Elegant Limousine

Lied to us! Asked specifically for a white stretch towncar for an airport drop off. A black older suv shows up. Driver says "they really don't do white limos anymore". I said "really!? Nobody gets married in a white limo?" Had no answer, just a shoulder shrug. If it wasn't that we needed the room, and the ride, I would have canceled it. I want what I asked for. If you can't do it. DONT ACCEPT THE JOB! I got ripped off. Spend your money where you get what you ask for.

I used this company for my wedding. Unfortunately, the woman on the phone had a DISGUSTING attitude from the very beginning. She was very aggressive for no absolute reason and seemed to think we were trying to scam HER lol. The drivers were EXCELLENT, very friendly, attentive and on time. I would not recommend anyone to use them ONLY because of this employee who answers the phone. It is a very unpleasant representation of the business especially since the service itself/drivers were so great.

Thanks to our driver, Tom, we had a wonderful day in the city. He was professional, on time, and very personable. The office staff is also professional and very helpful. Will definitely use again!

I have used this company for many years. From trips into NYC for a night on the town, transportation to/from. JFK/LGA the service is always professional and couldn't be better. Recently I have also used this company to go from Suffolk to Nassau for a doctor's appointment. Rachel is amazing and the drivers are great as well. The cars are always clean.and they provide water. I will continue to use this company for all my transportation needs.

We did a Long Island wine tour and had a fantastic time. Charlie our driver arrived early and showed me all the controls in the car. Then we even had a dance party in the yard with him since some of the people in our party were late. Charlie still managed to get us to the first vineyard for a super fast tasting even though we were almost an hour behind schedule (again because of girls in our party). It's also true that the sandwich isn't much to eat but the vegetable platter they provided was huge and delicious and very filling. I'd recommend bringing some extra food or snacks if you think the sandwich won't be enough. Charlie also made sure to get plenty of pictures of all of us. He was super knowledgeable and overall we all had a fantastic time!

Be warned, they will make up 'policies' that are not on their contracts. Unlawful way to run a business Addendum: In response to the elegant limo comment below. Their contract states 'deposits are not refundable'. I paid a 200$ Deposit and then prior to my wedding I paid the rest of the 800$ payment. My wedding was then cancelled by a government shut down due to COVID and out of my control.

Now elegant limo is saying that no payments are refundable. This is contrary to the written and signed contract which states only deposits are nonrefundable. So yes in fact they do make up policies when it is convenient for them.

We used Elegant Limousine for my sisters Bachelorette party and had Ray as a driver to our wineries. We have used several limo services in the past and this was by far our best experience. Ray made the day unforgettable! He made us all feel very comfortable and had such a great time because we knew we were in great hands. He came and checked on us to ensure we were having a good time and that we had wonderful pictures. I cannot imagine the day without Ray and could not recommend him more highly.

From start to finish our whole experience was amazing! Charlie was our limo driver and saying that he was extremely attentive would be putting it lightly! We were going out east for A bachelorette party and not only was Charlie the consummate limo driver, but the best host, walking us into each vineyard, introducing us and getting our tickets. He let us know which vineyards he thought we'd like to spend the most time at, and he was also our photographer at every stop-and a great one at that! Charlie made the wine tour experience one my girlfriends and I will never forget. Thanks Charlie!

My friends and I had a great time this weekend on our wine tour! Our driver, Charlie really helped make it an amazing experience. He arrived early to pick us up and helped us with tips to keep our day moving smoothly. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lunch, which could've been better. Other than that the day was perfect!

Ray was amazing!he drove us to all the vineyards, and tended to our every need. Ray made sure that we had a great day wine tasting and enjoying ourselves. He was the best, he made sure that we that we were totally take care of! Do it! Book a wine tasting

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Used elegant limousine for my friends wedding so the bridal party could get from the church to the venue. I left my card with the gift on the bus. When I called about it the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and HUNG UP on me! I had to call her back twice just to take down my number to call me if they "found" the gift. Obviously the driver took it and did not return it, and to be treated so terribly on top of that was inconceivable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Did a north fork wine tour threw this company and had a pretty terrible experience. Now the driver was very nice and professional however the rest of the experience was terrible. We paid $110 per person with tax and tip for transportation, 3 wineries, lunch, and a stop at a local farm on the way back all within 7 hrs. Now the driver picked us up on time but took the long way to the first winery.

The Driver said it was to avoid traffic but both wazes and google maps showed that he went 15 min out of the way. From other reviews it appears this is common with this company. Now the three wineries we went to we didnt get to pick and were packed. It seems this company has deals set up with duckwalk, lenz, and pugliese for tastings. Winery's were decent but like i said packed. Nowwwww for lunch they said we would get sandwiches.i literally got 4 of the smallest Italian sub ive ever seen.

