The driver Dan, arrived 15 mins early, looking very cute, clean and professional, I got a text with his name, the make of the car and the liscence plate which was awesome. he was very patient with my son and his date for prom, the prom had a last minute venue change, and Dan was like "no problem"

While traveling for business to Chicago, the company I work for set up our ground transportation by hiring - "Windy City Limousine" to provide a ride from the airport to our hotel, as well as when it was time to leave Chicago, they had made arrangements for Wind City Limousine to pick us up at the hotel, and take us back to the O'Hare International Airport.

I am so happy that I didn't have to drive in Chicago, as I noticed the traffic in downtown Chicago looked pretty busy. I won't even mention the traffic at the O'Hare International Airport, as it was super crazy! It was so much easier to be picked up & dropped off each time from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. Both drivers who picked us up were pretty friendly and professional.

I also liked the way the driver would follow our flight arrival times should our flight be delayed (you don't have to call and tell Windy City that you'll be late), and they would text you on your phone to update you on where the driver was, in relations on when they would be there to pick you up. When I received the text to my phone, they provided the driver's name & cellular phone number, type of vehicle they are driving, and the license plate of the vehicle so it would eliminate any confusion, as there were a ton of cars that made pickups at the airport. Apparently, Windy City Limousine is a pretty big operation.

Besides the limo vehicle pickups, they also have full size buses, as well as smaller buses like the type we see back home (in da 808) like the Handi-van sized buses. The following day when we were bussed to the corporate office for a presentation meeting, as well as going to Wrigley Field to catch a Cubs game, Windy City Limousine was the vendor of choice who did our ground transportation. TERRIBLE! Booked 2 SUV vehicles online for a funeral that included 2 stops. Spoke with Christina who has got to be the rudest customer service rep I've ever had to deal with. Changed my reservation from a flat rate to an hourly rate which more than doubled my price. Had to hang up and call back because she played the your call is breaking up trick and didn't answer the phone for the remainder of that morning.

I called you to confirm my bookings after receiving an email stating I should be hearing from you.

I allowed one day to go by and still nothing. So I called and was given a new price that doubled almost tripled my original bookings. I cancelled. Thought about it then called back to make possibly a new booking just to be over talked by rude girl and for her to all of a sudden pretend that she can't hear me now. I called back a few more times that morning and all of a sudden no one answers.

So telling the world she did her very best just isn't true! But one thing you can do, it's been 8 days since I cancelled and my refund still isn't in my account. So what you can do instead of arguing with what was a potential customer GO REFUND MY MONEY! THANK YOU!

We used Windy City on a recommendation for transport to and from O'Hare Airport for 4 people. The vehicles were immaculate, very roomy and comfortable. The drivers Eric Idohl and Ron Jackson were outstanding, very courteous and made for a pleasant drive through Chicago traffic. The communications was excellent as well. Timing flight arrival is difficult but in addition to messages from the company, both drivers texted their status and locations. The trips were completed flawlessly. I will definitely use Windy City in the future if I'm ever back in Chicago.

We had our wedding over the weekend and rented a 14-passenger bus to take the wedding party around for photos and transport guests from the hotel to the venue. The driver arrived on time and got us where we needed to go safely and efficiently! All our guests were able to get transportation to the venue and the bus itself was incredibly nice and comfortable! The driver was very nice and we definitely recommend Windy City to anyone looking for a transportation company!

Windy City Limo was the best for getting our wedding party all around Chicago for pictures! We needed to be picked up at the hotel, dropped off in two different locations, and then taken to the venue. We hired the 23 person party bus and the seats were spacious and comfortable. Our driver, Montia was AMAZING! She was on time, super friendly, a terrific driver, and was able to pick us up in really convenient locations without us having to walk all over to get to her. Getting the bus scheduled was also super easy and stress free!

I worked with Bailey to get a quote and get all the details nailed down and she was prompt and very helpful. I would definitely recommend WCL for getting your wedding party to your photo locations!

