Fabulous night for my granddaughter's "Sweet Sixteen" party! She and friends, Nana, and Mom had a wonderful time. Fuzzy was our driver and he was kind, patient and very helpful. Excellent service all night. I would highly recommend Rollo Limousine for a special party or event! Thank you Rollo, NanaPat.

I booked a limo as a present for my nephew's 16th birthday dinner night this summer (once restaurants were back open after Covid!). The communication during booking was great and the process was easy. The driver showed up on time (actually 15 minutes early) and was very pleasant and professional. Everything went great that night. The price was reasonable, and I like how the driver tip was rolled into the fee, so no awkward end-of-night moments.
They even upgraded to a huge stretch SUV limo instead of the basic stretch limo I booked, since it was available. I haven't had the need to book a limo in years, and was super happy with how it all turned out. I'd highly recommend Expo Limo.

Should've read another similar bad review on here before booking from this company. We had booked a Porsche limo for our ride home after the most awesome wedding party ever in Boston. To our surprise, driver showed up in a hummer, a hummer? really? This is 2019, not the 90's. We were not going to pay for something we did not receive. We called the company, asked them where are car was, was told it's unavailable, why? how?
We refused the 90s hummer they sent instead of the Porsche and asked them to cancel. 2 days later this shady company charged us for services not rendered. Filing a claim with my credit card company

My sister booked a Porsche limousine after her wedding last weekend. The whole night was wonderful up until the limousine arrived. They sent the wrong limousine and said the Porsche had issues with its "transmission". They sent a hummer and said it was an upgrade, but we felt it was a significant downgrade. Who drives a hummer these days? The owner then said the Porsche could be there in 30-40 minutes.
What happened to its transmission problems? I bet they don't even have a Porsche limousine. I would rather take a lyft or an Uber then get into a downgraded limo. The owner has also been very unprofessional and all of his communication with us. He charged us despite us not even using his services. Don't waste your time with this company.

I've been using Expo Limousine's services for over ten years. I used them for my wedding and they were very professional and accommodating. The limo driver even helped me with my wedding gown! We also use Expo for nights out or for airport transport and they are a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to all my friends.

My best friend made the biggest decision in his life and that was to Marry the love of his life. The night of the wedding was going great until the end of the night. They booked with Expo Limousine. They booked a "PORSCHE LIMO" as a ride home for after their wedding and Expo Limo sent them a vehicle that was completely different. They told us that it was an "upgrade" but there was no communication or agreement with them and the newlyweds (unprofessional) The newlyweds were extremely upset so refused their service.
But the sad part is that they still charged them $650.00. My question to Expo Limousine is Why no communication? Why couldn't you contact us to let them know? A wedding is something a couple plan for years to make it complete and your service ruin that. The Bride went from being the happiest Lady in the world to being shattered by the service from Expo Limousine.
I would NOT recommend their service to anyone and that they need to do a better job to treat their customer right. If a couple is spending that amount of money for your service the least you could've done is to call and check on up on them about changes!

WEDDING NIGHT RUINED. Expo limousine charged me $650 for a car that i did not agree on or sign for. We were suppose to get picked up by a Porsche limo but they picked us up in a different limo. There was no communication and no agreement for the other limo. Daniel Rollo, the guy in charge told us it was an "upgrade" but we didn't ask for this car nor did we want it.
We ended up taking lyfts home. And they still charged us for the car! Rude and unprofessional. If i could sent an attachment i would to show everyone the email chain back and forth with Daniel. He was being a smart ass stating "sorry the limo wasn't good enough for you but the Honda from Lyft was" do not book with this company if you want your wedding night ruined! I booked with them months and months in advance to ensure everything would go smoothly and this happens! There's plenty of other companies out there. Horrible.

If I can give this company zero stars I would. We reserved a Porsche limo few months ahead in hopes of receiving the right car but on the night of our wedding we got a completely different limo. We declined it because it's not what we paid for. The guy Daniel Rollo was in charge and had the nerve to charge me the whole bill of $650.00, on top of that they did it on my wedding night. It was supposed to be special day, thanks to this company they've ruin it. Really unprofessional how it was handled and such a disappointment.

I reviewed several limo service companies and began working with Expo Limousine a few weeks in advance of the 60th surprise birthday party being planned. Working with Joe and Dan in the planning process I could not have had a better experience. Except for the service they provided the night of the party. We set up several pick up locations and stops before and after dinner. Dan was our driver of this beautiful, clean Escalade and he was 15 minutes early, offered to stop for some incidentals we forgot and he provided an unbelievable experience for the next 6 hours.
We had 16 comfortably in the Escalade. I can't say enough great things about these two guys and the service provided by the Expo Limousine company. I can't wait to engage them again. Thank you for a great night.

We booked Rollo (Expo) Limo for our wedding in Boston. Long story short, our driver was extremely unprofessional and rude during our wedding day. Ruined a moment between my wife and her father. Dropped F-bombs. Yelled at other drivers in road-rage. The list could go on. Even our photographer was uncomfortable. We paid several hundred dollars to have a polite, courteous, and professional driver.
What we got was not a professional in any way. So we filed a complaint with the management. The first "manager" we talked to was extremely combative, defensive, and questioned my character and called me a liar. Needless to say his customer service skills were lacking. I tried very diligently to remain professional and calm on the phone with him and he would get so angry that he would literally yell at me over the phone.
The second manager I talked to was much more professional, polite, apologetic, and sincere. However, he didn't follow through with his word. After much conversation, he agreed to refund a small portion of what we paid and to give us a gift-card/voucher for a free 3-hour package to use at a later date "so they could prove how good their service is".
After reminding him 3 times over the course of 3 months, he finally sent a $100 gift card which is not what we agreed on. Needless to say they didn't provide the service that we paid for. And after many conversations with their management, it is clearly evident to me that their customer's satisfaction is not their priority.