Even subway would have been better. Their was also no other options besides Italian so my wife who doesn't eat Italian heros didnt get to eat. It also came with a cheese and crackers platter which was average. As we left we didnt get to go to a local farm stand because the driver didnt wanna hit traffic. Once again waze and google maps stated 80 min to get home. However he again to weird side roades and took 105 min. So for wine tours id recommend looking else where.

This company is extremely efficient, reliable and friendly. From the first phone call, to the end of the night, they all have been amazing. I can not thank Gene enough for all of his hard work. He arrived before our scheduled time and was so patient with our surprises Guess pick ups. Gene was so creative in his tactics that my husband didn't even know we were picking up his best friends for his birthday dinner tonight.

Gene was only a text message away and was always kind & respectful. I would love to have him as a driver again. The limo was immaculate, clean and decorated with lights. The beverages were in ice and cups ready for pouring. I was impressed with how well all 6 of us fit so comfortable in the limo. I highly recommend this company, especially Gene, and their 8 hr special to anyone going out on the town for a night. We had a blast and will be using them again. We used Elegant Limousine for our November wedding; we used a 3-hour limousine, 4-hour party bus, and 8-hour shuttle bus between our venue and the hotel. A representative from Elegant Limousine contacted me a few days before the wedding to go over our timeline and pick up/drop off locations. Everything ran smoothly the day of! Ray was our driver for the party bus and took my bridesmaids, my parents, and myself to the church and afterwards drove our entire wedding party around for pictures and finally to our venue.

He was so kind and courteous the whole day. He helped me out of the bus, held onto my flowers, fixed my dress, and made sure I was comfortable and happy the whole time we were with him. Our guests had only positive things to share with me about our shuttle service. I would absolutely recommend Elegant Limousine to anyone needing transportation services!

I recently got married and had Ray as my driver in the Cadillac car. He was on time, professional, friendly, and extremely courteous. We were early so he offered to drive us around and had a full cooler with drinks and champagne for us. The whole process to book with them was quick and painless and they made it my easiest wedding task. Ray was amazing and I would definitely use their services again!

We rented a bus for our wedding back in June, and they were great. Service was good, they were punctual, and the bus was clean and nice. I should note that the place we got married (the Bourne Mansion) had a very narrow driveway, and the driver did a great job maneuvering the large bus on the property. I would recommend them to anyone.

We booked a limo for a seven hour wine tour (Cabernet package). This included hero, cheese and fruit. Charlie, our driver, was wonderful and professional. He was flexible and honest. He made sure we were comfortable and that everyone had all their belongings. I couldn't have asked for a better time. I would highly recommended elegant limos for a wine your out east

This past weekend I went on a wine tour with this company for a bachelorette party and could not have asked for a better time! Marc, our driver, was AWESOME! He took great pictures, was so accommodating and really nice - he really helped make our trip the best! I would recommend using this company to anyone and I hope that we come back and do this again soon!

This was a horrible wine tour experience! The limo driver took the long route to get to the first vineyard. It took us more than 3 hours to get there. We planned on going to three different vineyards and we ended up going to only two of them. On top of that, the limo driver kept asking us to pay an additional amount, either $15 or $30 to go to the third, last vineyard.

During our wine tasting experience, the limo driver had the audacity to keep asking us to stop by an ATM to pay extra.thus, he barely gave us the chance to enjoy our wine tasting experience. I totally give this company a ZERO for services! I totally DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

5 stars for Ed. Ed was the best! He was so professional, offering to take our picture and giving us info about the wineries. He was so sweet and knowledgeable. Definitely would do it again.

We had the best time! Our driver Ed was amazing! He was a sweetie and he took our pics all day, even when we forgot to. He kept us on track for the schedule of the day. I wish we would have had more time at Vineyard 48 but we still had a great time.

We took the Shriaz Wine Tour. Our driver Rainer was WONDERFUL! He went out of his way to make this a special day for us. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the food. We took this trip last year with another Limo company and their lunch was Gormet! And we were able to choose from a menu of sandwiches. Our lunch was terrible! Soggy bread, very little meat and cheese inside. I would not book again because of the food, unless they give us a food credit. We were a party of 8 and all agree.

I planned the Shiraz Package for 11 girls. We had an amazing time. Major Pros: -Our limousine driver, Jeff, was absolutely phenomenal. He was consistently attentive and often obliged our requests, no matter how out of the way or difficult they were. -The limousine came fully stocked and was definitely conducive to a good time with room for the additional booze that we brought. -Again, the limo driver made the trip. **We Love Jeff Notes: -The wineries were quite good, though I have had better wine.

I highly recommend skipping Vineyard 48 though and spending additional time at the three other wineries. The last stop was appealing for the dancing; however, if you are looking to enjoy the wine it was a bit too sloppy for our taste. I also found it surprising that I could only use the complimentary coins at the back bar, but had to push my way into the front bar once obtaining these to actually buy a bottle.

The place was too packed and the bartender, quite rude and unapologetic. In the end though, I would definitely book with this company again, though I'd be a bit more selective with the wineries and would opt for the a la carte option.
