Technology: We not only use smart phone GPS for getting to and through unfamiliar geography, but we also use another GPS system namely FLEETMATICS. THE FLEETMATICS SYSTEM allows us to have the ability to continually track our vehicles in real time. We know where our vehicles are all of the time. We also use the Fleetmatics System to review driver's route history and so alternate and more efficeint routes can be suggested.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Airport Coach Ltd. for updating the reservations page. I just put through two transactions and it was so easy and quick and the interface is great! Out of all the transportation companies I talked with before I found your website, [your company was] the only one that seemed to be able to fullfill my transportation needs and one that I could work with.

Careful with these clowns. We had some good experiences previously but god forbid you have to contact them to change plans when flight chaos ensues during COVID. They will claim you didn't leave them 6 voicemails to the number they never pick up on or send them a half dozen emails to the email address listed on their site that they apparently never check asking them to cancel.
These are not last minute changes - these are REPEATED emails and voicemails a FULL WEEK in advance of the trip in question. The funniest thing about this experience is that they never came to pick us up for the trip TO the airport for the trip we canceled (Correctly, because we had called and emailed them cancelling it) but they f**ed up their internal communications and somehow still drove to the airport to pick us up from our phantom trip that never happened.
So the natural question that we asked them when they charged us for this was how it was possible for them to know not to come take us to the airport if they never received our cancellation notice. The guy answering the phone apparently couldn't wrap his head around how this didn't make any sense and told us to F off. Long story short, be prepared to file a chargeback with your credit card company against these d-bags, as that is what we will be doing.
We gave them multiple opportunities to correct this and they were absolute d*cks about it every single time. This was even more disappointing and puzzling considering we were repeat customers. You're better off taking an Uber. Stay away.

Super disappointing. I booked a car because I was arriving after midnight by myself with my daughter. He promised he'd watch the flight status. I arrived at the airport and the car wasn't there. I called and he said he was expecting the flight at 2am. We were stuck getting a cab. Follow up. they were too sleepy to show up at the right time but they emailed me the invoice?!?! Unbelievable.

Have used Airport Coach many times for rides to/from Logan airport. The website for booking reservations online is user friendly, you get email confirmation. I like that you get fee with tip up front and that you can pay via credit card, which is set up at time of making reservation with charge applied within a 24 hours of completed ride. Pick ups have always been on time and they track for delayed flight arrivals. Vehicles are clean and safe and the drivers friendly & professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.
