My son goes to boarding school and Russo's is the shop the school uses. They come to campus which is really helpful. Unfortunately, the day of the delivery, they did not bring the shoes my son was supposed to get and didn't offer any help with that. I had to go out and buy him some at the last minute. The bowtie he was provided was quite worn and frayed on the edges. It seems like for a rental fee of $175 the bowties could be updated when they really need it.

This is my 2nd experience at Russo Tux & I could not be happier! John welcomed us with his addictive smile & helped my son pick out a tux for his junior prom, gave ideas for coordinating colors and put us at ease about the shoes (my son didnt know if he wanted shoes or sneakers). I called John 2 days before pick up to tell him I needed shoes & he assured me it was no problem.
When we went in for the fitting, John noticed the sleeves were a tad bit too short so off he went to have them altered. I truly cannot recommend a better place to go for your prom needs.

Just had the best experience here! My son needed a suit for his Confirmation and a semi formal. We were treated fabulously! He listened to all of their recommendations and was so happy and looked great! As we were leaving it was so busy and the staff were working super hard to give everyone attention and not keep anyone waiting long. These are tough times in the service industry for everyone so bravo to this exceptional team for working their butt off and being great at what they do! They deserve a applause, a break and a vacation! Thank you!

Wasted my gas, coming from methuen in a truck, just be told all the girls are out sick. Also that they have much of a selection in bridesmaids dresses and that they aren't ordering anymore. Sooo maybe post that on your website, because on there it looks like you have a huge selection! Didn't even get offered for me to go take a look. Maybe I was judged from my over sized sweat shirt and yoga pants.

Convenient on my commute home from work, Russo's service was exceptional, particularly one of the employee's there, John Saunders, took his time to greet me and point me in the direction of something that would fit my "style". I was in and out in a heart beat, and I can guarantee I will be the best looking guy at the wedding! Thank you John and Russo's Tux!