I do not recommend this company. The driver got there to pick us up and immediately proceeded to tell us that we would need to find someone to put our bags on the bus because he couldn't. He claimed he had a bad back and threatened that if we would not get our own bags on the bus, we would need to "maybe find a different driver". The group I was with was all elderly women.

I was the youngest in the group and because of that, I had to load all of the bags on the bus, lifting them to the driver as he arranged them. I also assume I will have to unload the bus once we get to our location. This is insane. I, too, have a "bad back" for which I am already in physical therapy. If your drivers cannot offer the services, they should not be employed. Someone with a "bad back" isn't physically equipped to drive a bus. This was our groups first and last year using this terrible and unprofessional company.

This company exhibited a lack of professionalism and attention to detail on the most important day of 2 people's lives, sending the driver to the wrong location. This resulted in significant additional cost for videographer, photographer, and wedding picture setting, and threw off the entire schedule of the wedding reception. The company exhibited no remorse whatsoever. Do not allow them to do this to you.

They were unprofessional and extremely slow to respond to emails. To make things worse, they told me that they had transportation available for the day I had requested but when I went to pay there was nothing available. After over a week of wasting my time going back and forth I was able to secure a booking with Chicago Motor Coach within a couple hours. It was more expensive, but an infinitely less painful experience. I would recommend using literally anyone other than Windy City.

Had an early flight which required my driver to arrive around 3:30AM. Driver was early which I appreciate. Loaded my luggage and off we went. Car was a Lincoln SUV & just super comfortable. Driver was well dressed and extremely professional. Would use again in an instant. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I recently used this company for my mother and aunt as they were going on a "Girls Trip". The limo driver was very professional, on time, and my mom and son he was very nice. I was very happy with the service and how quickly and easily I was able to book with them online for a reasonable price.

A Windy City Limo shuttle bus backed into my PARKED car in downtown Chicago about 6 weeks ago. First and foremost, there was absolutely no need to backup as there was plenty of space to pull out. Second, the driver's insurance card was expired by over 12 months. Third, after 6 weeks we still have not heard anything from their insurance about refunding our deductible.

The damage was minor but we should not be out the $500 deductible due to their driver's carelessness. There are plenty of other limo services in Chicago, find one that carries current insurance cards and doesn't back into parked cars.

Our driver was excellent and super helpful-he even gave us ideas for impromptu places to stop for more photos! The office team quickly handled any administrative issues that came up (there was a miscommunication about the timing and billing but it was easily patched up).

Hired Windy City Limonene for 2 point to points, to and from a wedding. Outstanding! Super professional, nice, on time, clean rides and just an overall amazing experience. Both of drivers were great. Highly recommend ! Captain

We used them for a corporate event that lasted 2 days, and they were great to work with. The sprinter vans were clean, beautiful, and on time. The drivers were great, too. I had to change our pickup times/locations multiple times and they handled all the changes flawlessly. I was impressed - and so were our clients! Thanks for helping me pull off a great weekend!

I am from Phoenix AZ and pre-ordered a limo for a dear friend spending her 70th birthday in Chicago. Michelle, our driver, was dressed in a suit and tie, came early, did not rush us even though our group was not quite ready. We brought our own champagne and arrived at our restaurant for dinner reservation in plenty of time. She took pics of our group, on our phones and hers, and asked permission to post them on their website. We agreed! Thank you so much for the beautiful stretch limo! Kudos to Michelle who knows how to drive a stretch limousine in Chicago. I was impressed.

If you want to be embarrassed and insulted use Windy City. Their bus broke down in the rain at the pick up time of our wedding guests - ladies in dresses and men in suits and tuxes. The replacement bus showed up 2 hours later. Guests stood in rain pursuing Saturday evening surged priced Uber drivers. Instead of celebrating a wonderful evening I was apologizing to the guests. Windy City ridiculously offered a few hundred dollars of consideration for a disaster on the most important day of my daughter's life. Management of Windy City is a joke. Avoid or you will be sorry. The negative reviews are REAL!

