleased overall. You most definitely do not have to be a millionaire to enjoy a limo ride in this town -- you just have to get in touch with the right limo company. They supplied a great vehicle to travel in and a professional, respectful driver. I give them a 10.

Good company that I am glad to recommend. I have been using them for airport runs for a few years and they are always on time, clean and drivers are nice. Since I travel alot for business knowing that they are ready to get me there makes travel a bit easier Thanks Rizzo and guys

Save yourself some grief.do NOT use this company. Used it for a 40th birthday party. There was a huge crack in the windshield, the seats had stuffing coming out of them and the whole limo reeked like cigarettes. When we finished our first winery, we called the driver and he took about 20 minutes to get to us, because the LIMO BROKE DOWN. We paid the driver cash. The next day I get a charge on my credit card from the company. They didn't know we had paid cash and it was subsequently reversed, but still. Avoid at all costs!

We booked a limo to take us around some of the North Fork wineries for my friend's bachelorette party. The reservation and coordination of the day with the company was very smooth and our driver for the day was friendly and easygoing. The reason for the 2 star review is that our limo was full of small bugs flying around every time we got in the limo and seemed to be coming out of the AC vents. This was disappointing for us given how much we paid and when I called the company they did not seem to care or offer any sort of an apology.

Amazing company. Easy to book. Our driver for the day was exceptional. We booked this company for a fortieth celebration. Hit three great wineries and Dennis did an amazing job. Would def recommend using this limo company for trips to the wineries anytime. Outstanding. Thank you Rizzo for booking everything hassle free.