We rented a bus from Windy City Limo for our wedding party a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience with them. The communication organizing the bus was top notch, as we had to make many changes due to COVID. Windy City handled everything we threw at them in stride. The best part without a doubt, was our driver, Gloria. There was a pretty big cooler spill on the bus with ice and cans everywhere. Gloria was a big help in cleaning up, but was also constantly mindful of people being careful as the floor was wet.

One of the bridesmaids was pregnant, and Gloria was constantly checking in on her to make sure she felt safe. Lastly, Gloria surprised me and my wife a bottle of champagne! Saying she went above and beyond is an understatement. Highly recommend Windy City Limo (and Gloria)!

My service was for business and the driver was superb. He arrived in an immaculate car, clean inside and out, complimentary water, and hand sanitizer. His timing was perfect, even early. I thanked him for being prompt and he always opened my door. I have nothing to complain or recommend except this standard. We had pleasant conversation, not at all too much.

After my sister got married in June and used Windy City Limo my wife and I knew we had to use them for our wedding as well. I called and the process to book was exceptionally easy and the cost was great! We had Tony as our driver the day of and he was amazing. Helpful with loading stuff on and off the bus and was even willing to make some last minute additional runs to take some guests back to the hotel after the ceremony. He was super kind and was a great driver. We are very happy that we went with Windy City Limo. They put our minds at ease and made sure we had a great time.

I used Windy City Limousine for both my bachelorette party and wedding in Chicago. Everything went smoothly for both - the company staff was really responsive to my questions leading up to the events. I changed the bus size numerous times as the group size changed and they would update the contract within a few minutes. The only downside was when I updated from a 12 person bus to a 21 person bus - they made me get a security guard, which cost an additional $200, so the cost went up a lot.

I also tried to reserve the bus for an hour later at night to drive guests from the reception to the after party - but they were unwilling to rent for less than 3 hours. Overall, they made everything really simple and anxiety free - I definitely recommend.

Absolutely no reason not to go with Windy City Limo for any event. I used them for the most important day of my life - my wedding. My driver arrived ahead of schedule, knew the routes and best streets to navigate in downtown Chicago on a Saturday night, was able to accommodate audio requests, and more. The vehicle was absolutely spotless and spacious. The process for booking and communication with the company was insanely easy - effortless! Don't hesitate. Book with Windy City Limo!

The mixed reviews for Windy City Limo really scared me when I was wedding planning. But my day-of coordinator INSISTED they were the best. The negatives? Working with them up until the day wasn't exactly smooth. A week before the wedding, they flip-flopped about allowing me to wait in the vehicle prior to walking down the aisle. All the sudden, it went from $80 to $200 if I wanted to sit in the car for even 5 minutes after our 12-minute drive to the church (since the church had nowhere to wait).

That left me scrambling to find an alternative on very short notice. I also just don't love the huge branding they put on the side of their party bus (and knew that before booking them). I totally get that it's an easy way to self-advertise, but it was just as tacky in person as I'd feared. But day-of, I have to admit that our driver was actually really awesome.

He was friendly and personable, and when a random rainstorm caused all kinds of chaos, he didn't even hesitate to accommodate. He and the security guard helped each girl hop back into the bus and they were so incredibly polite. My friends also told me our driver had been tapping the brakes along to the music, and everyone was laughing, loving it!

In the end, despite the tacky branding, our party bus through Windy City was SUCH a positive on our wedding day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others -- and be sure to request Timothy Zachas as your driver!

I'm using this platform because Windy City does not have an email address or an active person who handles complaints. On Friday August 9th 2019 around 10pm I was on the highway in the far left lane (the fast lane) when a bus #610 comes right behind me, I mean if I had to slow down or put my foot on the brake the bus definitely would have ran over my Nissan Rogue.

I was shaken. I moved to the middle lane as soon as possible letting bus #610 zoom by. I was so relieved. Maybe 2 miles later this same bus #610 moved to the far right lane and cutting off a little vehicle which caused the car behind it to slam on their brakes. I've never seen a Coach Motor bus drive so fast. Bus driver #610 was driving at very high speeds, tailgating and very negligent. Please Windy City Transportation do something about this and keep our roads safe.

Reconsider if you hired this service. I've Included pictures of the safety hazard they caused for no reason and lied about. -//Blocking westbound Adams drivers' view of only Stop sign in construction zone while illegally idling in the No Parking zone for considerable time-- waiting there at least a half hour, likely nearer an hour while WCL clients--a large wedding party was off in the park getting photographed.

When my husband, an ex CPD neighbor and I came upon the hazard this limo created we explained it to him. We pointed-out that by parking there he totally obscured the one stop sign for that corner (since the other sign came down during construction was not replaced. ) We stressed that many unfamiliar drivers in area on way to UC for blackhawks game wouldn't ever see that stop sign and would blow the intersection, endangering pedestrians and northbound cars on Peoria who could see it was a four way stop.

We urged the driver to move back 30 feet or more or around the corner where there was safe, ample space. He agreed. Then he shut his window, and with the security guard in just faced forward, refusing to move, ignoring us, talking to her -despite continued pleas and warnings. They both just went deaf and tuned us out. We called Windy City dispatch and gave the info and when they called him he ignored them too for over 20 min.

Then dispatch informed us driver had claimed no issues, he was parked legally. Just sat there and lied away. He continued to refuse to move so we called 911, notified the aldermen offices, the precinct, explained the incident on the WL local Facebook page and will follow up tomorrow /- The massive recklessness of this driver notwithstanding-- imagine hiring this limo company for your big event and needing to communicate an additional pickup or a change to the limo driver and he ignored his dispatch!

Imagine how that could ruin your event /- judging numerous nightmarish negative Yelp reviews of this might be an entirely likely experience--normal terrible business practice for WCL.

We had a mixed experience using Windy City Limousine to transport our wedding guests to and from our wedding. The booking process was easy; Bailey recommended a 56-seat coach bus as the best option for our needs and budget. Our guests arrived in time for the ceremony and most of the evening shuttle service to 2 hotels went well. And then. the driver left the venue at the end of the night without the bride and groom and about 20 other guests.

The itinerary we filed with Windy City clearly noted that the bride and groom would be on the last trip leaving the venue. Dispatch was apologetic and sent the driver back. A family member drove us back to the hotel where guests were waiting at an after party. Everyone else waited 30 minutes until the driver returned. We filed a complaint with the company.

Within the week, Claudia in the wedding department apologized and said the detailed itinerary should have prevented the problem from happening. She discounted our bill and we appreciated her quick response and apology.

We used Windy City for a week in Chicago and they were always on time. The cars were always clean and the drivers were professional and had some great suggestions for exploring the city. This is so much nicer than renting a car and dealing with all the parking issues.

It has been 4 days since we used Windy City Limousine. I am still upset that the driver used his cell phone for an extended time while transporting children. Alekis, the driver, drove teenagers at night, while it was snowing. This included being on the highway. Using his cell phone is against the company policy which is given to you in writing. The only saving grace is the administrative staff seems to be top notch.

I used Windy City Limo for two corporate events in the last year and would highly recommend their service! We reserved the 23-passenger bus both times and have been very happy with the drivers and buses. The Windy City Limo reservation agents are very prompt and professional. They helped me price out round-trip rentals to see if hourly or point-to-point rides would be more cost-effective.

Both my events have had pick-ups at McCormick Place, which can be a headache, but the reservation agents and drivers are familiar with the pick-up gates so all our rides have been smooth and stress free.

This is my second trip with Windy City, but first with the whole family on a ride to O'hare. We rented car seats for the kids, and they were clean and in good condition. No crying from the kiddos, a plus for any trip. Our driver when picking up was early by 15 minutes and on arrival our driver was at the airport within 10 minutes of our family retrieving our bags. Overall a wonderful experience and we will use Windy City in the future. Also the text and smartphone links worked great. Thank you Windy City.
